Rego chuckles, "Well at least there's enough fish for all of us!"

He pauses and takes a drink of ale, "I was thinking, we should really not all split up anymore. We know there are enemies lurking about. It's best if we stay together. Tonight, let's catch those vandals. If we do we might get some better reactions from the townsfolk as we do what we must to stop these cultists. Maybe they'll even be more helpful".


"Normally I am a better fisher then that... I am so embarrassed." Caelynn said with a soft sigh. "But I congratulate you both." She smiled with a nod.

Though when talking about issues they discovered today she let out a sigh. "Splitting up may be a poor idea as Rego said. But if those vandals get more brash they may try more... mayhap it would be a good idea to deal with them first." Caelynn nodded, though her face looked troubled.

Keep this in spoiler so the others don't see it. You make your way to the Ravengro General Store. Inside you find selves lined with everything that a small town farming community might need. I woman at the counter looks up from a ledger as you enter and says, "Welcome to the Ravengro General Store. You must be one of those people staying with Kendra Lorrimor. I hope she is doing alright."

The rest of us should hide back in the trees just in case things go wrong. Remember we only need to discover who it is. The sheriff can take care of the rest.

"If they are hooded then we should follow them that may reveal who they are. If they catch wind of us we can go for a more aggressive tactic, but remember what the sheriff said. No vigilantism. As for the concern of our word against there's. We don't need to prove who it is we just need to inform the sheriff what we see. He can use that to guide his own investigation."Quinn replies to Rego in a businesses like fashion.

At Rego and Ingrids revelation he smiles and says "Pharasma has blessed us with an overabundance of the right tools I see. Between her guidance and the blessings of Regos Goddess this mission is sure to go well."


"And if they attack us? Are we allowed to defend ourselves yes?" Caelynn asked, though she was sure she knew the answer. "Honestly should we let the vandal go if they do show? They could just escape." She pointed out.

"But I will agree with you there. Pharasma has seen to bless us. I believe this is a good omen." She stated.

Slightly annoyed at Caelynn's hostility to his ideas Quinn responds"If they attack us we don't even have to prove they where the vandals. They will be arrested for assault. Just let Burgen or I get hit first if possible. That way there is no question about whether we where acting in self defense. As for letting the vandal get away, yes that is what the sheriff said to do. Find them out and let him know. I don't know how much of a grudge the sheriff will hold if we go against him. If we have another situation like getting the anti ghost weapons I don't want him watching our every move."

Burgen shakes his head, "Not to say that ye can't defend yourself lass, but as apposed to those two, yer not exactly front o' the line material." he says pointing at Rego and Quinn. Burgen then turns to Quinn, "and whats this about lettin' the vandals swing at me? I'll not be standin' there lettin' them take chunks out o' my hide, just so's you can tell the sheriff we didn't hit first! For all you know the vandal might not even be alive, what if it's one o' the ghosts form the prison or one o' them whispery fellas? I ain't gonna be lettin one of them hit me first. We need to observe, not fight iffin' we want to keep to what the sheriff says, plus we can always follow them afterwords."


"Oh I didn't even think about that... If the vandal does turn out to be undead I cannot allow it to walk away." Caelynn said with a sigh as she leaned back in her chair. "Also there are more muscles to me than you think Burgen." She told the dwarf quietly as she offered him a small smile.

"If you really call what we did last night hunting." Caelynn commented with a small yawn. "We didn't find anything... it was almost as bad as fishing."

Lyra tells you the tale of Ispin Onyxcudgel. He was one of the famous prisoners at Harrowstone.

Only 5 years before his hometown of Mosswater was
destined to be overrun and ruined by monsters from the
nearby river, Ispin Onyxcudgel was a well-liked artisan
and a doting husband. When he discovered his wife’s
infidelity, he f lew into a jealous rage and struck her dead
with his hammer, shattering her skull and his sanity with
one murderous blow. Wracked with shame and guilt, Ispin
became convinced that if he could rebuild his wife’s skull
she would come back to life—but unfortunately, he could
not find the last blade-shaped fragment from the murder
site. So instead, Ispin became the Mosswater Marauder.
Over the course of several weeks, the cunning dwarf
stalked and murdered nearly 20 people while searching for
just the right skull fragment. He was captured just before
murdering the daughter of a visiting nobleman from Varno,
and was carted off to Harrowstone that same night.

Then he turns to Burgen and mentions "I would also like to take a look at the chicken coop with you today. On the day we arrived there was something unnatural about the chickens behavior and I wanted to know if magic might be involved. As you miraculously cleans the statue yesterday I thought you might know something of the subject."


"I'm not the only one with night vision" replies Ingrid.
"As for information I think we need to know every prisoner that was housed there, as it feels like we are missing some pieces of the puzzle. Like were any of the prisoners spell casters and if so what level of skill did they have."


*hisses* Ate my post...

"The temple had very little on them, I am honestly unsure who would have more information on them." Caelynn said with a small sigh.

"The chicken coop? What did you see that was odd?" Caelynn asked.

They have plenty of food and water, yet still seem unhealthy, and they aren't laying any eggs though they should be.Quinn replies to Caelynn then turns to the group at large and suggests "Perhaps we should go out for drinks soon and see what the local taverns rumor mill has to tell us."
