I'll have to fill in the Chronicle stuff once my current mission wraps, but happy to take a wack at the rest.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR THE GM (and Laria Longroad)
Has your character worked in Cheliax before? What adventures? Did anything particularly memorable happen on them?: Roldala has been on three missions within Cheliax itself, mainly focuses on disputed archaeological claims, but with a strong focus on preserving or even enhancing the Society's relationships with the thrice-damned house of Thrune.
Memorably, in her last mission, she ended up suspecting that her grappling might have some sort of siren's ability, since everyone she manhandled in the course of events was rather infatuated with the idea...
How has your character grown in Pathfinder Society? Tell me a bit about one or two highlights on your personal journey. Roldala initially joined the Society out of a feeling of obligation. She'd been freed by a member of the Liberty's Edge and joined as a method of payback for the liberation, especially when she was informed that she'd be able to payback slavers for their choices as well.
However, she has come to relish more than the chance for vengeance, and while she knows that it's not the Society's true focus, missions where she's able to play the savior... Well, she appreciates them more than she had.
Are there any special rules, equipment or other abilities that I need to know about for this character? In addition, if you have something that is made legal only by a boon, please list it here. Roldala's a mighty sunderer, and her checks to do so or break objects via main strength are substantial. Additionally, she is able to harness the power of the Giants that she has spent some time hunting to use Enlarge Person as an SLA 1/day (so far).

Do you have Wayfinders? Where do you wear them? She does. If Marcos Farabellus hadn't given her one, she wouldn't. She's not in the habit of wearing it.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR THE GM (and Laria Longroad)
Has your character worked in Cheliax before? What adventures? Did anything particularly memorable happen on them?
Andor has never played in Cheliax in PFS scnarios. But here is his background story which shows that he has a clear motive to return to Cheliax and also fight for freedom. I will assume that Andor is living for over a year in Kintargo now.
"Being a quintuplet is not easy. Especially when your mother is a Kitsune that fled Cheliax years ago as a pregnant woman with five unborn babies in her belly. Well, her husband was willing to sacrifice her unborn children to close a deal with a devil. You know … it sounds better when I say „ her husband“ because I do not have to say … „my father“.
We grew up near Palin's Cove, an industrial town near Korvosa in southeast Varisia. Out of fear our mother gave us a herbal mixture sourced from a Varisian witch that hindered us to take our natural fox form but also made us physically weak. Even if a sudden transformation happened we were never allowed to look at our red fur in the mirror … let alone tell anybody what we were.
As a kid I was always a little too protective … and so full of guilt … and although I did not know why, I knew something was missing. Today I know that my dead mother only wanted to protect us. Maybe if we understood what a dangerous man our father was, we would have paid more attention to her teachings ... maybe then not only she but also our eldest sister would still be alive."
Andor is also a follower of Chaldira Zuzaristan the halfling goddess of luck and bravery. So Andor often demonstrates bravery in the face of the unknown as a result of his curiosity. He will often take the new and dangerous road over the known but safe one. He usually takes sensible precautions beforehand but time to time an opportunity so new and exciting arises that he stumbles headlong into it and thus requires all his comrades skills and luck (and a prayer to the goddess Chaldira) to escape.
How has your character grown in Pathfinder Society? Tell me a bit about one or two highlights on your personal journey.
Andor joined the Pathfinder Society because he is eager to learn about the world. Unfortunately, Andor had to realize that the PFS often cooperates with shady characters in exchange for favors (e.g. being fooled by Grandmaster Torch in Delirium's Tangle) and that PFS agents sometimes leave a blood trail behind when they seek something that is in somebody else' possession (e.g. Hydra's Fang Incident). Andor knows that he cannot change the world but if he can have a positive impact that is all that matters.
Are there any special rules, equipment or other abilities that I need to know about for this character? In addition, if you have something that is made legal only by a boon, please list it here.
Andor is a Swashbuckler (Inspired Blade, Noble Fencer) 1 so 'Opportune Parry and Riposte (Ex)' is an ability he uses often. He has the 'Fencing Grace' feat for Dex to damage. Additionally, he is an Investigator 1 and can use 'Inspiration' on skill rolls, attack rolls and as an immediate action also on saving throws. As a follower of Chaldira he has the trait 'Lessons of Chaldira' so he may reroll a failed saving throw once per day.
Please see Andor's profile for a full description of all the abilities above.

