Seems your predecessors..." Nodding to Syllyn "...made an impact on the captain. Without their efforts...I'm not sure we'd have his cooperation here either."
"As for these storm, I know they can be rather....brutal. Alas, I don't have any personal knowledge on how to avoid them. Yes, the fragments to the key are from the crypts. One was mine, one hers, and the other belonged to my fallen comrade. They must be retrieved so I may put them away safely and....well...and so he can have his proper rest."
"You are after Iramine. She was heading up the local Razmirian cult. She..." trailing off, Reginar's face betrays her, looking quite troubled. "She has a deep desire to obtain the mass of wealth in the city. And she cares not for whom it may harm."
"Again, I need you to take the Black Mist with haste to the island, find Iramine, and recover the amulet before she can use it to plunder Xin-Grafar in the name of the Living God. Bring the amulet to me so I may return it to the Crypt and put Kassen's spirit to rest."
"Any further questions?"
Between Flyn, Phoebe, and Syllyn: You gain the following
The Pathfinder Chronicles state that the City of Golden Death was once a thriving metropolis called Kestrillon, a shining beacon of magical research. Tar-Baphon himself led an army onto the island, conquered the city, and renamed the city Xin-Grafar after the Thassilonian style. He stored his wealth there, protecting it with a nefarious trap.
Later, the Chronicles say, Tar-Baphon used the city as a base from which to build the Wizard-King’s Pit, a trap for the god Aroden. Tar-Baphon lured the Last Azlanti to the island in the hopes that he’d be able to force Aroden to descend into the pit. Aroden would then be sucked to the bottom and deposited on the Negative Energy Plane, where he would succumb to that plane’s energies. When Aroden successfully thwarted the wizard-king’s attempt on his life, Tar-Baphon was destroyed, though he would later rise again as the Whispering Tyrant, one of Golarion’s most feared nightmares. The Wizard-King’s Pit was never destroyed and lies open, connecting the lush, forested island to the Negative Energy Plane—a connection that, over time, has laid waste to the land around it and given the island its current name and reputation.
A great island-encompassing negative energy storm perodically wracks the middle of Lake Encartha for months at a time. These storms have warped the wildlife, twisted the terrain, and poisoned the rivers.

Syllyn does not like the odds of fighting the snakes with no armor.
Again? First we get stuck in the temple with all our gear hidden away, and now we have to fight these dang snakes with no armor. Are the gods trying to tell me something?
Nevertheless he begins a raging song and joins the others up top.
Spirit Wisp to hit: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11
Spirit Wisp damage: 1d4 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Remember that if you accept the raging song you also get a spirit wisp attack.
Raging Song (Su): A skald is trained to use music, oration, and similar performances to inspire his allies to feats of strength and ferocity. At 1st level, a skald can use this ability for a number of rounds per day equal to 3 + his Charisma modifier. For each level beyond 1st, he can use raging song for 2 additional rounds per day.
Starting a raging song is a standard action, but it can be maintained each round as a free action. A raging song cannot be disrupted, but it ends immediately if the skald is killed, paralyzed, stunned, knocked unconscious, or otherwise prevented from taking a free action each round to maintain it. A raging song counts as the bard's bardic performance special ability for any effect that affects bardic performances. A skald may learn bard masterpieces.
A raging song has audible components, but not visual components. Allies must be able to hear the skald for the song to have any effect on them. A deaf skald has a 20% chance to fail when attempting to use a raging song. If he fails this check, the attempt still counts against his daily limit.
When the skald begins a raging song and then on each ally's turn, if the ally can hear the raging song, that ally must decide whether to accept or refuse its effects. This is not an action. Unconscious allies automatically accept the song. If accepted, the raging song's effects on that ally last for that ally's turn or until the song ends, whichever comes first.
Inspired Rage (Su) At 1st level, affected allies gain a +2 morale bonus to Strength and Constitution and a +1 morale bonus on Will saving throws, but also take a –1 penalty to AC. While under the effects of inspired rage, allies other than the skald cannot use any Charisma-, Dexterity-, or Intelligence-based skills (except Acrobatics, Fly, Intimidate, and Ride) or any ability that requires patience or concentration. At 4th level and every 4 levels thereafter, the song's bonuses on Will saves increase by 1; the penalty to AC doesn't change. At 8th and 16th levels, the song's bonuses to Strength and Constitution increase by 2. (Unlike the barbarian's rage ability, those affected are not fatigued after the song ends.) If an ally has her own rage class ability (such as barbarian's rage, bloodrager's bloodrage, or skald's inspired rage), she may use the Strength, Constitution, and Will saving throw bonuses, as well as AC penalties, based on her own ability and level instead of those from the skald (still suffering no fatigue afterward). However, inspired rage does not allow the ally to activate abilities dependent on other rage class abilities, such as rage powers, blood casting, or bloodrager bloodlines; the ally must activate her own rage class ability in order to use these features.

"YES! SNAKES!" declares Abaal.
The arrow is the door down to the barracks. Are the barracks down a stair from the main deck or even with it? I am guessing that Flyndyngylyn is on the deck above where we (Syllyn, and Abaal) are.
Assuming he is on the same level and can actually interact with the snakes (and they are alive), Abaal, in his shorts, swings his blade in a defensive manner a sort of shield of swings to fend off the ophidian opponents.
+4 AC/AC 18.
falchion v pink (overhand chop, shield of swings): 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 11 damage (multiply by .5): 2d4 + 9 ⇒ (4, 1) + 9 = 14

I wasn't sure either, Abaal...thought I might be at the top of the stairs which is why I didn't use a 5' step back before firing...

Sorry for the confusion on the map. The mod doesn't have a map for this part.
The arrow shows where the stairs from below empty out on the main deck.
As everyone makes it ondeck, Flyn drops the first snake and buries a second arrow deep in the side of the second.
The remaining snake lashes out at Flyn, failing to even come close. Eyeing the remaining combatants, it turns and leaps overboard.
Bite vs Flyn: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14
Abaal, Phoebee, Syllyn can each take an AoO if they'd like. Combat over
"Thanks fer ya help." acknowledges Captain Walren as the deck hands slowly return and get back to work. Pointing out in the distance he advises "Der be the Island. We will arrive in a few hours. Anything yall need ter do beforehand, I suggest ya get to er. I'll take you ashore meself."
Turning to look Syllyn straight in the eyes, he adds "I's will wait 10 days. If ya not back by morning of the 11th, I's gun assume ya died."

Flyn puts away his bow as the last snake flees and nods to the Captain.
"No worries, sir, happy to help."
Hearing the Captain's words to Syllyn, Flyn interjects, "Again, no worries...if we're not back by then, I agree, we'll probably be dead..."
He nods to his companions. "As the Cap'n says, we should prepare...maybe get a good rest and then a meal before we reach the island..."

Syllyn is perfectly happy ot allow the snake to live. After all, they are kindred spirits.
"10 Days it is. If we don't make it back by that time I guess you would have to be mad to stick around. Keep safe."
Do we need a rest? What time of the day is it? We have not spent any renewable resources yet (other than an arrow or two and one round of rage), so shy not go on.
