Dargon kicks again at the blinded lizard, connecting once and drawing a cry of complaint from the creature, as Kyson closes in and uses the healing wand on the dwarf.
As Rowyn and the lizard try to come back to their senses, Zstelian takes a moment to do the same. Silvio, Sekathral and Khazmia all press the attack, but only the elf connects, stabbing into the lizard's chest.

"Ha-ha take another one turd brain!" Dargon laughs as he delivers another round of bicycle kicks to the lizards underbelly.
Round 7, init 9, HP 11/13, AC 16
"Choke the little s**tbag!" Yells Sekathral, attempting another strike at the lizard.
He screams in triumph "F*** off! Ye'an gurth faika! You're next, y'b$~*!!" , this last directed at Rowyn.
Kyson looks at Sekarhral as if he can't believe his pristine holy ears.
"The reptile is defenseless, just cut it's throat!", Silvio calls out over his shoulder. The chelaxian swordsman then returns his attention to Rowyn. "Now my lady, end this or Silvio will be forced to do it for you", he says and attempts to slam his shoulder into the woman to knock her off balance. Alas the red headed rogue feints and shifts out of the way, causing Silvio to drive his shoulder into the wall, risking his own balance.
Round 7
Dargon lands a couple blows on the lizard before Sekathral steps up and stabs the stunned creature through the throat, bringing a scream of protest from Rowyn: "Gut Tugger! No! You'll pay for that, you bastards!"
The red-headed rogue suddenly pulls a flask from her pouch and downs it, Silvio and Khazmia swinging ineffectively as they suddenly see an opening, and in an instant becomes insubstantial, misty, and translucent. Her wispy form flows past the Chelaxian into a drainage pipe at the base of the wall.
Sekathral snarls. "Bloody typical. What happens if we light a fire in that pipe, d'you think?" He flicks his rapier in the air to get the blood off the blade, then sheathes it. "Oh, screw it. I'm thirsty"
He walks over to the table, breaks the neck off one of the bottles and pours the contents down his throat. Pausing a moment to pick bits of broken glass out of his mouth, he throws the empty bottle into the corner and starts to pick the room apart, looking for goodies.
"Oh, that can't be good." but with no way to follow the wisp, Khaz turns her attention to her companions and the room around them.
"Zstelian, are you still with us?"
Kyson holds the wand for Zstelian to take.
"Have at ye!"
Kyson inspects the 'dragon'.

In addition to Rowyn's dropped rapier, hand crossbow and dagger, Sekathral, you find a number of potentially valuable items in the large room, though it takes you a good amount of time:
The bookshelf to the north holds a number of books, the two coffers, an alabaster statuette of a succubus, an onyx statuette of a strange cat-like creature with tentacles sprouting from its shoulders, a silver statuette of a rearing unicorn, several stuffed stirges, cobras, mounstrous spiders and even what looks to be a giant shrew the size of a cat.
The wooden cupboard holds five outfits sized for a human woman: three courtier's outfits, a noble's outfit and a flowing (and scandalous!) robe of shimmering lavender silk.

Perhaps most interestingly, though, you find a small cache of letters hidden between the mattresses of the bed and a secret door in the eastern wall!
Kyson, there are plenty of scales still on the creature, as well as some that have been knocked loose. Getting a fang will mean extracting it from the dragon-like beast's mouth.
Kyson will take a few moments to appraise the goods in the room, stuffing high value objects into his sack.

