Konny manages to get to the window, which is locked. He calls down that it looks like the place where the pigeons were kept. And it looks empty.

He says that he couldn't get the window open, but he can take his time and defeat the lock.
Climb DC is 20, however Konny can attach a rope and reduce it to 10. You guys did bring rope right?

Barundar steps forward, his backpack shifted around to his front momentarily while he shuffles through it, eventually pulling out a coil of rope.
"Konny! Tie this oan fur us!" he says to his companion, tossing the rope up to him.

Konny fiddles with the lock for a while longer

Then he looks down and with a huge grin says Uncle Anvil always said, never lock the upstairs windows too tightly, never know when you gotta exit that way.
He attaches the rope for you and disappears from view.
A few seconds later, he appears and says This room is empty, but the next one has some big ole flies, like we fought before.
Maps updated, Grey Garrison has a second floor, which is where Konny is currently, you guys are still on the ground floor. You guys can climb the rope fairly easily.

Barundar and Victrix manage to scale the rope into the second floor. They join Konny in the cramped room. Irabeth attempts to climb Climb: 1d20 - 3 ⇒ (1) - 3 = -2 but shes having trouble.

Yea the rooms have 8' ceilings so they cannot fly. And that door isn't locked no, others will be.
Irabeth says back Should I stay down here? Wait for you to open the front door?

Irabeth nods and attempts again Climb: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (17) - 1 = 16 and with Belles help she manages into the cramped room. Once Belle makes it up, everyone is squeezed together pretty tightly.
Its a 5x5 closet basically. So everyone can fit, but its a pain. And eventually, the flies are gonna notice that somethings going on.

As Brighton is still struggling up the rope with Irabeth's help the party covertly enters the room with the flies. Go ahead and make attack rolls and let me know what's next. I won't roll initiative until you get your first attack.

Brighton manages to get into the closet with Irabeth's help.
This is the Aerie, its next to the library. They are probably keeping the Wardstone on the third story in the Temple of the Inheritor.

Yeah its been more than 10 rounds since shield, but everyone is still Blessed for 3 minutes and hasted for 4 more rounds.
Konny checks the door and finds it unlocked, he cracks the door open a hair to see whats outside. He sees two tieflings in a heated discussion about something, it has to do with a door that is behind them and barred.

I'm unsure how far back I would still have line-of-sight for either Teifling. I think I would still have sufficient for using the wand, at least against the pink one, if I attack from the door.
