How I understand it so far:
- The goons who attacked us earlier were hired by Besel Ardoc
- Besel thought we killed Collgardie
- Besel wanted to kill us because he was trying to curry a favor from a new player named Dakar
- Dakar, for some as-yet-unknown reason, wanted Collgardie's killers dead
- Dakar is very well connected and is the type who finds you rather than being found
We still don't know who killed Collgardie or why.

Also, just letting you know that I realise I have previously played Part 2 a couple of years ago with another character (never played Part 1). I was planning on using a GM* replay on this to see the story through with Prakriti. I barely recall anything about the scenario but if you'd prefer not to have someone whose played it before at the table, that is cool.