All those books on collecting that I copied might come in handy.
Kyson will read through the letters, briefly, realizing he might not have time to really enjoy them until later.
Kyson will take a few of the nicer looking scales, unwilling to sully himself by taking a tooth.
Zstelian, the rapier radiates magic.
Kyson, the books appear to be novels, mostly adventure stories, but also some erotica, likely worth very litle.
The coffers appear to be worth about 125 gp each.
The succubus and onyx statuettes both seem to be worth about 200 gp.
The unicorn is worth 500 gp.
You don't think any of the stuffed creatures are worth more than a few gold at most.
The outfits are used; you think they're probably not worth anything, though you could probably make some nice rags out of them.
The vials don't seem to contain anything magical, though they all smell very nicely. Three vials seem to have been imported from Oppara, while one -- which smells almost intoxicating -- apparently was brought in from somewhere called Lamasara.
You think it'll take an hour to read through the letters, which appear to be from Vanthus to Lavinia, but a quick glance reveals the following excerpts:
"I shall take you by the hand and softly kiss your lips. I'll pull you close to me and we shall make love all night, the two become one. Desire and passion so hot, as hot as a noon sun. The sweat of our bodies, glistening in the candle light. Collapsing in each others arms, somewhere in the middle of the night..."
"It was too hot to make love if you can imagine that except under water but fortunately I was very good at that. Perhaps when we have time, we can adjourn to an inlet I know outside the city and I can show you in person."
"The funds you've trusted me with have been more than enough to pay off the local guards, the harbor watch and the ship's crew to say nothing about the new cargo."
Oooh, Pretty! Khaz flits from one lovely thing to another, stopping at the clothing to take a look.
Khaz, you're not sure how much they're worth, but you think they could probably be of more worth than rags.
Holding the lavender gown up, Khaz spins around, the color highlighting her eyes and brightening the green of her skin.
"None of you really want these, do you? Kyson? Sekathral? Dargon?" Though she only names the three, her gaze lands on each of her companions in turn.
say no. say no. say no. Come on, say no.
Kyson, as part of his appraisal, looks to open the coffers.
"Oi!" Yells Sekathral at Kyson. "Leave the boxes alone, sunbeam, at least until your Uncle Seka has a chance to look over 'em"
Catching the sword, Sekathral cackles gleefully.
"You're right there, matey. Ta!" He makes a few passes in the air, then thrusts it through the sash around his waist. He wanders over to look at the books and vials.
"Confessions of a Hellknight? 7 Years in a Pesh Lord's Harem? The Erotic Adventures of Thrustron the Centaur? Here, laddie - read these. You might learn something, and some of these have PICTURES!" He throws one of the more disgusting volumes at Kyson. "I don't suppose any of those phials are alcoholic?" He asks, wistfully.
And to Khazmia: "No, thanks. Lavender makes me look bilious"
"None of you really want these, do you? Kyson? Sekathral? Dargon?"
Kyson wonders why Khaz is thinking in asking him if he wants the dresses.
Does she know about that one time in the laundry room at the monastery? I just wanted to see how they fit...and how they were different than his robes. It was nothing. I swear to Sarenrae.
Kyson looks guilty before stammering out a "No. Thanks."

Kyson looks at Sekathral confuzzledly.
"What? I'm not going to steal anything from in here. Why can't I open it?" Kyson replies, defiantly.

And to Khazmia: "No, thanks. Lavender makes me look bilious"
"Well, I didn't want to presume, but you're right, it isn't your color"
The clothing saved from being manhandled or misworn, she wanders back to the "dragon".
"do we think that animal stuffer can skin this thing for my slippers?"
Is it wrong to skin something that speaks a decent language? It's such a pretty shade of green!

Kyson looks at the size of Khaz's feet and wonders if we're going to need a bigger dragon.
Kyson opens his mouth to ask, but then closes it.
Busily looking at the beast, Khaz imagines the lovely slippers he'll make, holding first one foot and then the other up to it's hide.
"What do you think, Kyson? With the lavender gown? Would boots be better?"
Looking up, she checks to make sure you're not wanting all that lovely leather for yourself.
"What? You know, I don't think this is *your* color."
"Not da best in town but they've gotta good look to 'em. If you adjust da seem in a few places they'd look good on ya Khazmia," Dargon says after giving them a once over, comparing them to Khazmia's figure, and revealing that he know's more of clothing and style than any dwarf should.
Kyson looks at Sekathral confuzzledly."What? I'm not going to steal anything from in here. Why can't I open it?" Kyson replies, defiantly.

"Matey, we're already stealing - it's what we do. Stuff doesn't automatically become yours by right once you've stabbed the owner. If it did, I'd be the richest f***ing elf in Eleder. Just leave the box alone, or one of those cobras we fought in the vault will jump out and devour you whole"
He starts picking the cork out of the neck of the second bottle of wine with a dagger.
"Are we done here or what? There's another door in the wall we can go through, unless we're fed up with tramping around in the wet."
"Do you need to rest up, mate?" He asks Zstelian. "You got pretty well skewered during that last dust-up"
"I don't know, the shoulders look impossibly small... Khaz stops, gifting the dwarf with a smile, her silver-tipped tusks gleaming.
"Thank you, Dargon. Taste and discernment as well as bravery in battle. You're a man of many talents, it seems.
We just won't mention that stenchy thing from earlier. It was probably the dragon, anyway.
Silvio walks up to the drain pipe and kicks it once or twice with his boot. "Facinating woman, don't you think. Silvio will have to make plans to meet her again", he says with a wide smile.
"Hey, boy. What do you make of those letters", Silvio asks impatiently as he studies the succubus statue with a gleam in his eye.
Kyson opens the coffers.
I don't need advice from a pirate...what is the worst that could go wrong?
Kyson, as you open the coffers, you discover one of them appears to be broken when a pin in the latch suddenly stabs into your finger.
You're looking through the contents of the coffers -- seven silver and gold chain necklaces and bracelets in one, and a dozen rings and earrings in the other -- when you suddenly start to feel queasy.

