Gaeldrung finds what appears to be an almanac describing the events that would have unfolded had they not put an end to Druids foul plan. This book should provide critical information to the Society that will help them better understand the ritual that was underway.
After defeating the Briar Henge druids and removing the Atavistic Splinter from Briar Henge before sundown on the second day, the effects of the druids’ ritual are immediately reversed. Those afflicted return to their usual state, and all ability damage heals normally. You return to Wispil by way of the logging camp, and the two surviving loggers come out from hiding greet you as heroes, thanking you removing the terrible affliction. They are greieving however because it seems several of the fellow loggers were slain at some point earlier in the day.
Venture-Captain Brackett accepts the Atavistic Splinter from you and promises that the Pathfinder Society will put the artifact to good use in the upcoming Ruby Phoenix Tournament in Goka. He presents you each with a Litheria Blossom as a sign of his thanks.
