Elwë Alcarin |

"I am Elwë as I stated earlier your Highness," he would say with a bow. "and I came here under the same presumption. Thusly, I am at pleased to know that I have not been met with violence upon my arrival, if not some rude comments."

Ivanna Láska |

Ignoring the mention of rude comments, Ivanna gives a slight curtsy to Elwë before turning to Alton.
"The north is no place for me. All ice and snow and I'll have none of that. Speaking of snow, I do not feel that this is a natural occurrence and would greatly appreciate it to cease at this moment," says Ivanna as she grips the sides of her gray robes tighter while turning back to the icy Elwë whom she assumes is the cause of the snow.

"The Tinkerer" Dr. Bertram |

I'll assume Mind Blank protects me from said divination Dr. Bertram. Let me know if that is not true.
pretty sure it does. I am using the Detect Expertise feat.

"The Tinkerer" Dr. Bertram |

I am shielded from divinations make a caster level check DC 35 if you pass I will make the will save

"The Tinkerer" Dr. Bertram |

The Tinkerer pulls out a varicolored scepter with a whirling top like a disco ball, "ma'am, if I may, this should warm you more than a cloak." He waits for permission.

Ivanna Láska |

"Thank you, Doctor. I will be fine. I am not exceedingly vulnerable to the cold; just prefer its absence. Since we each are here for our own goals, it might be in our best interests to persue said goals. There is one particular building that has caught my eye. That one there," she points to the stone building that seems fairly more intact than the others.
"Would any of you be interested and examining it with me?" says Ivanna with a flirtatious wink.
I would use diplomacy here, but you guys aren't NPCs T-T

Ivanna Láska |

"According my research, this village may hold the key to many things. The secret to immortality may very well be the least significant of what it has to offer."

Elwë Alcarin |

"While I do find the change of weather rather pleasant, I understand that the cold is not for everyone. However, I am not the one that brought about this sudden change," he would say while taking a glance about again to see if he might be able to make out source.
At the mention of the buildings, he would turn his head back to the group. "I am eager to search these buildings as well. However, it is quite possible that some rather nasty traps lie about here considering the secrets that might reside within."

Ivanna Láska |

"My apologies, Master Elwë, for the assumptions made."
Noticing the old man make his way to the building, Ivanna turns to the others, [b]"Shall we?"[b] She then follows, yet not too quickly.

Ivanna Láska |

oops. sorry, noticed the hat and clothes change. Didn't know you had "unaged" when you became a short, wiry figure and I missed the young voice part, lol.

Terrible Terry Tate |

"Hail good sir. I would be Elwë of the Elven tribes to the north, might I inquire into your name and purpose for being here?
The same reason any boy goes off from his home! To become a man and make my name known! I've done all but one and so I've become drawn here! You don't know the secret do you? Or are you just here wondering why me and my buffalo are playing? We're bored for no one has greeted us, but I supposed that's to be expected when a strange boy comes wandering in.

"The Tinkerer" Dr. Bertram |

"ah, well let us go to that building. I am here to take more readings and get to the root of this anomaly." the Dr says, putting away his scepter. "as for traps, I am a bit of an expert in that field."

Azulth the Slayer |

Azulth sighs at Terry's outburst about not being greeted and turns to face him. "Salutations, buffalo rider. By what name are you called?"

Oom, Destroyer of Nice Things |

Oom follows the others who are exploring the building. As he does so the rod on his belt slowly floats up and turns towards Mr. Ziggles.
Right before the rod activates Oom turns around to see it.
NO, BAD ARMAND, NO NO NO NO... oh

Small fingers of electricity arc off of the myriad of antennae on the Dr.'s head, zapping a few of the butterflies who venture too near his goggles.
He looks around, his head darting from one new person to the other. "Hello," he says to them, addressing all at once, "I am Dr. Bertram."
He focuses on the new attendees for a few seconds, and whirrs and clicks can be heard as the lenses of his goggles rotate and flip of their own accord.
anyone who hasnt been subject to my detection, could you please make a will save for me? The Tinkerer is quite the inquisitive sort. DC 34.

Terrible Terry Tate |

Azulth sighs at Terry's outburst about not being greeted and turns to face him. "Salutations, buffalo rider. By what name are you called?"
I didn't notice you there! You live here? Are you part of the greeting committee? Names Terry Tate, some just call me triple T. I've come far and wide to find the secret to my quest BABY, yall here to share or is there a task I gotta do for you first He is all pearly whites smiling from ear to ear, he exclaims loudly while giving his buffalo a noogie Wooo!

Azulth the Slayer |

Aiden is still in Ivanna's backpack, so I guess he is unaffected. Ivanna almost failed that T-T
"Pesky vermin..." sighs Ivanna as she shoos some of the butterflies away from her.

"The Tinkerer" Dr. Bertram |

Dr. Bertram III starts asking a question, then quickly rapid-fires many more and begins to trail off in his own thoughts while the butterflies clear. "So, does almost everyone here think that some big mystical secret is here? Perhaps some sort of conflux of energies... But how did the secret get out? How did anyone know? Why did those that discovered not come here? So many questions. Why does everyone think it is a different secret? Why did some come here not knowing a secret? Sample size suggests that coincidence is not the case....

