Thanks for the feedback Erik and Eredur! I'm so happy that everyone had a good time :)
Regarding wizards specifically, yeah...I find I suffer analysis paralysis when playing prepared casters, trying to figure out the best spell selection for each day! Partly why I've personally started gravitating more towards spontaneous casters (oracles, sorcerers) or classes that have additional things they can do besides cast spells (witches, shamans). However, I liked the thought that went into this rather thoughtful and only-sometimes-grumpy dwarven wizard. Break the mold! :D
Okay, now that Eredur has returned from vacation and presumably received his chronicle, I'll set the campaign to inactive. Thanks again for playing and making my first GM experience such a blast :)
