Liam McGregor
For a moment, Liam's eyes are alight with hope, and even if he deflates a bit after the Sarge speaks, it does not die completely.
He does however shrink into himself a bit as his lethargy returns.
He still manages to offer a tired smile and a half hearted salute before falling out and leaving with the others.
Might as well have a look at the stuff I scavenged now, figure out how long it would take to put it on my carbine.
How much time would that take, and how difficult would it be?
Alex Kaminsky
Alex looks at the 1SG, and put on the largest smile he's capable of, salutes him, and says, "Yessir! Right away, sir! For the Emperor!"
Choke on a bayonet, Chris. Alex then proceeds to go and get the Psyker Primaris, knocking politely on his door.
"Sir? Our Sanction Warden, in his infinite wisdom and piety decided to have us go to the Sanctum Ministorum for blessings. He didn't mention what rites we're supposed to go through, though I doubt they involve R&R.", he says as soon as he's in a position to report.

"Its decent quality, all you need is railings on your las weapon to mount it, which are not hard to acquire in the monitorum, since you aren't asking for the actual attachments
/i]Psykana offices[/i]
"Step in Kaminsky. have you seen your closest friend yet?" he is going through some parchment and looking for things.
"A yes, that ignorant t++@, he will do his ministorum routine of try to get a rise out of you, and will go lower than a rat to force it out of you. I just came back when you did your 'R&R'" he smiles "My regards to the 1SG" chuckling as he says it. "He still ignores you?"
Hallways after R&R
SGT. Yotta waves at you Camael and he walks towards you, but then his eyes widen.
A familiar voice "There you are Camael!" you could almost hear a chime to the voice knowing full well what is to come "Praise the Emperor you live, and does he not protect also." it's Edmund one of the priest of the ministorum.
Sgt. Kelliber Quarter
The door is open and a female humming voice that sound familiar is comming from within.
I assume Liam is heading to the monitorum?
Alex Kaminsky
Grinning at Iginon, Alex replies, "Actually today he was kind enough to call me a psyker. It seems his indomitable scrutiny managed to finally notice the fact after all this time. Smart lad, he is."
"So, what kind of sanctions and rites are we facing, sir?" he continues, glancing over Gillian chatting away to one of the scribes.
Liam McGregor
After studying the parts for a bit, figuring out the basic functions and how they are put together, Liam nods, recites the rite of accuracy for luck and heads to the armoury.
"Hey...sorry to be a bother, but...this new gun of mine, feels a little off.
Could I...have some railings for it?
I mean, just helps me focus better you know?"

Psykana
"Well get comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting wet and oily. The rest is blabbering and threat and maybe a poke or two of his autopistol in your face."
Monitorum
"A rail for your lasgun, not a problem that is easy to do, 'ere let me show ya" he goes to the back and picks a box and a stack of papers "Everything has to be in record, you know how it is, I'll mark were you sign" he chuckles for a minute, like we expect to pick up such things from corpses or not battered from combat"[/b] fumbling the box a bit but finally opens it "Easy enough this slides into your lasgun thrugh the front, it's what this thin lines are for, and the holes you see are safeties were the railing connects and latches securely to your lasgun, see not hard, a child could do it!" he gives you the other railing expecting you to do it.
No roll required, it is easy enough to do once show how
Liam McGregor
Liam nods and pays careful attention, and as it is always a good idea to keep the guy who hands out the bits and bobs you need to survive friendly, Liam actually decide to engage in a little banter.
"Sure looks easy, and I think children sometime do it too. I hear that on Cadia, if you can't fieldstrip your own lasgun at the age of 8, they shot you as a mercy."

