Special Abilities
--------------------
Hidden Blade +2 bonus on Sleight of Hand checks to conceal a light blade.
Improved Day Job (Profession [porter]) +3 bonus to Day Job checks with chosen skill.
Finesse Training (Ex) [Dagger]: At 1st level, a rogue gains Weapon Finesse as a bonus feat. In addition, starting at 3rd level, she can select any one type of weapon that can be used with Weapon Finesse (such as rapiers or daggers). Once this choice is made, it cannot be changed. Whenever she makes a successful melee attack with the selected weapon, she adds her Dexterity modifier instead of her Strength modifier to the damage roll.
Sneak Attack (Unchained) +2d8/+2d4 +2d8 damage with a dagger-like weapon if you flank your target or your target is flat-footed.
Blade of the Society (Rogue, Society): Benefit: You gain a +1 trait bonus to damage rolls from sneak attacks.
Merchant of Katheer: You gain a +1 trait bonus to Appraise checks, and Appraise is always a class skill for you.
Evasion (Ex): A rogue can avoid even magical and unusual attacks with great agility. If she makes a successful Reflex saving throw against an attack that normally deals half damage on a successful save, she instead takes no damage.
Befuddling Strike (Ex): Benefit: When the rogue deals sneak attack damage against an opponent, that opponent takes a –2 penalty on attack rolls against the rogue for 1d4 rounds.
Blade Sense (Ex): At 3rd level, a knife master is so skilled in combat involving light blades that she gains a +1 dodge bonus to AC against attacks made against her with light blades. This bonus increases by +1 for every three levels, to a maximum of +6 at 18th level. This ability replaces trap sense.

Appearance:
A slovenly, wretched man saunters into the room where his eyes look over the other Pathfinders already assembled. His messy blonde hair hangs over his ears though his dark hazel eyes miss nothing. He is dressed simply, wearing studded leather and is well armed with many small blades, a dagger along with a brace of knives..

Boons:

Select one boon—line through the others.
☐ Combat Boon: As an immediate action, you may reroll an attack roll before success is determined. You must accept the second roll, even if it’s worse than the first roll. You may only use this ability once. On using this ability, check the box and line through this boon.
☐ Magic Boon: As a standard action, you may recall one spell that you have already prepared and then cast that day. The spell is then prepared again, just as if it had not been cast. You may only use this ability once. On using this ability, check the box and line through this boon.
☐ Skill Boon: As an immediate action, you may reroll a skill check before success is determined. You must accept the second roll, even if it’s worse than the first roll. You may only use this ability once. On using this ability, check the box and line through this boon.

Magnimarian Debt: The many wealthy and influential attendees of the
auction for the Runecarved Key, among them some who actively bid against the Pathfinder Society for the ancient relic, owe you a debt of gratitude for dealing with the assault on the Temple of Abadar. In thanks for saving their lives from the rampaging cultists, the citizens of Magnimar can be called upon in the future to assist you when your life needs saving—or restoring. When you would pay for the casting of a raise dead, resurrection, or true resurrection, you may call upon this favor and reduce the price of the spellcasting service by half. This discount applies to spellcasting services
paid for with either coins or Prestige Points. Once you have used this boon, cross it off the Chronicle sheet.

Formidable Renoun: Word of your defeat of the cultists of Lissala and your tenacity in the face of the relentless onslaught of summoned outsiders has quickly spread through the ranks of the secretive cult. When facing a worshiper of Lissala, you gain a +2 bonus on Intimdate checks to demoralize them, and can make one such attempt per encounter as a move action instead of a standard action.

▫▫▫ Guardian of the Farheavens: You successfully reunited Dolok Darkfur with the last god caller of the Farheavens, earning the gratitude of the mighty eidolon. You can check one of the boxes that precede this boon as a standard action to affect a single bear or owlbear with a charm monster effect (DC 19; CL 8th). Alternatively,
you can check a box that precedes this boon as a standard action to use bear’s endurance as a spell-like ability with a caster level equal to your character level.

