Since I've made it my business to trigger as many sex moves as possible, was the stuff I did with Morgan in good taste? (Alluding to stuff after the fact without getting into any details.)

I agree about using elliptical phrases about sex. This is an all-ages site after all. If people want to continue, there are PM's and taking it to another communication channel. Best of all worlds.
If nobody objects I'm okay with indirect references to sexual assault. I'm okay with not having it too.
The GM isn't the only one messing with people. Strings and moves let the characters manipulate each other. In some cases literally. We should check in on the discussion thread when needed just to make sure that the problems stay with the characters and not the players. I've seen lots of problems that could easily be solved by a little communication.
Totally agree about fading to black.... and agree with Carrie about indirect references to sexual assault, as long as it doesn't get seriously f!%!ed up.... Anyone should be free to comment that they think things are going too far.
With respect to Taryn - The event that pissed Alex off was soccer tryouts. Alex tried to get on the team at the same time as Taryn, but isn't very good. Playing as a defender Alex made a big mistake that resulted in a goal for the other team and Taryn went totally apeshit at her (like seriously yelling). Kelly later caught Alex going through Taryn's locker. Alex made a lame excuse about mistaking it for her own.
Quick question: Are there any school rules that we should be particularly aware of? e.g., Curfew, when/if students are allowed in to town, boys in girls rooms/girls in boys rooms, etc.?
Going to make a slight retcon of Alex's extra-curricular activities - no more feminist club, going to do art club instead. Turns out Alex is a bit of an artist. - Who knew?
Re: lines/veils
I'm with Carrie and Alexandra re: sexual assault. I am envisioning Kelly's relationships carrying a fair amount of power dynamic baggage, but probably nothing (on screen) more extreme than we just saw in Mindy's intro.
Fade to black (or PM if appropriate) seems like a good way to avoid inappropriately explicit scenes.
The big thing though is that I definitely agree that a well-used discussion thread is the best safety valve for any grey areas or new issues.

Seems good Alexandra; that'd definitely be enough to catch Kelly's eye, but it'd be juust intriguing enough that she wouldn't just go tell Taryn.

Since we didn't get an answer before, how about these proposed rules? They should be annoying enough to inspire a little creativity.
Parking permits: The school randomly assigns the small amount of parking permits in a completely random lottery that usually ends up assigning them to the same types of kiss-asses, students whose parents donate far too much money, and other such people. In other words, if you want one, you gotta know who to blow.
Academy transport. The school's short bus will transport people from the school library to the town library (which is inconveniently far from anything interesting) every hour from 3-10pm on Friday, 9am-10pm on Saturday, and 6am-6pm on Sunday. Missing the shuttle is not an excuse for missing curfew. Even though the last bus sometimes leaves a bit early. The fare is covered by tuition, but each ride costs you all of your dignity.
Uber is hit or miss. Sometimes a ride comes right away, other times you have to wait because most drivers don't want to drive out to the school because most students are a pain in the ass. I'm thinking that the school is about 5-6 miles out of town. Possible to walk, but it takes about 2 hours for the average person.
Curfew. There is a 10pm curfew on school nights, and a 12 pm curfew on Friday and Saturday. They don't bed check every night, but they do random spot checking to ensure that the correct students are in the correct room and incorrect students are not. The campus is walled and fenced, and the gates are shut promptly 10 minutes before curfew. Campus security makes periodic patrols. They maintain the walls and fences every 6-8 weeks or when a problem is reported.
Dorms. Boys and girls are in opposite wings of the building. You are allowed to host a person of the opposite gender, but the door must be open at least 45 degrees. There's a line drawn on the top of each door frame to easily measure this. All guests must be out of rooms ten minutes before curfew.
Health center. The health center is an infirmary for simple issues. Students who take medications that might be abused or stolen have to keep them here. If you have a parental consent form, you can get condoms and birth control pills here.
Cafeteria. The cafeteria serves breakfast from 6-7am, lunch from 11:30am-12:30pm, and dinner from 6 to 7pm. Kosher and vegan options are available. Teams and clubs can have a reasonable approximation of their orders sent to them if they conflict with mealtimes. The food is relatively good for institution food, but they rotate through the same set of menus every two weeks.
Uniforms must be worn on campus until 6pm Mon-Thu, and until the end of class on Friday. Non-uniform clothing must be clean and appropriate to the activity. It must not depict sexually suggestive expressions or actions, profanity, obscenity, drugs, alcohol, or tobacco, or which degrade the integrity of individual groups. It must not be overly revealing.

About how tall is Carrie? As a ghoul, I've been picturing her as being on the skinny side, but I don't have a good read on her height.
Also,what are your thoughts on what scars you keep? With Carrie taking off her top, Kelly's going to note the absence or presence of a bite scar.
I'm picturing her about 5'7". She's not ripped, but she's wiry. Many motorcycle suits have zippers that allow for some adjustment.
And there's not going to be a bite scar. She's completely unmarked.
Have we already lost our GM?

It wasn't explicitly called out (apologies), but I definitely saw that exchange as having the consequence that Kelly wouldn't just make an escape roll and get out of there, forcing her to embrace her.... darker self.
I'll rewind if you feel it's necessary, but since the Werewolf darkest self requires her to seek power and dominance (yep), and make anyone who stands in her way bleed (yep), and only ends if she hurts someone she cares about (check*), after turning into a wolflike creature (about as much as Jack Nicholson did in Wolf), I feel like most of those boxes were checked without needing to retcon anything. Even if there are definite implications that it could have gone worse. But that just leaves room to escalate later... ;)
*Carrie's not her one true love or anything, but Kelly's into her, and has had visceral reactions to the idea of hurting her (again).
As the player I definitely see both points.
As the character, I want the retcon because it will lead to more complications and drawing things out over a longer time. After all, even monsters with perfect skin have scars on the inside.
Absolutely fair regarding misses. The transformation (though not fully complete) was in before the Turn On roll, so that may already be priced into Carrie's response - guess I'll find out!

Iirc the options are:
The GM decides how bad the harm is
You give a clue to your true nature
You become your darkest self
That's why I asked to see if they'd go with that instead of the normal thins. If not, it makes sense for the GM to decide the harm.

does it mean I adjudicate how much harm is dealt to Kelly? is that not decided by the harm section?
is it "your opponent hurts you back"?

I think it's there to allow you to make things turn out surprisingly worse, but it's not super clear. I remembered there being a helpful example in the book that turns out not to exist.
I think it's also to allow for other effects, like dizziness, broken bones, bleeding profusely, whatever.
I think those would generally be used in place of Harm (at least against a PC), since the 7-9 isn't supposed to be more beneficial than a 10+.
That said, I won't be too fussed if this is an area that changes slightly over time as we find our feet with it.
Either way, I'll hop in with my post once I know what all has happened to Kelly...
Btw: Whether or not the hand is actually severed is intended to be up in the air pending Carrie's post. Also, since it was how the dream sequence fight ended, I wanted to clarify that I'm viewing submission here as satisfying Kelly's Fight impulse, rather than being a transition into any of her other F's.
