Hi there! I checked out your Gameplay tab, and this looks like a pretty sweet game, group and GM!
I have three Level 2 characters to offer if you'll take me!
A Wayang psychic, Abomination school.
A dwarf kineticist, of the earth.
An Aquatic Elf Spellslinger Sorcerer, who blasts.
I'm an experience PBPer, who can post multiple times per day.
I'd love to join!
No Level 2s unfortunately, but I'm willing to enter with a fresh character. I can offer:
-Charles, Human Diviner Wizard that loves to teach people stuff.
Possible Tie-in: Charles found out the party is in danger through a revelation! Possibly a connection to another PC?
-Eugene, Ifrit Wishcaster that wants to grant people's wishes.
Possible Tie-in: Eugene comes looking through the dungeon in search for something and encounters the PCs.
-Heinz, Human Witch that puts up an evil front but is just silly and kind-hearted.
Possible Tie-in: Heinz comes searching through the dungeon after his party got killed because of an error he made.
-Biscuit, an Aasimar monk that loves to be a teacher and a mentor.
Possible Tie-in: Biscuit could be the past mentor of a party member, and worried about her past student, comes to the party's aid.

My friend and I are both interested, he has a level 3 he'd like to play if possible it's a dual cursed life oracle Support w/ blasting capabilities. I have a level 2 life Shaman Support/ debuffer. I'll do a recruitment post in Flaxseed lodge now and see what interest we get. If the new recruits are ready to go then i'd like to start the next level by Wednesday next week at the latest, but preferably sooner.

Yes it sounds good though I think my description would likely be ( Str Melee, Decent everything else.) :P Based on my rolls so far lol.
So are these all the new adventurers that have answered the call?

* are levels recommended to play at slow track.
I would love to do this. I've got a level 2 bloodrager and a level 2 wizard that are available for this. Since other people have mentioned their posting rates I'll add that I also can post multiple times per day, even on weekends. I'm also fairly experienced with PbP (28 PbP games completed so far).
I really would like to play this but for the sake of honesty I have to say that I have GM'd this through level 10 as a non-PFS home game. I don't know if it is any different as PFS and I'm confident that I can keep player and character knowledge separate.

I am going to rebuild this character as an investigator, focusing on skills and knowledge (trapfinding, sneaking, etc) and mainly attempting to aid other folks in melee. We have a full divine caster, a front line fighter, and a rogue type. I think we should take a full arcane caster (wizard, sorcerer, etc), another melee type, and then one wild card that can really be anything (maybe a hybrid melee caster?)
Regarding my post speed: I am new to PbP, with only one finished scenario under my belt (and currently playing another scenario).
However, my job and my hobbies allow me to post several times a day (approximately 4-7 posts per day).
Outflank and Escape Route are always solid choices. If I do end up playing, and playing Biscuit (Aasimar Monk), I'd probably grab the same teamwork feat you take, for added synergy.
A little later than planned due to an old friend turning up out of the blue last night, but here are the three players i've chosen for the game.
MindXing - i think a bloodrager would be a good addition to the front line of the group.
EwokBanshee - i like all three of your options as they are damaged dealers who can be effective at range, which is something the group needs.
Woodenman - your ranged inquisitor sounds like a good choice as Inquisitors tend to be handy in multiple situations.
If any of the above 3 players has changed their mind about joining for any reason please let me know so i can move tot he next person on the list and offer them a space.
I have a second group currently a couple of encounters in on the same level of the spire. I don't think it would disrupt the game too much for a character to 'turn up late' and join in.
They're a group of 5 so i'll ask them if they would like a 6th. If they do then i'll message 1 more player about joining that group.
Thank you all for showing interest in my game. To those that didn't get in the group i'll certainly keep an eye out for you next time i'm recruiting. :)

Any luck on scanning the level 1 chronicle? Just wanted to do some shopping. I'm guessing the gold total is about 1500, since tier 1-2 PFS scenarios are about 500. Just want to make sure I don't overspend.

No worries! I don't have a scanner either, so I'm dependent on the one at work or at the library too. Thanks for the sample.
You mentioned you live in England...I live in Columbus, OH (USA). Where does everyone else live? It's always interesting to see where everyone is from.
Portland? That's where the TV show Grimm was set. It's finished now but i really liked that show and now i'm jealous of where you live! :)
I have been informed that we have a repair man scheduled to come and fix the scanner on thursday. All being well i'll be able to scan the chronicles on friday (especially as i start work at 6am on friday and very few people will be in the office... shhhhh!).

It's in PFS mode with me adding a little extra description here and there where it makes sense. That means that as long as your purchases follow normal PFS rules you can buy whatever you like between dungeon levels.

Ok. My character is ready to go. My level is 2.2 so do you recommend that I do slow track for this level, and maybe the next?
Here is the recommended regular vs. slow track table from the adventure. I think we are good to go normal track for this level and next, then slow to keep our PC levels in sync with the module levels.

I suggest that everybody take note of their own individual char levels so that you know when to take the hit for half xp in order to keep pace with everybody else.
We are after all aiming to complete the whole thing. :P

How is your rebuild as an investigator going Aldy? Are you sticking with being Aldy the Wayang or will that be changing along with the class? I look forward to seeing your character as i like the class as it has so many options and feels very open to all kinds of backgrounds.