Has your character worked in Cheliax before? What adventures? Did anything particularly memorable happen on them? The module, Gallows of Madness (Festering Blot). I only remember two things about the adventure. The first was taking up an NPC's offer to magically give her my sight for an hour (a very spiritual experience for Kardess, because of his shadow worship). The second was not getting to play the rest of the module, because the GM and players left my blind character sitting alone in a room while they completed everything.
How has your character grown in Pathfinder Society? Tell me a bit about one or two highlights on your personal journey. Despite being 4th-level, I haven't really played him. I completely rebuilt the character after 1st-level, then had a mix of GM sheets and the non-played module above.
Are there any special rules, equipment or other abilities that I need to know about for this character? In addition, if you have something that is made legal only by a boon, please list it here. Not really.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
GM Blob character so he has not had any meaningful Pathfinder experience. A lot of my character builds are inspired by Batman characters and this one is perhaps very pronounced.
The name Red is derived from his dark history as a thug/mercenary for hire. Whenever the croc is in town, the colour red is surely abound! Back then, he cares not for loyalty but for the highest bidder. Since he's been called Red for the longest time, he has forgotten his true name (human form), and has decide to stay in his croc form to live up to his name.
However, recently he has too many of run-ins against lawmen, and has found himself in less than ideal and difficult situations. Thus he decided turn himself around and turn into slightly greener pastures, however he can't stand being overly righteous hence he decided to try his hand at joining the neutral organization of the Pathfinder Society, whom has been known to break a law or two for their own gains. His favouritism with the Concordance is merely because they have the most exciting / blood rushing missions. He wears no wayfinder as his doesn't truly identify as a Pathfinder, more like a body for hire working with the Pathfinders.
Alignment CN!
As a barbarian he plays heavily towards the stereotypical barbarian build, and has extremely poor social skills, and no investment in the other listed skills as well.
His chronicle will be up before the weekend is done.

I just realized that I do have such a combination of abilities. Accelerated drinker allows me to drink a potion as a move action, which means that I could cast alchemical allocation and drink a potion in the same turn. Technically, the spell's wording does not allow that though; the potion has to be consumed on the next turn rather than by the end of the next turn.
Presumably, it's worded that way because it's not normally possible to drink a potion on the same round, rather than because the writers explicitly wanted to prohibit it. Would you allow me to use the spell and potion in a single turn, though?

Thank you so much GM! I really, really like the campaign introduction that you created. Gives a very good background on what we need to know. I already read the players guide to the adventure path but the documents that you provided really helped to support the general theme!!!
| GM PDK |
I felt I had to provide you guys with 'something'... 'Part 2 and beyond' sanctioned content is what we're doing, but the party needs the background info on Kintargo and who the NPCs are in order to be able to operate in Part 2 and 3 properly.
I'm glad you guys found it useful.