Kyson sucks his finger but spends time admiring the booty, handing it out to others to look at.
I FOUND IT! But I don't feel so good.
Kyson will store all the papers and books and coffers and statues amongst the party.
"Let's move on," Kyson says to everyone as the loot is stored. "I follow you guys."
Kyson suggests that we go through the secret door.
"We should go that way." Kyson says. "We still need to find that woman again...and Vanthus. Right?"
Kyson looks around for confirmation while still sucking his injured finger.
"I reckon we'll find her alright" Remarks Sekathral, gloomily. "Her and another dozen or so of her mates. Gods, what a life."
He pushes the secret door open, looking around and listening , then gestures to the others to carry on once the coast is clear.
The secret doorway opens into a hallway leading north, to a closed door.
"Silvio, want to open that door?" Kyson asks from the back of the group. "I'll read you them letters later. Maybe you can explain to me why Vanthus is asking Rowyn to help 'straighten is spear?' Maybe Vanthus broke it when he pushed us into that pit?"
Kyson is confused by some of the things he's reading.
Kyson reads further.
"Huh? This isn't good at all...especially not for our employer. Apparently, Vanthus is asking to have Rowyn help him clean his family jewels, repeatedly. I wonder how they got so dirty? Lavinia isn't going to like that one bit. Those are her family jewels too!"
Khazmia chokes back a laugh, ending up coughing for a moment before she answers.
" I wouldn't bring that up to poor Lavinia, Kyson. I'm sure she doesn't want to know what Vanthus is letting that red headed witch do to the family jewels. " The b&@$& is *not* prettier than me, she's is NOT! It's that damned hair color. Hmm, maybe I should dye mine....
"Vanthus is makin' love to 'ur lady, priest." Dargon esplains plainly as he points to the drainage pipe to clarify that Rowyn's the lady he is referring to.
"Let's flesh it out and get back to Lavinia. I've a bad feeling 'bout what Vanthus is gonna do next..."
"Da man who made da doors for tis' place must've made a killin'..." Dargon complains as he is faced with what seems to him to be an excessive amount of doors for a scums hideout.
"Haha, he is funny our Kyson", Silvio announces with a hearthy laugh. He matches his laugh with a hearthy slap on the cleric's shoulder. "You make Silvio laugh. When this is done we should go drinking. Maybe Silvio can find a woman to clean your family jewels, yes?"
With that said the chelaxian moves up to try and open the door, still chuckling to himself.
Kyson is indignant.
"I'm annoyed that Vanthus would steal the family jewels. We should get them back and present them to Lavinia on a silver platter. Maybe we'll get extra reward."
Kyson looks at Silvio, not sure why the man laughs.
"I don't have any family, let alone jewelry from them. And I could clean my own family jewels, if I had any."
"Check in your breeches after a hard night praying", suggests Sekathral "Maybe Sarenrae will have blessed you with an eye-poppingly stupendous collection of family jewels as a reward for your faith. Silvio's suggestion's a good one, though - they're worthless until you have 'em polished by an expert. Doing it by yourself just isn't the same."
Sekathral readies his crossbow; the wine is wearing off and he's getting a little cranky.
"What is this, a sodding warren? I'm going to flay that copper-nobbed heifer when I catch her, see if I don't. And that sweaty-palmed rump fancier Vanthus. Sodomite. Silly old tart"
He mutters obscenities under his breath as they walk on.
Dargon, the door appears to be locked, as opposed to just stuck shut like most of the previous ones.
Dargon will disregard the lock and start to bash it open until it crumbles or Sekathral asked to try a more suttle way of bypassing the lock.
"Steady on, mate. D'you want to let every ugly from here to Brevoy know we're coming?"
Sekathral makes an attempt at picking the lock before letting Dargon loose on the door.
