Unless there is another plan, Kellen helps load up the bodies in the wagon and assist where possible. He leaves the parley to Lym and Praxim (he assumes) on information the giants share. He'll pickup the rune-boulder as well and put in the wagon for now.

Good to hear. Having worked on computers a long time, it does seem like they develop "quirks", if not personalities all their own. So, not an unusual observation I would say. ;-)

I have searched everywhere for anything that states whether magic items will resize themselves. I couldn't find anything in the rules, but a common theme on the boards is that they do. So...my rule at the table (and here) is they do.

I debated for a long time whether we should play that whole encounter out, but in the end, I knew it wasn't going to be a fight at all, and so I went with what - I hope - was a dramatic exposition. EDIT: Also, I specifically left the action such as it was to Praxim, Lym, and Tomaru (Dax), because this was about closure for them.
As far as the Shalelu/Ameiko thing, I try to make my games feel like there's always more going on in the world than the heroes. You guys are destined to be ridiculously powerful, but right now you are not quite there. At the risk of being very passe': 'with great power comes great responsibility'.
Lym, no word yet on the Manor. It wouldn't hurt to get someone with some connections on your side to relate to the legal eagles in Magnimar...hint! It's a nobleman's house, although a minor one, you are a commoner, etc etc. Red tape stuff. In the end, money and power talks, and you will have plenty of that.

Magical tattoos are way cool. They're like potions, with better action economy and more variety of spell effects.
So, a feat to add to the list for my next selection:

Intensified Spell
Yeah, I'll probably go for the Tattoo-feat if enough people are interested in getting a spell inked onto them. They're not TOO expensive; scroll scribing x 4. ^_^ Look forward to my taking appropriate skill ranks...!
Ah now, Aurora is a big fan of tattoos so you'll find no disagreement here! Also, runes are awesome but wowsers expensive!!

Hello - my apologies for being rather quiet. Had a family emergency that's had me occupied for about 10 days; then we have been prepping for Hurricane Matthew this week.
Looks all good for our area, but if there's a sudden outage, that's likely the reason.
