Jorgan and Spirit can't seem to find an opening as the Lord prances all about. The rime-encrusted floor underneath its hooves crack from the pressure as small trails of dust fall from the unstable roof above.
Wren continues to pelt and taunt him with meager bits of acid that sizzle and pop, filling the air with its noxious fumes.

Rogzul takes a step forward and strikes out at the decapitant lord, hoping to get a hit in and kill the undead a second time.

Kraygan's lance lands a glancing blow against the rampaging headless svathurim, though it is just enough as the centaur-like giant crumples to the ground. Its body quickly decomposes before your eyes until all that is left is a icy-bound husk and unusable gear that turns to dust upon your touch.

"So is he gone for good? Or do we have to kill that bastard every time we come in here? There's got to be some sort of ritual or something to get rid of him completely. Wren, Rogzul, dwarves... got any ideas?"
Kraygan sways in his saddle and vomits off to the side. After recovering he takes another drink, then offers his opinion. "Well, he didnae come back right away, so mebbe we should search th' place quick and get the 'elf outta 'ere."

"Wren, Rogzul, dwarves... got any ideas?"
"It's that stupid door, I think. He's tied to that door that needs a name. We need to say it's name." Wren grouses.
"We could try to find the thing's name. Or we could destroy the doors...disintegration *might* work...*OR*...we could just finish up in here today and collapse this place when we leave. This recurring piddlespotter is tied to the door, so won't be an issue again, I don't think. Maybe."
Wren goes back to disabling the doors while others heal.
Torgan limply joins up with the others, nursing the giant hole in his body as it seems to have stopped bleeding. "Alright, let's hit the next room." he says valiantly as he waves Agrimmosh around without purpose.
He moves back to the doors to the north and leaves room for his cousin to take the lead on this excursion. "You open it this time, Kray." he says as Malt moos weakly.
Jorgan listens to Wren's explanation, nodding his head. "Well, I'm glad you understand how it works. Or at least you sound like you know what you're talking about. So, ok, if you think it won't be an issue, let's keep going." Jorgan smirks and adds, "And if he does show back up, I'm using the elf as a shield."
Jorgan then puts his scimitar away and retrieves his spear again.

Wren was able to unlock the door just a mere moment before the Decapitant Lord showed back up once again.
The walls of this chamber angle outward, creating an irregular trapezoidal shape. Large wooden tubs of unwholesome fluids stand to the north and south, their contents slowly bubbling without an obvious source of heat. Huge worktables surround a large iron grate in the floor in the center of the room. Upon the tables are an odd hodgepodge of surgical tools, saws, balls of twine, and materials suited for a puppeteer’s workshop. Two heavy doors provide access to a walled-off portion of the room to the west.
The grate is safe to walk over, but it can be lifted. Beneath the grate is a 15-foot drop to the drainage tunnel (area T12). Two oil lamps sitting on the worktables flanking the grate light the room.
The tomb giant Nephandros can be found at study here. He assisted Skirkatla in her apotheosis to a graveknight, and is currently the queen’s closest advisor. Nephandros is developing powerful undead creatures to serve as weapons of war. He is a cool, collected creature, devoted to Urgathoa, and by proxy to Skirkatla. Nephandros is also a colleague and peer of both his mate Xoyebeta and his occasional lover, Dybellos.
The walled-off portion of the room to the west forms two cells holding Nephandros’s latest creations. These are oversized patchworks with naked, flabby bodies covered in maggoty-white skin. Thick bone plates have been implanted beneath their skin as armor, and each has a third extra-long arm stitched to its side. Their mouths are like a lamprey’s, set below a pair of beady, bloodshot eyes.
The Tomb giant looks up from his work. "Seems the Captain has send me some more parts for my children. Your hard dwarven bones will fit perfectly in the chest of my children. The elf, though weak may break to add yet another arm. And an orc.... what to do with the orc?"

"I ask m'self that question too." Kraygan snorts. "Pretty sure Skirltcaca considered it too 'fore we kilt her dead arse."

