Jo use her hat to appear like a prostitute of the milk bar and enter the site accompanied by one of her party partners (as a client. Usin the magic sleeves if neccesary). She try to locate Scarlett and wait for an opportunity to cast charm person on her, DC 17.

Jo walks into the Milk Jug and finds a nice corner to sit in, a plushly cushioned booth wrapping around a small table.
She's propositioned by some of the male "employees", and on her refusal, some of the females as well.
One of these, by chance, is Scarlett, a tall beautiful redhead, classically trained as a courtesan, she says upon introducing herself.
After a short conversation, mostly introductions, and a few questions as to Jo's preferences, Scarlett relaxes, and starts lounging against Jo, trying to get her to be more comfortable.
While she does this, Jo casts her spell on Scarlett.
Jorriko, during all of this, is mostly ignored. By his garb, they take him to be some sort of bodyguard, and he's therefore uninteresting to the majority of the establishment, given the moderate income they generally pull in. He's able to find a quiet corner and observe the goings on of the establishment, at least those that take place out of closed doors.
Not expecting it, Scarlett is charmed by Jo, and her facade of friendliness is recognizably dropped for a genuine, if magically catalyzed one.
"Oh, honey, you seem tense. Come on, what can I do to get you to relax?" she purrs in Jo's ear.
Jorriko scans the room, activating his magical senses to see if anything pops out.
One thing does: Most of the courtesans (the more experienced ones, it seems), including Scarlett, have a small stone somewhere on their person (on a chain at the forehead of neck, or just seemingly attached to the flesh).
"Pffft... I'm not ugly, I'm manly! And awesome! You just spend too much time with fruity men, tiny."
Korak doesn't particularly care about going on the mission. He would rather finish his training.
"Anyway... Since you guys are leaving, try and find more intel about the kidnapped girl while you're out. I'm sure we can make a profit from that... I'm just not sure how. Yet."

To Jorriko (without scarlett listening)- I think I will be busy for the next hour, but you seem worried - looking gher friend concentration - what happens?

Well, first Jo enjoy scarlett company in an intimate way, that should last for about half an hour. In the interlude, before the next happy half hour, she talk with scarllet about life in general but with enphasis in scarlet job. Jo wants to know what scarlet thinks about ehr clients and particulary frank (she of coruse do not say "I want to know about frank", she ask question like "do you have any regular client?").
By the way, I take 10 in diplomacy to make her even friendlier. 23 for the total.
Jorriko surreptitiously vanishes, with nobody noticing, and creeps around the room, snatching any of the more obvious stones the poor courtesans left hanging out where anyone could touch them.
By the end of his run, Jorriko had gathered 4 of the little stones and pocketed them, and then had returned to his place without anyone noticing.
Jo, meanwhile, enjoyed the company of Scarlett, exploring all her...options in a private room.
After a while, they both stretched out, held in each other's embrace, as Jo strikes up a conversation with Scarlett.
Scarlett replies to her questions as best she can, seeing no reason to keep something secret from such a dear friend, in such a private moment.
"Oh, yes, I do. 2 or 3 of them, in fact. But Frank is especially one of my favorites. He only comes around every few months, when he can afford it, but I always make sure my schedule's free for him and that he gets the royal treatment while he's here. He's a sweet guy, really. He listens to me, and we talk. Sometimes we don't even, well, 'do business', we just spend time together here."
"If ever there was a man to get me to give up this job it'd be Frank, but he hasn't asked yet. I think he's afraid I'd refuse."
"I know we've only just met, Jo, but I can trust you, I just feel it, and I want your opinion. Do you think I should let him know how I feel?"
"He's just so busy all the time, you know? I think he takes all these over-time hours and works where he does just so he can come and see me sooner. Maybe if I told him he wouldn't be trying to work himself to death, you know?"
She sighs, and looks at Jo expectantly.
Jo looks sad for a moment - it would be a shame if you give up tis job, I certainly would like to repeat this wonderful experience - Se stop to kiss scarllet and then she say - But I tell you this, I really like you too, tell me were this Frank lives I will find out his real intentions with you, then I will tell you my opinion about lettin him know how you fell. What do you think?
"You'd do that? Really? Thank you!"
She hugs Jo and gives you a passionate kiss on the lips.
"He lives at the Calistria's Fortune inn, not too far from here. I'm not sure which room...but he usually eats in the common room and I'm sure the innkeeper could tell you which one he's in."
She also gives you a quick description of Frank so you can locate him.

Jo goes to the calistrias fortune looking for frank, is he there?
Jo goes to Calistria's Fortune, but doesn't see Frank just yet.
A sign over the bar, however, denotes that dinner service doesn't begin until around 5 PM.
I wait.
Jo waits a bit, and at just before 6 PM, a man fitting the description of Frank walks in the door, with another man in armor wearing a guard's uniform.
They seem in good spirits, though tired from their day, and have a friendly conversation with the innkeeper's wife before ordering their meals, a thick brown stew and some fresh made bread.
Jo wait the men eat their meal and split up. And then try to contact Frank

Jorriko slinks into the inn. While not exactly unnoticed, he is ignored.
Jo, meanwhile, walks up to Frank and tries to confirm his identity.
"Heh, most of the time, I suppose. Don't ask me when I'm drunk though!" and he laughs uproariously. His friend laughs too, though with markedly less enthusiasm.
Great, I think We have a female friend in common, Scarlett.
The second man looks at Frank.
"Ooh-hoo, Frank, you dog!" he laughs, and then gets up, and winks at Frank. "I'll leave you two alone then. Tell me how it goes." and he leaves.
Frank waits until he's out of earshot and looks back at Jo.
"So you're one of Scarlett's friends? I guess that means you work with her, or..?"
He shakes his head.
"Not like it matters. How's Scarlett doing? Is everything okay over there?"
Lets just say that in that job she and I have spended some time togheter, but that do not really mater. She is doing fine, she is somewhat worry about something but, listen carefully,I am good detecting when somebody lie, and my friend there is better than me. Would you like to spend more time with scarlett? if the answer is "yes", then i can help you with that.
"Of course I would, but..." he looks at you suspiciously.
"How would you arrange that? And more importantly...why?"

With a sign she calls jorikko to her side and ask him for the new documents. Jo explain frank what he haveto do (interchange the real ones for this ones).
Krail steps out of the shadow to hand him the forged papers. I hear congratulations are in order? he says with one hand firmly on his Blade's hilt.
Easy friend, there is no reason for been rude in this conversation. I think frank will accept, because , why not?
Frank's jaw sets and he looks angry enough to start a fight, for just a moment.
Then he slumps in his chair and puts a hand to his face. He sighs.
"Fine. If that's how you want it, fine. I'll do it. Should've known you were up to no good."
Frank takes the papers.
"I'll do this now, before I change my mind." he says as he gets up.
"Just make sure I never see your faces around here again, okay?"
One more thing frank. Scarlett should never find out taht our conversation was not that pleasant, and I mean it. Good night. - Intimidate 23 again.

Jo then go again to where scarlett, but by this time the effect of the char person is probably gone so she first try to gauge her mood.

Scarlett seems happy to see Jo when she arrives.
"Oh THANK you Jo! Frank just came here on his way to some overtime job he agreed to, and he told me everything. Words can't express..." and she gives up trying, pulling Jo in for a big kiss.
