Sirrah's sneezing isn't enough to throw off his practice with his rapier. his muscle memory kicks in as he thrusts the blade into the dogs ribs, piercing something vital as the dog falls over.
The Midnight Daemon and Levin both turn their attention to Izgarp, though only Levin is able to muster enough strength to make it through the little raging goblins armor.

Zeldana grows tire of the de facto goblin patrol leaders antics and sends a fracture rippling through her mind, nearly causing the goblins brain to burst. Izgarp's neck jerks as she topples to the ground, dead.

The immediate threat of the goblins to this particular area
has passed, leaving the group plenty of time to heal and recover any items of value from the dead goblins. However several minutes later you hear screams and goblin-song coming from the direction of the Escoro homestead where the young shepherd recently retreated back to.

The Escoro homestead is a small, one-story wooden house located in the southwest corner of a large fencedin pasture. Thirty feet south of the house, separated by a wooden fence, is a large wooden barn. The barn’s door faces east and is shut and barred.
A single goblin rider and its mount pursued the fleeing shepherd to his home, and they are now circling the house looking either for a way in or to goad the occupants into coming out. The Escoro family’s
horse, Burnella, is currently in the barn, and is audibly agitated by the presence of the creatures nearby.

Sirrah gives the man a bow. At your service and all; thanks for the gifts.

GM Tyranius

Witha bit of a breather to finally investigate teh strange goblins, Sirrah begins to look over them. It looks less to be covering the goblins as it does to be an actual disease of some sorts.
You recognize the purple greasy slime-like substance as Demon's Bile. It is a very powerful disease that takes a while to onset though once it does it causes a creature to lose a bit of its mind, becoming more primal and stronger with extremely violent tendencies.
-1 Wis; +1 Str and Shift one alignment towards chaotic evil. Gain Fiendish Template
In addition to suffering the effects above, creatures under the effects of the demon’s bile disease hear a constant buzzing in their heads that, along with their shifting alignment, prompts them to undertake tasks that most would consider madness. This madness manifests in different ways for each creature, but it often involves delusions.
Demon’s bile is biological in nature, and if left in an open area unchecked, even a small amount of it can begin growing until, in 1d4 months, the substance takes up a 10-foot-by-10-foot area of filth. Demon’s bile that covers an area of that size or larger then begins growing in earnest, expanding at a rate of about 5 feet per day. Demon’s bile attracts vermin, and those that wallow in it (as well as some other creatures exposed to it) often grow in size, gain the fiendish template, or both. Additionally, demon’s bile that covers a 10-foot-by-10-foot area or greater has a 50% chance to spew forth fiendish vermin every 1d4 days. Any good-aligned damage, damage from cold iron weapons, or positive energy damage applied to any 5-foot square of bile destroys it.

"So don't touch the goblins, you're saying?"

Zeldana_
|
Zeldana responds, "Just don't touch any of that goo. It's the... byproduct of a very nasty diseas that not only rots your body and mind, but also your soul. Fairly quickly it takes those it holds in its diseased grasp towards demonic madness. Left unchecked it'll grow on its own too..."