The Tomb Giant smiles as he grabs a deadly looking scythe ffrom the table. "That is unfortunate. I hate when you slaves fight back. You end up damaging those bodies of yours and that is less pieces for me to create with. But if you insist."
The tomb giant turns around and pulls a lever on the wall. Both cell doors grind open releasing the undead weapons of war. "My Gluttoners will deal with you easy enough."

Letting Haggis trot inside and to the left, Kraygan grabs a potion from his bag from his bag and guzzles it down.
"I'm gonna go ova 'ere and play wit m' lance. When they come fer us, try ta stay outta m' way."
Rogzul snorts, as once again the rest of the group walks passed a secret door. He keeps quiet this time, waiting to see if anyone else gives it a second glance while he drops a few hexes on those that need them.
Satisfied that everyone will most likely survive whatever comes next he nods at Wren to open the door.
"Any healing I have left is for only the worst wounds taken in battle, I'm not healing any more scratches."
When they enter the next room and it's clear another fight is underway, Rogzul draws his spear and casts his flying hex.
He takes a moment, before channeling his spirits into his weapon, to decide if he should hone it's edge versus the Tomb Giant or it's pets.
Torgan nods with respect to the half-orc as the dwarf and yak's wounds are mended by his holy magicks. "Thanks, Squats. You've been invaluable." he says, high praise from the dwarf.

"Let's go, Malt! Block that small area!" he yells as he points with Agrimmosh to the 20' wide opening. "Come block their advance and we can fight two at a time!" he adds.

Wren and Rogzul know that these undead are necrocraft that releases a stench that only a dwarf could love and not get sickened by. These are Gluttoners, which are resistant to most forms of damage unless it is by slashing weapons. Their bites are filled with all manner of diseases, to include ghoul fever, while their claws are known to paralyze their victims. Though they can normally only reach 10 feet, their extended claw attached to their back allows them to reach much further at nearly 15 feet.
Torgan and Malt move in to block one of the alcoves while Rogzul assess the situation with Wren.
Kraygan saunters in next to one of the vats and begins to drink a potion from his drinking horn as he watches the spectacle. The undead creak and moan as the bone plating armor clatters lightly against each other.

Wren rockets a small bead of fire through the room igniting it just at the entrance of the eastern most cell, burning everything in and around it in a white hot heat.
The tomb giant's robes sizzle as several holes are seared all over him. He calmly uses his hand to put out a small wisp of fire that has ignited on his robes.
"That will be all from you Elf." His voice almost seems hollow as it is so calm.

Channeling the will of his spirits and all their disdain for the undead in his spear, Rogzul flies forward, taking advantage of the elfs spell to move him faster than normal. he stops just slightly behind Torgan ready to use the dwarf and his mount as cover when they inevitably charge ahead into their foes.

Rogzula nd Jorgan both make their way into the larger room as the Gluttoners shamble and creak out of their confined cages. One of the gluttoners extended arms lurches up at Rogzul as the undead quickly congest the small entryway.
Rogzul quickly swoops out of the lumbering undeads path. The deadly scythe gleams as dark energy courses down its blade.
"Don't eat all of them my children."

Half of the undead are blinded by a massive amount of elven glitter is hurled into the air. Myths have it that with enough glitter and happy thoughts that elves can fly. Wren quickly follows it up with another cacophonous fireball that turns the undead's bone armor dark and brittle as small cracks creep their way throughout.
Torgan's fury seems to have little effect as Aggrimosh doesn't seem to be overly effective against the necrocraft's patchwork armor plating.
Through the onslaught of spell and weapons alike the undead continue to strongly surge forth unhindered.
"These are my creations. It will take far more than your feeble magic to break them down."

"How 'bout dis!?" Kraygan yells as he charges in on Haggis. Bouncing crazily, and seeing double from a bit too much ale, it is not his finest moment.
Jorgan switches back to his scimitar but then stays in the back, running low on magic and not able to squeeze into melee range.

