Tristvalid puts his arm around Corey.

Dropping his arm, he readies to fight or do whatever is next.
Thesling shakes his head and speaks with a mocking voice: "How touching. These sentiments of yours are nothing but dreamy clouds, soon to be shred by Asmodeus’s blasting winds."

Corey brings her in for a long hot kiss...Well if I get slapped for it...it'll still be worth it...no stage kiss here...
Moving in closer on Corey, Calseinica flushes while she delivers her lines: "I am yours for one thousand blissful years. Drink my sizzling blood from my wrist, or anywhere else you like—let us seal this sinful compact and consummate our love in the heat of battle."
Calseinica then kisses Corey, wrapping her arms around him passionately while reminding herself to keep it PG-13.
Phaedra attempts to refrain from glaring at Calseinica as she finally throws herself into her performance (and Corey's arms).
"Dentris, you old cur, dog curled up at your master's feet. I can't call you friend, but a truer servant I've never known. Loyalty is the mark of greatness. Know that my sword is yours even as your spells bend to Larazod's cause. We stand as one, and we always shall."

Calseinica subtly pushes Phaedra a bit with her elbow when Phaedra joins in Corey's arms. "Great Tormentor, Drovalid Vorclune, let it be said a man who can bear the vicious ministrations he renders upon his foes is a great man indeed. Though I am pledged to this young half-breed, know your courage sends shudders through my loins."

Tristvalid turns his back to Thesing.
"You do me sweet honor, great lady. I stand in awe of your passion, and these worthy nobles’ unshakable courage. Even this milksop of a pall-o-dine stands hard against the torments of Hell—harder than the fiercest witch."

I'm totally using this stuff next time I'm trying to score. I bet chicks love this stuff.
Phaedra moves up to get both creatures within range and then channels positive energy towards them with the intent to cause them damage.
Oh I hope this works, I knew I should have prepared another spell for protection from evil creatures..
William turns, muttering again as he forms another ball of acid. These things I can hurt with this. Then again, my aim isn't so good as I wish it was.
He then takes a step back behind Corey, getting out of the way of his whip.

The two very large skeletons rush forward to bite Corey. Phaedra get's an AoO attack on Skeleton #1 but fails to connect.

The very large skeleton, hit by an arrow, continues to press forward after Corey. However, this provides Phaedra a chance to hit the second skeleton, and she lands a solid blow! It also provides William an AoO with his quarterstaff, which also breaks a bone or two of the large skeleton. . The short move allows the skeleton to do a full attack on the poor bard, who is bitten and clawed and Corey drops to the ground. You can hear off stage Thesling cheering.

Damn it all to the hells, Asmodeans. I could not save him, I needed to save him..., these people are trusting in me..., and I can't even keep them alive...
William takes a step towards Tristan, and goes to fire another blast of acid at the skeleton.
Round 3
Feeling almost mortally wounded himself as Corey falls, Tristvalid nonetheless begins a barrage of arrows.

Acid goes flying wide (not into the audience at least), but the arrows hit their mark and despite the damage resistance, the skeleton crumbles.
You hear crying in the crowd. Someone yells, "Get a healer! Get a healer!"
The curtain falls and people are crying in the audience. They are truly moved by the display and courage. Delour moves to go on stage and sing, Thesling can barely contain his giggles, and Robahl yells, "Millech! Get the illusion ready for Larazod, he gave a performance of a lifetime." The stagehands run out and grab Corey and carry him off stage.
William moves over, trying to keep a watchful eye on Corey.
"Jimmy, Phaedra..., can you do anything? Please say you can do something..."
Nethys why..., why did he have to fall? We are so close, so close to the end, why did they take him? Filthy rotten Asmodean vultures..., If only there was something that I could do...
After his arrows dispatch the skeleton, Tristvalid's first instinct is to run to Corey...however, he pushes that instinct aside for one that Corey might have appreciated: the bows dramatically to the skeleton, offers a noble doff of his non-existent cap, and twirls his bow around before restoring it to his shoulder.
He walks calmly to Corey, hoping that others can revive the thespian.
"Get him up! This can't be how his acting career ends."
Phaedra drops her weapon in her rush to Corey's side. She quickly casts her strongest healing spell upon him. Come on now, we all made it this far. You can't die with the last act still to go...
William sighs, slumping back.
"Dammit man, stop that. You are going to give me grey hairs too early in life." William seems a bit oblivious to the irony that his hair is already completely silvery as it is.
"Nethys forbid you do that again. I swear I will drag your sorry butt out of whatever hell you fall into if you ever scare me like that again."
William looks a bit shaken by the whole thing, but seems much more calm then when he was half holding a limp and motionless Corey a minute ago.
Phaedra taps Corey a few times with the CLW wand.
"There you go. Feeling much better now? At least you made that least scene look even more dramatic with your fall."
William gets an odd look on his face. "So is that how you are supposed to meet women in this town?"
He casts a sidelong look at Corey and Phaedra.
"Mmph?"
Though a bit surprised by Corey's enthusiastic method of thanking her, Phaedra has no objection to it and afterwards sneaks a glance at Calisenica to make sure that she saw it too.
"Remind me to heal you more often."
Tristain rubs his eyes as Corey moves, breathes.
"He's alive?! HOW!?!"
I saw him die...
...now that is what I call acting!!
"Oh great performance, Corey!! I totally thought you were dead!" Tristain reaches down to help Corey up. "So...what's next? This acting stuff is funner than I thought!"
Tristain gives a hug to Phaedra and Cali, offers a hand to William and Jimmy.
"Jimmy! I did it! I acted!! Just like you!"
William puts a hand on Tristan's shoulder, trying to calm the man down a bit.
"Don't mean to discourage your enthusiasm Tristan, but those skeletons were real, and Corey wasn't acting. He was very nearly dead. Nothing about this situation is funny at all."
William frowns making sure that he is not overheard. "These spectacles are barbaric."
"Jimmy's proud of you!" he shakes Tristain's hand and hugs him. "Jimmy thinks you're all good actors!"
Jimmy then proceeds to hug the other party members, nearly crying when he hugs Corey. "Jimmy thought you were dead like Moshley! Jimmy thinks it's good you're not dead! Jimmy would've missed you!"
Meanwhile Calseinica jealously glares at Phaedra.

Yes, i was not dead....just mostly dead. You all and Phaedra saved me....while someone jusr ran away in fear. He looks at Ilsandra....Girl, fear and cowardice have no place in the theater. Why do you think Thesling hides in the wings while I am in the spotlight?
Again Corey kisses Phaedra. Thank you my avenging angel.
William rolls his eyes a bit at the angel comment from Corey. "Alright you two, I'm sure that there are other places you can do that away from here. We need everyone ready for the last act."
William looks about a bit, then speaks in a hushed whisper. "I'm less worried about that for now. There are many things that concern me, and at the moment. One of which is going to be public recognition. Everyone out there knows our faces now."
