also, can yellow 5 ft step? Isn’t that bush he’s in difficult terrain? Either way I didn’t see a change on the map, so I’m leaving Ratel where he is and moving Bear up, attempting Accro.

For the purpose of this episode you get to control 2 characters, Ighiz and Skinder
You are Ighiz, Chieftain and shaman of the children in stone. You are currently having a meeting with Handiss (your second in command) and Slate about the human, Victor, who has been bugging you to take over one of the caverns, saying that it is rich in clay, and he wants to start up a clay pit. You’d need to get the troglodytes, Sessok and Ressh to move out. Perhaps it could be done, but you’d need to get a new cavern to house Sessok and Ressh.

You are Skinder. You’re delivering Handiss’s mess kit and his pots and pans that he ordered from Kinning and paid for with a couple of amethysts. They’re bloody heavy, and of course, Kinning would make you deliver it all by yourself.

Revelations: Ascetic Armor (Su): You can use meditative techniques that temporarily cause attacks to bounce off your skin, as long as you aren’t wearing armor or carrying a medium or heavy load. These techniques grant you a +4 armor bonus to AC. At 7th level, and every 4 levels thereafter, this bonus increases by 2. At 13th level, the techniques also grant DR 5/unarmed strikes or natural attacks. You can gain the benefits of ascetic armor for 1 hour per day per oracle level. The hours do not need to be consecutive, but you must spend them in 1-hour increments. (It’s on.)
Fleet (Ex): You gain a +10-foot enhancement bonus to your base land speed. You lose this extra speed if you wear any armor or carry a medium or heavy load. At 7th level, and every 6 levels thereafter, this bonus increases by 10 feet. Oracles with the lame oracle curse can’t select this revelation.
Martial Disciple (Su): Through meditation and study of monastic forms of combat, you have learned a lethal form of unarmed combat. You gain Improved Unarmed Strike as a bonus feat, even if you do not meet the prerequisites. You gain the unarmed strike damage of a monk of your oracle level. If you also have monk levels, those levels stack for the purpose of determining your unarmed strike damage.
The NPCs you get to control are basically who your other characters have interacted with..
Slide 1
Grenwold Houtvester
Earlier, to Noelan
"Spriggans are gnomes that came out of the first world wrong. They fell into despair and cruelty, instead of the typical gnomish behavior of regular gnomes, like me. You know. Jolly trickster extraordinaire." Grenwold looks extremely serious, as is often the case.
To Nigel
"Nigel, just ask and I'll do your wanding for you. I'm actually pretty good at necromancy, which is pretty weird, right?"
At Misthome
Ighiz: In draconic, to Handiss and Slate:
"The humans want to make a clay pit for their human crafts, but Ressh and Sessok are staying there. So far the humans have been most fair, and gentle to us. Not like normal soft-skins. But we would need another home for Ressh and Sessok. We may have to enlist the humans in tunneling a new room. I would say that the should only be some allowances made - we are working together but for such a sacrifice we should ensure that we are given fair compensation, whatever that may be, for the earth's blood that they would use. Slate, Handiss, what do you advise?
Skinder: Skinder sighs as she trudges to Handiss' cave, looking for him. She tries to knock, saying "Handiss? Um, hello? I don't speak your language. Uh, I have pots here." With no response, she mutters to herself "Well, I can just leave them here, and I'll go find Handiss. These people sure are weird, but I guess if they weren't - I don't want to think about that." Skinder wanders off to find Handiss to let him know about the pots, but she tends to stay away from the Troglodyte areas so it takes her a bit to find the Ighiz' cave.

Can't they handle something like this themselves? I thought the whole point of having them around was so that they could wave pointed sticks at threats, and then shoot them.
Nevertheless, she stands up, bones creaking, and heads into the cavern, hoping to rouse some interest amongst the troglodytes. On the way, however, she grabs a passing human.
"Stop running around like headless chickens! Go tell Jet and Rhyna what is happening, so we can get that dire wolf involved in the defence of the camp - it's about time he did something other than eat and laze about! I'm heading into the cavern to talk to the Troglodytes, and get them involved, as well."
She then goes looking for Handiss and Ighiz.
(Draconic:) "There are two large, hostile, half-bear, half-owl creatures beyond the palisade. Everyone who can, should head topside to kill and/or drive them off!"
GM Mort
Veld runs into Norris, who is feeding chickens in the courtyard. The moment she starts grabbing him, he starts crying, "Eeeee let go of me!" And all the chickens begin scattering in all directions.
Jet and Aubrin are currently down stairs having lunch
As she enters the cave and steps on a shierker mushroom, the mushroom starts shrieking as the two troglodytes stare at her, but give a more positive response. In draconic
"We'll tell Handiss and Ighiz. They're having a meeting in the next cavern."They inform Veld and they zip off into the next cavern.
As Skinder
You overheard that Handiss is having a meeting in K3 when Kinning asked Ighiz where Handiss was, so you're now in K3 watching Handiss and Ighiz having a meeting in draconic.
GM Mort
Ighiz: In draconic, to Handiss and Slate:
"The humans want to make a clay pit for their human crafts, but Ressh and Sessok are staying there. So far the humans have been most fair, and gentle to us. Not like normal soft-skins. But we would need another home for Ressh and Sessok. We may have to enlist the humans in tunneling a new room. I would say that the should only be some allowances made - we are working together but for such a sacrifice we should ensure that we are given fair compensation, whatever that may be, for the earth's blood that they would use. Slate, Handiss, what do you advise?
In draconic since you cant get spoilers within spoilers
Slate answers, ”Hmm, we already rented out Vokzo and Rhosz for the ore mining. “ Slate gives Handiss a pointed look, ”You didn’t have to be that clumsy as to break your last set of wooden pots did you?”
”Yes, if they want to take our cavern, they can go dig us a new one.” Slate agrees. ”I wonder if we could get some of those vegetables the giant sunflowers are bringing in as well… or maybe knowledge on how to grow vegetables.” Slate comments.”
Then the alarms start blaringshrieker mushrooms start shrieking. Two trogdolytes, Kazuk and Hara come rushing into the cavern.
”Ighiz, Slate, Handiss – the soft skin Veld report that there are two large, hostile, half-bear, half-owl beyond the palisade and everyone who can should head to the topside to deal with them!”
Now Handiss, Ighiz and Edran can act
Yes, Jet sent you deliberately to deliver the stew and bread, so that you could eavesdrop on their meeting. No one expects a human to learn draconic, afterall…
You also can act now.
GM Mort
”I think I prefer regular gnomes. Even if I run the risk of getting my hair dyed pink.” Father Noelan tells Grenwold with a perfectly straight face. ”At least their pranks are amusing rather then being out to murder you.”
"Yeah I think we're heading into the untamed wilds here."Father Noelan agrees. "And who was it, not too long back who wanted use the roads to Tamran?"
Hedran
"We can finish this discussion later" - Handiss hissed, slightly relieved about something else to do besides debating about a clay pit - "Head up top now!" - he instructs the others, himself moving out as quickly as possible.
"Definitely Father Noelan - I'll take a pink hair everytime, instead of being clobbered" - Hedran grunts - "These bastards sure do swing hard"
GM Mort
Is Handiss speaking in Draconic or common? You know that there's a wererat, Skinder carrying pots that you ordered from Kinning and another human, Edran in the room