▫ ▫ ▫ Champion of the Farheavens: Once again the Pathfinders have proven themselves to be the Farheavens’ greatest allies. You can check a box next to this boon as a standard action to conjure a small, feathered bear to aid you (use the statistics for a dire badger as though casting summon monster II with a caster level equal to your
character level).
▫ ▫ Firebreaker: You not only stopped the flames raging around Mishkar, but you also put a stop to simmering regional conflicts that had long targeted the local Dragonskull goblin tribe. One of the Dragonskull goblins has decided to follow you back to the Pathfinder Society and help you in your journeys. When you would fail a skill or ability check related to putting out a fire, or a saving throw against an effect that deals fire damage, you can check a box that precedes this boon to reroll the check. This reroll represents the goblin rushing to your aid.
▫ Embeth Hound: The Embeth Travelers gift you with a loyal Embeth hound at no cost. An Embeth hound is a riding dog who receives a +4 racial bonus on all Climb and Swim checks in place of a riding dog’s
typical +4 racial bonus on Acrobatic checks while jumping. An Embeth hound is trained for combat and additionally knows the Track trick. If the Embeth hound dies, cross this boon off your Chronicle sheet.
▫ Henbane’s Token: Inquisitor Henbane leaves you with a token of her favor. This enchanted flower from a henbane plant allows its wearer to step outside of the flow of time. As a purely mental move action, you can destroy the flower to disappear completely one round. While you are out of time, you cannot be affected by any new spells or effects, and any ongoing durations of spells or effects affecting you do not continue to progress. You also cannot take any actions while out of time. At the beginning of your next turn after disappearing from time, you reappear in the same square you left (or the closest open space if it is occupied). Once you expend the token’s power, cross this boon off your Chronicle sheet.
▫ Touched by Time: You have passed through time-distorting portals in Uringen, and residual magic from that experience clings to you. You may cast either haste or slow as a spell-like ability, using your character level as your caster level and Charisma as your key ability score. When you use this boon, cross it off your Chronicle sheet.
▫ Fool Me Once: Grandmaster Torch’s sudden betrayal and subsequent escape have left you questioning the motives of everyone around you—particularly your allies. You gain a +2 bonus on Sense Motive checks against current and former Pathfinders.

The Exchange Season 8 Faction Card:

[ ] Visit one of the following planar metropolises during the course of an adventure: Armun Kelisk, the City of Brass, the Opaline Vault, or Vialesk. While in the city, purchase or sell an item worth at least 100 gp per character level.
[ ] Recruit a named NPC merchant, trader, smuggler, or similar figure to cooperate with the Exchange. Doing so requires a successful Diplomacy or Profession (merchant) check (DC = 15 + your character level).
[ ][ ] Resolve a combat encounter nonviolently through diplomacy, trickery, bribery, or a similar tactic.
[ ][ ] Gain access to a unique or variant item during the course of an adventure whose rules are printed on your Chronicle sheet.

If you do so, check both of this goal’s boxes.
[ ] Undermine a rival entrepreneur or merchant so that you can claim his market share. Doing so requires a successful Bluff, Intimidate, or Profession (merchant) check (DC = 15 + your character level).

Notes:

Feats: Imp. Initiative, TWF

rogue talent:
Sczarni Smuggler (Ex) (Inner Sea Intrigue pg. 32): The rogue has picked up Sczarni tricks for making masterful forgeries and using bribery to evade trade rules. The rogue needs to learn only the approximate appearance of a document that doesn’t require a particular person’s signature to accurately forge the document with Linguistics (gaining a +8 bonus on the check to create the forgery, as if she had seen a similar document before). The rogue needs only a small sample of a person’s handwriting to make a convincing forgery of great length in that person’s handwriting. The rogue can always take 10 on Diplomacy checks to offer bribes. In addition, the rogue automatically gains an extra advantage at the start of a pursuit (Ultimate Intrigue 142) in an urban environment.