Drawing his scimitar Jorgan looks for any sort of opening in the ranks. Meanwhile Kraygan barrels into the yellow undead with his lance. His lance shatters through the thicker bone armor causing the chest plate to explode sending bone shards and shrapnel hurtling in all directions.

The undead clatter and scrape as they shamble forth. A loose piece of dead flesh gets caught on the grate and slowly begins to tear free from the many pins and magic holding it together.
With the undead beginning to fall apart, it opens a pocket of nauseating gasses to be released.
The nearby Gluttoners bodies move past and over their fallen companion. Pieces of its fallen corpse stick to the others as it reinforces their forms, slightly healing them and adding to their bone armor as it fills in the many cracks from them as the fireballs turned them brittle.
The forward group of Gluttoners bite and claw and everyone within their grasp.

Malt, Kraygan and Rogzul all feel the unholy energy from the Gluttoners as their long claws scrape thick, jagged lines across their skin.
The Tomb Giant Nephandros rests easily on his scythe as tendrils of negative energy flick off of its end. He chuckles at the magnificence and glory of his children.
The orange Gluttoners claws at its eyes....
.....And is able to claw away a large swathe of glitter from its face.

As the Gluttoners move closer, Rogzul snarls, preparing to pierce them at every opportunity and laying his foes low. Unfortunately being up above the battlefield doesn't help him avoid the stench and he starts to double over as his stomach spasms, threatening to turn out it's contents at any moment.
As the orc takes damage from the freakishly long arms of his foes his muscles become rigid, and do not react to his commands.
Jorgan reaches into a saddlebag and finds a potion which he then pours down Rogzul's throat. "Get up, you ninny!"

Breathing through a natural filter (his beard), Kraygan withstands the gas without losing his ale. As a dwarf living among orcs he'd suffered worse stenches. This one reminds him of the privy behind the Ramblehouse back in Trunau after bean stew night.
Haggis' sense of smell is better, which is unfortunate in this case. He bucks and snorts and drools in disgust.
"Easy now Haggis! Breath through yer mouth!" Kraygan chuckles, which seems to enrage the big yak and motivate it in combat as both press the attack against the monsters.
Torgan and Malt are enveloped by the cloud of stench as they fight.
Torgan starts retching as he smells the gas emitted by the creature but Malt stands strong, however the attack from the undead leaves the mighty yak paralyzed.
"How dare you hurt Malt! " yells Torgan, green in the face as he swings Agrimmosh for times in under six seconds.

Wren continues to pelt the area with as much glitterdust as possible to blind his foes.
The dust has devastating effects as it clumps into the Gluttoner's moist skin that helps hold the creature together, blinding them.
Seeing Rogzul freeze in place, Jorgan grabs out a small vial and pours it down the orc's throat.
Malt also freezes in place.
Torgan uses Agrimmosh to batter at his blinded foe, though as before the legendary hammer doesn't seem very effective against the bone armored undead. The dense giant bones deflect most of the blow to the soft flesh below.
Though the green Gluttoner resists a good majority of damage from Kraygan and Haggis, it is still too much for the undead to handle as it crumples to the ground in a pile of resources for it's companions to consume.

Rogzul readies his spear for when the undead advance as to use the corridor as a dwarven choke point.
The gluttoners continue to press the assault with their endless source of resources from their shredded companion. While they are mending their armor Rogzul jabs his spear into one of the larger cracks and sends a piece of the chest plate flying across the room as it grotesquely tears free from the decomposing skin.

Nephandros wraps his cloak around him. His form shimmers for a moment before he completely vanishes from sight. "This will be your end slaves......"

A single arrow from Wren strikes into the orange undead's softer flesh as the remaining two shatter harmlessly against it's bone armor plating.
Torgan's hammer continues to batter relentlessly at the undead, cracking and shattering the creature's arm as it hands limply at its side, oozing some sort of visceral fluid.
Kraygan's body fights of the effects of the paralysis and between his lance and Haggis he is able to fight through the creature's reductions and manages to break the magical stitching holding the creature together.