Mechanicus Sanctum
A rather small area for a Mechanicus sponsored detachment, but has everything you need to perform your operations, and multiple drone servitors go about their monotonous lives moving cargo machinery and operating something or other.
In a work station you are able to discover more of the inner workings of this material and the grenade.
Petrusite is a highly electrical conductive material, which in the grenades is used as if it was raw petrusite stone, which the mechanism trigger a disintegration of the charged stone that releases the charged smoke, leaving behind the metal within the grenade.
It has a black appearance with a blueish hue, and it would be the most conductive metal in the record. This is probably a reason enough to take this sector for the Mechanicus.
It would increase the speed and response of any electrical circuity, while also made shocking weapons stronger than normal, further testing would be required for any effects on forcefields and power weapons, but it explains how their smoke grenades also have a 'haywire' like and the stun of the electrical shock that comes from the forceful disintegration process, hence also the smell of ozone.
Kelliber's Quarters
SGT. Flavia seems to be sitting in your chair waiting for you with her most charming looks, but you can see horror in her eyes "How did it go Kelliber?
Sgt Marko Kelliber
"The combat, or the grilling afterwards?"
Marko flops onto his rack with a sigh of relief and pent up stress.
"We managed to scrape by without casualties, just a few wounded here and there. From what I hear, other teams didn't fare so well. We were lucky we were out of line of fire of that dammed stubber. Things would've gone a whole lot worse otherwise."
Marko hunts around for a bottle of booze, amasec, wine, whatever he stashed away last opportunity. Pulling the stopper, he offers it to Flavia.
"I take it your team got hit hard, eh?"
Alex Kaminsky
Alex smirks as the words comfortable, wet and oily are mentioned, then nods. "I see, sir. Is he at least going to buy me dinner first?" he says, excusing himself to leave after Iginon gives him the reply to the joke.
Walking out of the psykana office, Alex waves at Gillian to come over, leaving a relieved look on the scribe's face, and he takes a stroll to Lillia, dropping his last Telumen ration pack to her.
Down the corridor, Alex turns towards Gillian, muttering, "You know, you probably shouldn't be that hard on the scribes. I only listen to like every eighth word you say, and I've turned out alright!" before receiving a solid slap on the back of his head. "Fine, I get it. I deserved that. I love you, Gill."
Gregori Mikonavich
Gregori carefully places the grenade components, along with the notes made in its construction and design in a locked case.
He spends some quality time working over the sentinels and servitors passes by the animal pen to give basic care to his mount and retires to his chambers. The horrors he encountered never even crossed his mind. Before he was even deployed the worthless part of his brain that made him feel fear was replaced with a logic center that allowed him to process danger, but never panic, never dwell in a capacity other than analysis.
In a sense it was the first step towards immortality. After all once you no longer worry about death like an encroaching specter you can become its master.

Hallway
"I serve the Emperor we are always under his blessings and so are you, we should go pray and speak some more at the chapel" he gives you a slight tug on your sleeves like trying to take you with him.
Kelliber's
"Aye, we did" taking a sip, we got him by somenthing I've never seen before, it shot lightning bolts in a wide arc, like a flamer buy..."[/b] she shudders on the memory and takes a longer sip.
"It just was... horrifying and those red eyes, like demons"
Kaminsky
One of the many acolytes shows up huffing and puffing like has run for a while "I'm... I'm here to take you..."
Alex Kaminsky
"Lead on, my friend. Need a small breather?" asks Alex, looking over the huffing acolyte. After a short walk, Alex arrives and knocks on the door to the Sanctum Ministorum. "Hello? Specialist Kaminsky reporting for the rites.", he says in a rather normal voice. If this all turns to be some sort of elaborate prank, I'm blaming Iginon..., thinks Alex, as he smiles at the Acolyte.

Ministorum (Unknown area)
Kaminsky is received with an embrace and shackles, you mouth covered and a bag above your head, you are dragged and beat "lightly" with a stick as some chants in high gothic about repentance and protections, till then they put something on your hands and heavy chains begin to crackle and move, you are being lifted from the floor as other voices join in chorus, you are now dangling in the air as you are being move slightly and you are dropped as the chain and the chorus are the only sounds that accompany your own screams of surprise, all your words fall in deaf ears, as you fall in liquid... water, you are sinking as you struggle but getting no were, and you hear a voice.
"We must chastise him some more, he is resisting the rite of purification" all familiar voice of that priest that has awaited for you to come, and now at his mercy "Say the word" cocking the hammer of his autogun "It can all stop now" you know he has a grin in his face.
The rest of your "purification" rites is a whole fade to black scene of lovely memories for you, and you are more than welcome after you recover from the ordeal in your quarters.
Ministorum Chapel
Camael, I believe prayer will ease your soul, and we will take as long as need be to help raise your morale" smiling whole heartlessly, believing in earnest he is helping you.
You can bluff your way out with a Challenging Deceive (+0) Test . You can attempt 1/hr have fun!!
Alex Kaminsky
Oh, I know you're enjoying this... thinks Alex, while hanging outside. Despite all attempts of the priest to provoke him, he resists the urge to say, "Ooh, I bet you say that to all the young boys wandering around in here." But he's damn close.
Going back to his quarters, he crashes on his cot and says, "That was exciting, I'm hoping we can do it again reaaal soon." to Gillian. She rolls her eyes, passing over a flask of contraband. "Gill, sunshine, do you got a spare lho-stick, I swear the quartermaster's out to get me. I haven't got my monthly rations since... last week?" He pretends to think for a moment, then says, "Oh. So that's why I haven't got them yet."
He chugs down a bit of the contraband, noticing how it's almost the same as raenka, only much worse in taste, smell and texture, then put his staff next to the cot and starts snoring.
