One of the other children taken by the Piper. Became a blacksmith and didn't talk much. A few years ago he up and left without saying a word.

Saddened at hearing about the tragic end to such a young love, Gashka looks at the others.

"I...I think I'll go back outside. I couldn't find anything in the bedroom. I'll go see what Terra's up to." She walks back out of the house and goes to stand next to Terra.

"Have you heard any movement out here?"

Sighing she looks over at Terra, "Rose and Brand were engaged. Jin found a note and everything. They were gonna run away together and be happy....we have to figure out what happened and stop it before it happens to someone else."

GM could you do me a favor and assume that when I enter a place I'm in the habit of inhaling slowly to get scents? That way you can just post any worthwhile scent in a spoiler before I post. Thanks

Jin can clearly see the handwriting on the two notes are not the same.

I was actually trying to see if the symbol for the shadow hand was faked but it seems not.

Spellcraft on the Ring: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (12) + 10 = 22

The spell on the ring appears to be a sending spell that seems to be only good once.

Secret Squirrel Roll:

Once Gashka sees what Flynt is up to she nods to Tikkle and motions that she is going around the other side of the house, and for him to stay put in case they make a run for it. Leaning close to Terra she whispers very quietly in her ear, Shhhh....there's someone on the roof. Flynts going round one side, and I'm taking the other. I'm gonna try to climb up on top of it. If they should jump down....hit them with a bunch of rocks, okay?"

Once she gets around to the opposite side of the house that Flynt is on, she will attempt to climb up on the roof herself using the trees around the house.

Not even sure if this is possible or how far off the ground the roof is, but I'm gonna try.

Climb: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (13) + 11 = 24

Anyka doesn't notice anything until Flynt points out a sound coming from the roof.

Flynt and Gashka got up on top of the roof just in time to see one of two dwarves, wrapped head to toe in black, get blasted with a large rock coming from where Terra was standing. While it knocked him into the air, the dwarf flipped in mid-air to land back onto his feet.

Ranged vs Terra: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 5 = 16

At that same instant, Terra felt an arrow whistle by her head from behind and to the right of her.

As the dwarves turned around to face Flynt and Gashka, the Ranger's arrow went completely through one of their necks. Clutching his throat in vain, the Dwarf collapsed as lots of blood flowed from the wound.

I'm just trying to see if maybe there was a possibility of gettin them to answer some questions, then Gashka would try to subdue, rather than kill. Chokehold? Just never played a brawler before, so I'm not exactly sure what I could do that wouldn't be actually beating the snot outta him. We got questions, they might got answers...that's all I'm sayin
