Raskir Windspeaker |

Raskir is amazed at the red-haired woman's overhearing of his conversation and puzzled by her sudden comment. He gives a questioning glance to Xaikon before studying the redhead as inocuously as he can.

Valeria Avila Leonard |

...
Focussing...(notice the hoodies sneaking up on Dirtbeard)
[dice=Perception]1d20+13
"Valeria, Henric. Have you yet seen those hooded figures sneaking up on the pirate?"
Since it didn't involve her, she merely observed.
....
Valeria replies
"I see them, though if they try something funny with those of us at this table here, I'll given them a good tossing out the door and if lucky a guard who'll arrest them."
Xaikon Traxnik |

After the lady speaks to them, Xaikon simply stares at her returning to the table. While looking at the table, she speaks softly to Raskir, "She has good hearing. Anyway, this is my second city I have been too, considering I mainly stick to the wilderness. I decided to start visiting the villages, towns and cities in order to learn about the various cultures and races they may hold within."

Detect Magic
I'm gonna let Jayla tell you what you've manage to detect, just for the fun of it. :)

Wily Ondir |

Grinning like a deranged fey seeing his favorite snack ondir jumps up with the speed of a hurricane...
Ondir practically leaps forward at the nearest assailant and attacks ruthlessly with his blades

Jayla Talusia |

Detect MagicI'm gonna let Jayla tell you what you've manage to detect, just for the fun of it. :)
Thanks. :)
Raskir:
You may have heard of a spell named "perceive cues", which provides temporary expertise in perception. However, this woman radiates not the faintest bit of magic. The only thing you have gained from watching walk her back is dry eyes after not blinking during focussing.
Since "every one else sitting there" sounds more like only that table, what connection do we have?
Since Jayla is emotionless, she would feel no urge to take action unless she became involved.
Jayla notices the sudden moves the hoodies are making.
However, in a flat, casual tone she simply says:
"The jumpy one and the bearded man are outnumbered. Bad odds statistically.
In society, those hooded ones are called "cowards". A concept i do not understand."

Raskir Windspeaker |

"Curious, she does not seem to use any magic but her senses are acute."
I guess I am at the counter with Xaikon.
"Trouble!"
Seeing the knives, Raskir moves toward that table as fast as he can, not wanting to see a helpless man get stabbed.
Since they switched it to the druid spell list, here are my new spells.

Alvoise of Karcau |

From the bar, Alvoise turns his head as the commotion erupts. Usually willing to help end a disruption of peace, he slings his backpack on in case he needs to make a hasty retreat. Curling his fingers around the mug filled moments ago, he gets ready to throw it.

Wily Ondir |

Sad the bearded man could have been interesting, but these assassins should be fun.
Ondir continues his assault against the man he had hit, he sliced his blades in such a manner as to cut open the veins of the man's legs...
attack (main hand)1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17, damage1d6 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
attack (off hand)1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 18, damage 1d6 ⇒ 4

Raskir Windspeaker |

Seeing there is no room to use his longspear in the crowded tavern, Raksir lets his bestial nature take over. He feels a surge of primal power course through is body, but he maintains enough control to direct how that power manifests. His hands begin to contort into claws. He moves toward the table trying to cut off the easiest escape routes.
Standard action to transform. Gaining 2 1d6 claw attacks and +2 to all saves. Not taking the bite attack (more noticeable) in a public place to avoid suspicious accusations.
Tuuli, his grey owl companion, begins circling around the head of one of the assassins, flapping her wings and causing a general commotion.
1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 18 attack (vs. normal AC?) to make opponent shaken
Also hopefully the owl's ruckus will keep people from looking at me.

Valeria says to Hendric and Jayla
"Looks like it will be a bar room brawl, and it'll reach this table in about say 9 to 24 seconds, as someone's gonna get thrown or pushed here.
As I've seen the start of many bar room brawls."

Xaikon Traxnik |

Being a strix in a human city was bad enough, to cause trouble would be surely bad for her if captured, so she decides it is best not to attack unless being personally attacked. Xaikon simply keeps her bow ready on the assassins, just in case they come towards her.
With her hawk on the bar counter next to her she gives the command to defend her if attacked.
As soon as the town guard arrives, she immediately lower her bow and unnotch the arrow.

Three attackers just stand for a while under the assaults of the other patrons, not responding at all. Then, suddenly, they drop to the floor twitching. Tiny sparks and lightning bolts spark in a cascade around them, catching those who attacked them as well as others near them.
Lightning: 2d6 + 2 ⇒ (5, 4) + 2 = 11 Reflex Save DC12 for half.

