Generally speaking, resting out in the wild where you have to post watches and such doesn't help with World Weariness. You need to take some true R&R time in a safe area to reduce WW.
Also, I don't think the party has yet attempted to cast spells outside the temple.

@Mercy: Is it possible to use Detect Magic to see if it has the same weird aura as the temple?
Outsider
Now that you have seen it in action several times, if you 'take twenty' with Detect Magic you will be able to discern where the ward is present. While you cannot technically hold the spell for 20 minutes at a time, I'll say that recasting it repeatedly isn't a big deal.

Sorry to hear that Dante, hope things improve soon.
My own problem is largely due to connectivity, both the paizo forums and the internet in general. Suffer through with me folks, hopefully we'll get back to a better rhythm soon.

We're looting the royal apartments, and are up to the ward.
We still have not looted the barracks or the centre pyramid?

Howdy folks. I think it's time to consider the question of whether or not to continue the adventures.
Over the last several months we've had difficulty maintaining much in the way of posting frequency, both from myself (and I take full responsibility for that) and from the players. If people are no longer enthusiastic about the campaign it may well be best for us to call an end to it rather than try to dutifully shamble on without deriving any actual enjoyment.
At the beginning I made a pledge to the players to never abandon a campaign, and I'm going to hold to that. If any of you want to continue, we will continue. Maybe we can talk about how to shake things up (I've several ideas in that regard, which I was going to implement anyway at the close of this temple adventure). However, it is my personal experience on these boards that once an adventure enters the doldrums such as we have, than it isn't likely to recover.
I'd like to hear your thoughts. I'm happy to continue and I'm fine to end, whichever we decide. We've been at this for several years already and I think we've had some good times. As I said in the beginning, I'm still relatively new to GMing and you guys have helped me learn a great deal. No matter what we decide to do, it's been a pleasure so far.

I absolutely want to keep going - Luca hasn't even hit her build truly taking off yet. ^^ I would like to be posting here more often, though, and I have been trying to post as soon as it's my turn to do so.
As a GM myself, I think it would help to have a bit more... active advancement. Things tend to slow down when players have too many options about where to explore and what to do, as people just kind of shrug and nod at the questions. A bit of rail-roading to the next plot point, while maybe not the best thing to do in a tabletop game, works out much better for everyone in PbP.
Outsider
That is certainly one of the things I've realized, and more active "road signs" will be starting to show up if we continue. I've evolved my mental image of an ideal adventure from "no rails, open world!" to "always at least a couple sets of rails, but players can hop off them if they wish". :)
-3 int M Human Human Male Wizard(Enhancement) 5, HP:20/21 CS 20/25 | AC:12(16) | FF:10 | T:12 | CMB 1 | CMD 13 | Fort:+1 | Ref:+3 | Will:+4 | Initiative:+2, Perception:+0 Speed:20| Enh 4/8
I'm also enjoying it.
The lethality of the game - which I like - has led me to being very cautious. That may have slowed things down, so I can try to back off on that.
Certainly I would put a lot of the last months worth of slowdown on the end of year rush/slump.
I prefer sandboxes, but I am coming to believe they don't suit PbP amazingly well. I recently read Unknown Armies 3rd edition book 2: Run, and it talks about "Sandy rails". It has some mechanisms to assist , but I'm not sure how appropriate they are.

I am enjoying it. It is one of my slower games but I enjoy playing in it nonetheless.

I'll be honest. I haven't been helping that dilemma much and I've had some difficulty staying focused. Lot's of little things but I think the big one you've already hit on. Tough to make a call on direction with no point of reference. No call to adventure. I mean our current quest is merely a very long side quest to earn enough money to go find a different main quest because the undead city was too hard to do anything about. Way more realistic but this is a fantasy game. I can only handle so much realism.

DM may I propose a solution?
When a new opportunity presents itself, put it in the campaign description. That way whenever we are considering what to do next we have an easy reference.

Indeed. I may also try to start putting in things like Bolding obvious points of notice and such.
It sounds like you are all on board to keep going, which is great. Thanks for sticking around while I learn! Onward we go.

I spoke too soon, as they are still incredibly spotty. Yesterday the forums ate my post as I finished it (I really need to get back into the habit of writing them in an outside program first). Elemental damage is halved apparently, unless the object is weak to that element. 13 lightning is 6 damage. 9 with the blade - hardness. Probably didn't get through. I think I'll switch to acid if Kien doesn't come over and pummel it first.
Outsider
Can you point me to that rule? I haven't been able to find much on the subject and I was on the verge of just house-ruling it.

CRB, Page 173, as part of the broader section on smashing objects. "Energy attacks deal half damage to most objects. Divide the damage by 2 before applying the object’s hardness. Some energy types might be particularly effective against certain objects, subject to GM discretion."
(The common example of the last bit being fire against anything especially flammable, such as paper or cloth. Less-commonly, some people rule acid effects as more effective on some or all objects, either ignoring the halved damage or doing extra damage to things normally worn down by acidic substances.)
