"My friend Uthraed, I'm not sure that even I am capable of jumping at 15 feet from the boat even with boost. Not speaking about you with all your gear, no offence. Let's wait till our companions manage to open the door. And only then 1 or 2 of us will get beneath the crate."
Gringo will get onto the ledge when the door is open without drawing back musket, so he'll ask for a hand up (holding the musket in another hand)
Am I right that there is 15 feet up from the boat to the whole?

Well I think the big man should take 20 since we have some time.

Knowledge Checks -Sky Key Solution Aid Token

I was about to do that anyway. Since it will help speed things along.

Gealdn takes 20 on the roll. Grummosh and Mr. Peppers assisting.

With a mighty shove, the door lurches to the side with a loud snap, as the plank holding the door shut breaks in half.

Darkness fills the warehouse, the ambient light from outside blocked by a filthy, oily film on the structure’s few windows. Darting illumination comes from light reflecting off the water through a splintered hole in the floor. Throughout the warehouse, crates, boxes, and barrels lean against each other in vaguely sorted stacks.

A lingering smell indicates some of the contents are certainly spoiled. Perched in the middle of the hole, teetering on split planks, sits a large crate stamped with three crows arranged in a triangle. Handholds cut into the stout wooden crate ring the rim. Other barrels, boxes, and crates sit stacked along the walls of the warehouse. Just inside the door sits a handful of crates and kegs of beer. Most of these smaller crates and barrels contain foodstuffs in various states of freshness. Some crates reek of rot. Stacks of simple coffins sit against the east wall. The rest of the crates stacked along the north and south walls contain simple sundries including, but not limited to beer, blocks of clay, coffee, coils of rope, dried fish, lead ingots, nails, nets, raw cotton, rough wool, spare sails, timber planks, various pulleys and tools, and cheap weapons.

A crane, used for loading and unloading boats, clings to a rail running the length of the warehouse, hanging 5 feet below the high ceiling, and can slide out to extend past the loading doors along the west wall.

The edges of the hole are dangerous and anyone stepping into one of the squares around the hole must make a Acrobatics check or risk collapsing the floor further—and spilling the crate into the water. In addition, these squares count as difficult terrain due to their precarious nature. PCs succeeding at a higher Acrobatics check can ignore the difficult terrain and move through the squares normally.

I will place the Tokens Accordingly. If you hovering in the water, just assume you are still in the boat. Any movement that takes you through the red dotted lines are difficult terrain and requires the acrobatics checks

Mūn will climb up into the last stable footing inside the door. "Someone will need to stay behind in the boat while we figure out how to get this crate out of here." He looks to the other people in the room. "Do you think it will be easier to send it out this door with that crane, or should we try to drop it into the boat through the hole?" He'll examine the crane to see if he can figure out its workings.

Mr Peppers reaches into his belt pouch and pulls out a piece of cloth and wipes his brow, then returns it to the pouch. After a quick look into the warehouse he begins hunting around his feet and picks up a small piece of scrap wood. He speaks in a strong Elven voice:

"Let there be light"

The piece of wood glows with light as a torch might. He then takes a step forward and places the piece of wood on top of the crate closest to the hole in the floor.

"Now lets make sure this room is safe and secure before we get to work on this crate, who knows what could be lurking in this place. I like the idea of trying to use that crane on it if we can Mun. Good plan Uthraed with the boat, careful that thing doesn't sink the boat if it falls."

Round 2 will be posted tomorrow morning.