|
Agreed, super helpful! Can't imagine how much time you put prep, but does give me ideas to if I ever go down running a full AP here.
Out of curiosity, how long do we anticipate part 1 to last? Trying to plan ahead ensure my barbarian oracle will be ready for part 2.
| GM PDK |
This one should be pretty long. Expect about double or triple the time of a regular PbP scenario. It's sandboxy as Hell (no pun intended... ok, maybe a little intended) and you really have to get it going yourselves at the beginning and come up with a plan or a list of things you need to do. The campaign intro contains clues! :)
Red the Croc
|
Ah, did I misdirect us? I was under the impression from the campaign summary that our ultimate goal is to recruit ppl for the uprising. And underground religions and the old silver ravens are potential leads.
| GM PDK |
The old Silver Ravens are no more. You found a stash of documents penned by the Silver Ravens during the Chelish Civil War 80 years ago. Rexus plans to start decoding these documents today.
Contacting certain religions could bear fruits in time, but Laria has been in this city for a long time and she indicated already that these organizations are not really in a position to support an insurrection at this time.
You are, however, absolutely free to pursue any lead you want, whether they are in keeping with Laria's recommendations or not.
| GM PDK |
Rebellion and supporters will grow based on PC's actions, i.e. the players won't have 'hands on the wheel' so to speak in regards to this Rebellion Sheet. It will run in the background, as the benefits (boons, gifts) unlocked by the Rebellion table are not applicable for PFS.
In PFS, the Chronicle Sheet has different types of boons and benefits, gained at the end of each AP book upon receipt of said Chronicle Sheet.
You will gain a bonus "Rebellion Leader" Chronicle Sheet upon receipt of your first Hell's Rebels Chronicle Sheet. From this point on, every Hell's Rebels adventure assigned to this character (including the first one, 'In Hell's Bright Shadow', i.e. book 1) will unlock progressive boons on the "Rebellion Leader" sheet.

Guys, just a reminder what GM PDK wrote in his introduction:
What should we do now?
To aid in recruiting for the rebellion, Laria and Rexus both suggest that the heroes work to spread word of their efforts by undertaking missions in Kintargo, taking small steps against Thrune’s occupation without drawing too much attention too early. They also recommend the heroes gather information out in the streets, shops, taverns, in order to take the pulse of Kintargo and keep on top of various events happening in the city. There’s also the task of decoding the old Silver Ravens document: although Rexus promises to make the attempt, additional skilled eyes would be welcomed.
| GM PDK |
Reminder: Cheliax is largely Lawful Evil, and although Kintargo was historically managing to fly under the Thrune/Asmodeus radar, a member of the Thrune family is now in charge of the city. Martial law has been enacted, and a curfew is in effect at night.
This is a very political / rebellion undertone AP. I would strongly suggest that you read the Hell's Rebels Player's Guide (available for free at Paizo) and further read my campaign intro, if you haven't done so.
Bennybeck: since we haven't entered any combat yet, you are free to withdraw your character at no penalty if this type of game is not your style. I will post on the recruitment thread to gain a replacement. In my opinion, it's not a bad idea for you to withdraw, as you are already playing this AP in my CORE table, and this could therefore open a spot for someone else that has really wanted to play this AP for a long time. It would be very noble of you to do so! (GM Hmm like noble/selfless acts like this :) )
| GM PDK |
It is not required nor advisable to do so. The AP does not rush the PCs and the rebellion and events are measured in terms of weeks, and at worse, days (months go by in certain books).
I will definitely include a clear note when the group rests and starts on a new day. Unless told otherwise, all rules from the Core Rulebook apply (i.e. such as spending 1d4 hours when gathering information).
| GM PDK |
@Bennybeck: please clarify if you plan to remain in both Classic and Core tables (i.e. please close the ticket on your worries for Bennybeck in regards to this AP, one way or another, before the group tackles the first mission; thanks)

I will remain but I want to just voice the concern that we need to be aware that some people are in different countries and thus different time zones. That means that posting and actions by some will be done at different times but that should not invalidate what other characters are able or wanting to do.

Good point. I can wait longer between my posts, but please understand that this will also slow down gameplay and the completion of the adventure, by extension.
I am hoping that we can keep moving throughout this averaging 2-3 posts a day. I will try to communicate to all of you when I am hitting a crazy time.
I am hoping that you communicate with me your crazy times as well. If you have any conventions, sick times, crazy vacations scheduled during this, let me know.

I would like for you all to take a moment to create bot me spoilers if you haven't done so. Include your go-to rolls, favorite attacks, and strategies. Keep it very simple there and low risk, as I will not play the character for you. However it will come in handy if a day has gone by without hearing from you.

GM PDK, do you have a minimum number of characters that have to agree on the path forward before you accept that path and continue the story?
