Technically I don't think I punched the first combat. I grappled and pinned. Only dmg that was done was falling dmg

Hmm.... I think that they were all a bit violent. They only one remotely close was with the Erinyes, but then again you did hurtle her down 150 foot cliff to crash to the rocks below which was pretty violent.

There were the guards at the top of the mine cart. We didn't fight them in the end.

yeah the guards at the mine cart entrance we just used intimidate which is like diplomacy, only louder.

Hmm. yea we can count that I guess :) The guards were part of the mine cart chase encounter but you did negotiate your way peacefully past that particular fight.