Baris the Monke |

Sorry, I did not mean to confuse, the halfling is next to Mr. Ziggles.
"Oh this is going to be a pain, are you really that dumb or are you willing to work with me? Many will not like the unhallow effects, but if you choose to stay as you are feel free." The halfling says.
This is one of my NPCs, yes the character sheet says halfling monk level 2, but if that was the case he would go screaming from you...
Edited. Sorry TTT. Feel free to edit/remove/or Recon.

Terrible Terry Tate |

You're a bold one! What's an unhallow effect? Some religious ritual rite of manhood I assume? That's why we're all here right?

"The Tinkerer" Dr. Bertram |

The Tinkerer goes silent for a moment after his assault of questions to no one in particular, seeming to listen only. Then he looked around for the halfling who was questioning the rock-beast's talking pet. not really sure if he is following us or not? sense motive on halfling: 1d20 + 26 ⇒ (11) + 26 = 37 "Greetings! Are you from this village? Your body language indicates that you are not affiliated with any of the beings who have come here, more so even than they are not affiliated with each other. If my senses do not deceive me, could you perhaps edify me regarding this village?"

Ice King Petrikov |

The snow intensifies, becoming almost blizzard like. Then suddenly, a shape appears in its midst. It is readily apparent there is a person in this awful weather.
What eventually steps forth is a small, blue skinned man with a long white beard and red eyes, wearing a bejeweled golden crown.
This can happen either before everybody goes off, or after, doesn't matter.

Terrible Terry Tate |

Snatches up his weapon and prepares to charge this apparent threat
Stand back ladies, this might get dangerous!

Ivanna Láska |

Now noticing what is the cause of this most unwanted snow, Ivanna shouts angrily at the man forming in the ice, "Oh, knock it off already!"
She then casts greater dispel magic (summoner list) on the Ice King targeting his weather effect.
Spellcraft Check Required to Identify: 1d20 + 34 ⇒ (9) + 34 = 43
Greater Dispel Caster Check: 1d20 + 24 ⇒ (8) + 24 = 32
Also, I noticed that you don't have any crunch listed, Monkeygod. Would very much like to know how much trouble I have just caused myself, lol.

Azulth the Slayer |

Glancing at the new arrival, Azulth quickly files him in Possible Threat, ready to draw the crossbow if needed. Kneeling down, he glances at the snake and identifies it.

"As I understand it, different cultures tend to have different rites of passage into manhood," Elwë would explain to Terry.
"Might I inquire into what tribe you hail from?
Knowledge (Local) to know what his tribes right of passage if Terry gives it 1d20 + 29 ⇒ (1) + 29 = 30 - I suppose let me know if that is enough to know
"Let us discuss this as we move though, if you don't..."
Suddenly distracted by the worsening weather, Elwë would yet again search out the source and come to believe it to be the man that seemed to suddenly come with it. While they seemed to be kindred spirits of winter, his eyes narrowed in suspicion.
Sorry, this post is a bit jumbled since I'm trying to get him caught up in terms of what is going on.
Reflex for the Butterflies 1d20 + 26 ⇒ (4) + 26 = 30

Mr. Ziggles |

Ya I kinda figured that if he was a lvl 2 halfling he would not be nearly so bold...
Sorry about not posting in a bit! Been kinda busy :P
You said everyone excluding Terry and me needed to make a will save, do you want me to make one anyways?
"Oh look! More moving trees! Let's lead them! Onward my followers!" he says while trying to stay at the front of everyone yet having no real idea where he is going. Turning to the halfling "Ya sure, get rid of this Azura, whatever that is..."
Reflex save vs butterflies: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (8) + 14 = 22
Mr. Heavyfoots Reflex save: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (16) + 17 = 33
Mr. Ziggles seems completely unaware of the butterflies and forming snow (an odd combination...) around him. Mr. Heavyfoot, not so much as he attempts to try and eat any that stray close enough.

"The Tinkerer" Dr. Bertram |

Seeing the other's apparrently hostile reactions, Dr. Bertram takes the defensive approach and pulls out a wand-like device which fires a tiny split beam of blue light at all within the group, and the feeling of cold eases up. resist cold 30 to all

Ivanna Láska |

Just realized I typed in a caster level check for counterspell and not to dispel. My check should only be a 28 (as I get no bonus to dispelling). And so up to 5 spell effects on Ice King (starting with the highest caster level) that is of caster level 17 or lower is dispelled. So In other words, I goofed and probably didn't dispel anything. And thank you Bertram for the Cold resistance!

Baris the Monke |

Baris touches the Darkskull and then walks with Mr. Ziggles towards the rest of those that have assembled.
The halfling laughs at loud and once he comes to his senses he says, "Well I just went from dumb to genius, it is quite painful, would you mind repeating yourself?"
Once the Tinkerer asks his questions again the halfling responds, "Well first I should introduce myself, call me Baris! Ahhh the butterflies!"
No worries guys sleep as you can, we catch up as we can.
You notice that there are magical runes on the bear trap and think there might be a trap on a trap. You work your way in disarming it, though you don't think that the magical part will stay deactivated for more than 1d6+2 rounds. You then can disarm the bear trap with ease. Tell me what you want to do.
Elwe and TTT, I will let TTT take care of what information is given considering what you might know and how esoteric the information might be, though TTT he should know which tribe and the simple rituals at least if not more. Spoiler it and if you have any questions ask.
