Heading west, you enter a large tunnel. A ten-foot-wide conveyor stretches from the mine tracks of the central hallway toward the end of this mining zone. Evenly spaced pillars reinforce the ceiling, and glimmering green crystals bedeck the mine shaft’s walls.
In the tunnel, you see three mutant ogres directing a dozen slaves. In the southwest, a spider the size of a bull elephant stands guard!

Marduk moves to the north and looks behind the curtain! Extravagant red and purple tapestries, intricately carved incense holders, and magnificent gold and silver braziers bedeck every corner of this smooth stone cavern. Uncut gemstones and raw hunks of various precious ores spill forth from every container in the room, and a grand area rug takes up most of the floor. Wooden doors to the west and south allow egress from the chamber. Inside the room are six platinum clad guards! They all turn toward Marduk as he enters!

Davo recognizes the guards as humans, though they seem to be mutated like everything else in the region. The sage thinks the guards are resistant to electricity, fire, and spells. It also appears they are only fully injured by cold iron weapons, and they're armor provides light fortification. They don't seem particularly agile in their armor.

Marduk shakes off the guard's gaze, then strikes at the man in front of him. He cuts down the first guard and is able to step forward and cuts down the next man in line, even though the man's armor negated a more serious blow!
Kaz charges into the tunnel and runs his lance through the tiefling, dropping her!
Shahorn fires four arrows, all hitting their mark, and drops another guard!
The last three guards continue to reel from their vertigo.
Davo can retcon, and Lumikello has an action this round. The last three guards are nauseated for 10 more rounds, so I'd think they are easily subdued.
