I seem to have my characters slightly mixed up. Sarsczek is level 6, not 7 (yet). He will be 7 after part 1 though. As a note, I do have multiple level 7s available if we have subtier problems, but I'd like to play this guy.

Speaking of level, what tier are we playing at? I'm assuming tier 8-9 looking after looking at everyone else.

I'm OK playing out of subtier, I'll just plan to be a bit more rogueish. I can handle magical traps, so I'll probably make a few purchases to play to my strengths.

From what I'm seeing, we are as follows:
Owyn - 9
Clandelve - 8
Unnvar - 9
Sarsczek - 6
Varian - 8
Nivik - 5

That'd put us at APL 7.5 which for a 6 player party in season 3 would be tier 8-9. For part 2 I'll be level 7 assuming I apply the GM chronicle I just finished to this character. I'm OK as long as Nivik is OK.

I'm fine with it. However if Quiven, my Rogue 9, is still free when this starts I could switch to him if you guys wanted to play high tier.

Can always bring August, I know he's free.

I actually was hoping to play tier 8-9, but not if it means forcing someone to play a character that wasn't their first choice.

He is signed up for another 5-9, I think that one is low tier. Hmm, maybe I should switch. August is a Fighter 7 so he'd line up better in this one.

OK, its done. August is now here in place of Nivik. August can likely handle the high tier better than the wizard can anyway.

Please deactivate Nivik from this game, I'm confused enough as to who is where as it is!

I just meant that if people have posted before me, you can delay my initiative and resolve the other actions if it helps the flow of combat.

After that CMD check I noticed my stat block was a little off, its correct now. No effect on the water trap or anything else so far though.

As far As the game pace is going, we're doing good and should finish just ahead of schedule.

Thanks for the heads up, I imagine by the time you get back, this scenario will be wrapped up. We'll start Part II when you get back. Maybe box text and intro a little before, but I'll give you time to do any between scenario maintenance before we delve too far into it.

Just an FYI: The boon you get for completing both parts, you only get if you complete them consecutively. I'm not sure you can put a GM Chronicle between these 2 parts and still get the boon.
