How do you want to handle condition clearing?
I think the best is to pay from party funds. We can also buy some party scrolls so we can clear them while we are adventuring. At least for the most common ones.

I propose now that Grayst and Elisai are ok, we sell all items we are not using and split the money to buy stuff we need.
I marked as "Selling" stuff I think we can get rid off. The amount of money will be:
902.40gp
150.40gp/person
If we split in 7 parts to create a party fund, it will be:
72.14gp/person
I don't know what do you prefer. Alternatively we can try again to buy a full healing wand and split the rest:
Cure Light Wounds Wand 750gp
25.40gp/person
Other items no one is carrying:
2x Cure moderate wounds potion
1x Cure light wounds potion
7-sided stars medallion
mwk silver dagger
False life wand (Tal? Elisai?)
Identify wand (Tal?)
Gentle repose wand (Tal? Jessica?)
About Caizarlu spellbook, I guess we can sell it after Tal cannot make any more use of it. What would it be it's cost Crispy? I got a 1140gp following the inscribe+view spell cost rules.
I might want to buy a mwk buckler if possible with my money (155gp).
If each player is getting 74 gp per person, then its going to take forever for each player to afford anything. Id rather we pool our money together, and if someone urgently needs items etc then they tap into it.
Not everyone might enjoy that, its just something I know worked for a WotR campaign I played before. I'll take that False life wand though, since I can prolly make the UMD check now to use it.
Identify, Displacement, Stinking Cloud, Blindness/Deafness, Mirror Image, Ray of Enfeeblement, Spectral hand (you didn't mention it, but he did use it :P).
Unfortunately I don't have the money for copying all of em :/.
I suggest the identify wand is for common use. False life is self only unfortunately (could definitely use it).

The gentle repose wand might be worth keeping if the worst should happen, that extra time to find a way to raise someone can be well worth it. That being said, I don't really have an issue selling it. Upside Tal, you can work on copying the spells as you have the time/money, I mean you have the spell book.

Ok, what do you others think about a Cure Light Wounds Wand so we can easily keep going and free Jessica to use her spells on support rather than healing?
We would have another 252.40gp for the party jackpot. If someone needs it for a specially useful item, just let us know!
About the other stuff:
Gentle repose: I agree with Jessica to keep it. She can have it.
7-sided stars medallion: Jessica?
Identify: Tal seems to keep it
False life: Dispute between Tal and Elisai
So what about the silver dagger? Everybody can use it, and it can help pass DR
Regarding the healing potions, I think one of the moderates should go to Jessica, and the other probably to Kiley as Elisai has other means of healing.
The light one, I propose to give to Sunday or Daud.

The silver dagger is probably useless to all of us, iirc it's not enchanted and it's small size, or was it a normal sized silver dagger making it a "short sword" for the goblin?
I didn't think Tal was a ll that interested in the medallion since he can cast that spell, please correct me if I'm wrong, I was but I think one of the front liners would get more use out of it. The medallion is what gave false life 1/day. Or was there a wand of it too?
I am officially off to Origins in a couple of hours so this may be the last I can post til Sunday evening. I'll drop in when/if I can though.

I think that "monster" goblin was Medium. Otherwise I am very incorrectly using the longsword all this time.
As for the medallion someone cited being +1 saves it was a good idea to shield our cleric (in addition to the extra hp). Tal has access to better defensive spells and the wand so I also think the medallion is better in your hands or a front-liner.
I think waiting for Daud to even himself will take certainly some time. Have a nice time ;)

So what are your thoughts about what to do next?
It simply seems a matter of reaching the still standing house and knock (at) the door, or enter inside if there is no answer.
We seem a bit dry on RP ideas these days, thus I propose to just move the game to the building inside without further decisions, unless there is something really interesting outside, and see what happens.
Actually if we are just going to find out Foxglove missing, I will not mind you to skip all this Crispy and just move forward to some more relevant part of the investigation.

Well, I know I am boring, annoying and tiresome with the equipment, but I have the feeling we did not fully solve this. Thus, I have made a distribution of the resources I hope everybody can agree at some degree.
Could you please write down under your equipment in your sheets the following party gear so we do not lose track of it?
Daud
Cure moderate wounds potion
Nualia's +1 bastard sword
Loses the ring in behalf of Elisai
Party funds
After buying the CLW wand, we have a 1068gp party funds.
Because Tal is getting far less useful equipment I think it would be ok if he pays the inscription of Caizarlu spells from the party funds. Similarly, he or Kiley, if they need any masterwork weapon or wand, I think it will be fair you make use of the funds.
I will register the party funds both in the Statistics tab of the spreadsheet and my sheet.
Please let me know if this is ok with everybody and you have updated your inventory so I can consolidate the spreadsheet.

I see two options. Follow through the door in the bookshelf room, or go towards the first floor where Delendir was heading to have a look to what would have he found there.
I vote to follow through the door in the bookshelf room, but I believe the ranger would not like to lead the way in this case. He will take over as usual after passing that door if you wish :P
There are four doors currently on the map that have not been opened. You could try one of them. Consequently, there is still the first floor that is mostly unexplored, plus a second floor, likely, from the height of the structure.