Jayla Talusia |

The electric current that is suddenly in the air has caught Jayla's attention.
Without turning her head, and her voice more of a statement than a concern your average person would show;
"An abnormal situation. Untill it is clear what that was, look at the effect on the patrons before moving."
That said, she focuses her sight on the patrons caught in the electric current, followed by a focused look on the twitching assailants.
Perception on the patrons and assailants.
Observe patrons: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (15) + 10 = 25
Observe assailants: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (20) + 10 = 30

Xaikon Traxnik |

The strange behaviour of the three attackers leaves Xaikon with a surprised look as she never seen such action from humans. Seeing the sparkles appear for the attacks and nearby patrons, she tries to identify the strange effect.
Spellcraft: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20
Not knowing what would come next she keeps her bow ready pointed in the general direction of the attackers.

Victor Gallant |

The lightning makes a picturesque parabolic arc as it strikes the tip of victor's rapier, sending electricity coursing up his arm."I don't suppose you could call an adept?" he says, between bouts of coughing. Mentally however a very different train of thought was taking place. "Taking out assassins after the hit? Someone from out of town was in a hurry to shut this individual up."
Reflex: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9 HP 1/12.

Xaikon Traxnik |

Xaikon seeing her new found friend collapse to the floor from the electrical shock, she move just close enough to be able to cast a healing spell.
Cure Light Wounds: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
Seeing Raskir coming round, she mutters, "I can't loose my new friend that I got only little while ago."
She quickly looks at the assassins bodies, "That lightning was no magical spell effect."

Jayla Talusia |

As the scene of the incident seems to be stable, Jayla quickly rose to her feet and got to the center, ignoring any fainted people.
If possible, this happening before Xaikon looked at the bodies.
She knelt down and after a quick inspection she noticed the assailants had the same markings on the neck. They seemed to flicker faintly.
..They are like me, but different.
They have the markings as i. But this could cause distrust from others towards me. Solution; remove markings.
Cautiously, when nobody was looking:
With the possible bad scenario in mind, she took no risk. Taking a switchblade dagger from her belt she quickly and finely sliced off the markings on the neck of the assailants and stashed the slices away.
As Xaikon came around she was standing again.
"No, this cause is abnormal. No people i have seen emit electricity except for casters.
The wild one was damaged by it, was he not?"
Since the bestiary says androids don't remember the place they originated from, Jayla would have to learn more about herself as a "species".

A wealthy-looking dwarf bustles through the crowd of patrons, with a large double crossbow in his hand. He wears an apron over his clothes and several golden pig-shaped figurines in his beard. "What is happening here?", he shouts. Than he looks at the wounded patrons and those who have drawn weapons. "If you don't put away that things, you'll get an arrow in the head!", he warns.

Xaikon Traxnik |

Xaikon untensioned the arrow, allowing it to slide forward yet remaining notched, before healing Raskir. Once done casting her spell she holds the arrow and bow together in her left hand and helps Raskir to his feet with her free hand.
When the dwarf arrives with a clear warning, she keeps her bow in the lowered position to indicate she is no threat as she stands next to Raskir with her one hand on Raskir's shoulder.

Victor Gallant |

"Ah, finally an authority figure" victor says standing up and sheathing his rapier. "Victor gallant" he says, pulling his right leg back as he bows. "Now as to what happened here, those men"he says, gesturing to the assassins "attacked and killed that man" he says, gesturing to the man in the tricorn. "Some of the other patrons and I moved to apprehend the rouges. However, there was some sort of electrical discharge which appears to have terminally incapacitated the scoundrels."he said, as he presents the burns on his left hand. "Now, adept, physician, or stiff drink; any one of these things will do." he says, turning to the rest of the room.

Raskir Windspeaker |

As Xaikon helps him to his feet, Raskir takes a moment to get his bearings. Seeing the dwarf with the crossbow he takes a chair and sits quietly observing, nodding to confirm Victor's story. Tuuli comes to perch on his shoulder. He unobstrusively reverts back to human form, letting his hands take a more "normal" shape.

Alvoise of Karcau |

Alvoise stands up, spitting out part of his cigarette that he had bit in half due to the lightning induced spasms. He rinses his mouth with a swig of beer, spitting that into his mug, thinking that is more polite than spitting more onto the floor. Pushing the mug away with traces of floating tobacco leaves, he turns to listen to an aristocrat explain what happened.
Alvoise also looks around the room to see if anybody is gravely injured.

Dwarf quickly approaches the dead, including his patron and after several moments he jumps away, as if stunned by surprise. "Allfather's Balls!, he shouts. "They all look the same! As the last sparks of lightning fade from the bodies of the fallen, their faces simply slog away, melting like wax and revealing uniform blank oval shapes, without eyes, nostrils or mouths.
