Seka, just in case you're curious, it had DR that was overcoming the damage of your guns.

You find it has several magical items including a ring of force shield, an embroidered crimson sash with the image of a brightly colored bird, a small silver cube, a wand

Know (religion) DC 30:

You believe the bird is the symbol of Easivra, an all-but-forgotten Mwangi god who represented the glory and power of the sun, the freedom of flight, and the fierceness of birds of prey. Legends tell that Easivra had a longstanding rivalry with the demon lord Vyriavaxus.

In addition, the statue head radiates an overwhelming aura of abjuration, but it seems to flicker oddly.

Spellcraft DC 30:

You think the magic is fading, and if you can destroy the head, it will likely destroy the spell.

Despite its size, the head seems to crumble away easily at Zstelian's blows, chunks falling away with each fall of his blade.

Soon, only a pile of rubble is left, the ever-present whispers seeming to rise to a sudden crescendo before they suddenly fall silent.

The whole city seems still for a moment, as if it's holding its foul, fetid breath.

DC 25 Perception:

You can barely make out a distant rumble that seems to make its way to the subterranean city.

Kyson cocks his ears.

"You guys hear that? Rumbling? Bumbling?" Kyson edges closer to Khaz. "Uhm...that's not good, right? Anyone else hear it?"

Sekathral's ears twitch.

"Just about, mate. If we've got any more exploring to do, we'd better stir our ****ing stumps or get out of here sharpish"

Ouch, so close. Never thought that :)

"I can not hear anything out of the ordinary. But I trust you. You are both have far sharper senses than I can hope to have. I suggest that we need to assume that this has worked and a flood is coming. We need to act fast and find higher ground."

Should we head to the ziggurat or should we head for a wall and climb?

"I think we should get someplace high. Now." Zstelian explains grimly. "Up! Everyone up!" he shouts as runs toward the wall of the pit.

Kyson, at Zstelian's warning, begins to air climb up. He tries to scout a path for the party while looking over his shoulder for water or trouble.

1d20 + 19 ⇒ (20) + 19 = 39 Perception

Climb to about 100' up, looking for a good route up and out...and the source of the rumbling, if that becomes clear.

"Khaz, take them out of here if you need to as well!"

Per previous post: It would likely take some time to flood, if there really are as many tunnels as there appears to be and with the distance a day of travel likely indicates.

You can certainly leave if you want, but if you want to check out the ziggurat, you probably can do so.
