In an act of desperate crazyness, both goblins throw themselves at Baldrek, probably to make him fall down the stairs, or on his comrades at least

But the first miscalculated his jump, and falls to short, on the stairs, while the second manage to wrap himself around the tiefling leg

Humm... couple doubts about the goblins actions... Only one of them acts before Baldrek, so which one? Also, the one that grappled, does he have the Improved Grapple? If not Baldrek gains an AoO, right?

Baldrek laughs at the little creature grabbing his leg. Since his hammer is too big for such fight, he drops it, mauling at the goblin with his two sharp claws instead.

Meurasod rests his axe on his left shoulder as he lowers his right shoulder, grits his teeth, and tries the door.
Meurasod moves into the room.
Meurasod becomes angry and slams his shoulder into the door, trying to force it open in his rage.
