I updated my Perception on the slide.
I suffered 4 STR damage on the previous level. I believe we were at the Fort just one day so I only healed 1 point of STR damage, putting me at 3. If that's incorrect, let me know.

Sorry about the confusion with the initiative order. I thought I was mimicking what the other GMs were doing, but I guess not.
Here is my thought process...
After I roll initiative, I put everyone in order from top to bottom. If your name is at the top, then you are #1, etc. After you act, I bold your character's name and add what you did.
Isn't that what the other GMs were doing?

The pattern I've seen most is that GM's mark the names in bold for characters who are up and ready to go. Also, for PbP GMs seem to prefer "block initiative". That is, the order it not strict. If 3 PCs have initiative higher than the monster then those 3 PCs are all up and can go in any order. After all 3 of them make a post, the GM plays the monster and then everyone who has initiative after the monster can go in any order.
That being said, I can work with whatever you want to do.

I think the bolding was the part that confused us, mostly. But now that I see it, I get it! Either way is fine with me, as long as its consistent.
Ahhh...I see. I went back and looked at the previous GMs style. I had it backwards. Let's go ahead and use what the previous GMs were doing.
I like the idea of block initiative too. Probably makes sense for pbp.
Let me update the round 2 combat order.

Aldy, that Bodyguard feat is interesting. I like playing support characters, so I'll have to keep that in mind for future PCs.

I added borders to the guard avatars...less cumbersome than adding those triangles.
I like rotating the avatar 90 degrees to indicate they are unconscious too. Thanks to whoever did that. I'll reuse that as we move forward.

You'll be totally fine. Many low level tables at Paizocon have people completely new to the game, or completely new to Society. Just explain that beforehand and they'll help you through it! Everybody there is super nice.

If you want to do a rotation then I can also GM. If we GM a level, we still get the chronicle and can apply it to our character, right?
BTW, I've GM'd Emerald Spire up to level 10 in real life (but it's been a while so I've forgotten a lot). I do remember some spoilers from the next level. I have no problem keeping out-of-character knowledge out of the game, but if you all want me to GM the next level, I think I could tackle that.
Hmmm...I don't mind continuing at GM. I'm playing in another game right now, so this is a nice balance. Give me a few days to get the chronicles ready and prep the next level. I live in Columbus, so I'll be at Origins for the next couple of days too.
