Engaging Polanco Bot Protocol
Reflex (DC 20): 1d20 + 5 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 5 + 1 = 24
Though lacking the magical protection that Radagast & Jinsa have, Polanco is still able to tuck and roll and avoid the worst of the dragon's icy breath.
"Hmph, we got a smartarse over here," he scowls as he begins chucking javelins up at the dragon. "Yer breath's atrocious! Have some mints - SPEARmints, bwhaha!"
Javelin vs. Ty (Haste): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21
Javelin vs. Ty (Haste): 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10
Javelin vs. Ty (Haste): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13
Unfortunately, none of them connect with their intended target - though the first throw looked close.

Apologies for not waiting a full 12 hours to bot but I need to head to bed soon so I wanted to nudge things on a bit.

GM Ladile |

"Very clever," the dragon snorts derisively as the rain of javelins fail to pierce his hide. "No, what I think I need is an appetizer..." he continues, swooping around and coming to land behind Jinsa and Polanco. "...and this one shall serve nicely!"
Snaking his long neck forward, Tyrinynth snaps at Jinsa with sharp teeth...
Bite vs. Jinsa: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (18) + 15 = 33
Damage: 2d6 + 10 ⇒ (1, 4) + 10 = 15
...and leaves the sorcerer with several new orifices!
"Ahhh...nothing like cracking open a cold one," Tyrinynth smirks.

"You made a big mistake."
Jumps that deal with parabolic curves can be tricky to calculate. But since the DC for the length is just 20 but the 40ft up is DC 40 then the 40 should mostly cover it unless that rocky formation by the edge is called out as an obstacle.
Seeing the dragon land Rogar takes the opportunity to ground the dragon.
First he will spend a ki point and a swift action to increase his jumping abilities.
Then a move action to jump up and over the cliff face by the dragon. This provokes. (AC 25 inc haste]

GM Ladile |

Actually Jinsa, that's a touch attack? It hit! Also I see I flubbed the initiative order a bit on that last post but I don't think it'll matter too much at this point.
Fearless in the face of a maw of sharp, pointy teeth, Jinsa charges his hand with electricity and rakes at the dragon's flank - sending the current racing through the creature's body and causing the dragon to howl with pain and surprise!
Fluffy does indeed proceed to tear Red limb from limb, decorating the cavern walls and floors with blood and guts in a rather gruesome display. Radagast then turns his sights to the nearby Green, racing up and doing a quick one-two slice with his scythe. Green sees him coming and manages to dodge the first blow but not the second, which opens up an ugly gash across his abdomen.
Deciding to leave Blue to his own devices, Rogar turns around and does a super jump back up onto the nearby ledge. He then leaps atop the dragon's back and scrambles up to the shoulders, grasping Tyrinynth's wings to ground him!
"RRRRRRAHHHHH! Get off of me you little flea!" Tyrinynth bellows.
Attempting to add insult to injury, Silgil then conjures a puff of glittery snow right in the dragon's face in an attempt to blind him...
Will (DC 16): 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13
...and does so! Tyrinynth roars with anger, shaking his head in a futile attempt to clear the dust from his eyes. Evarice too continues to poke the bear dragon, firing a pair of arrows into his flank! The spiritual weapon tries, but can't seem to land a blow even with the dragon mired as he is.
Green, unwilling or unable to concede defeat, takes a step back from Radagast and drinks the vial he'd been holding in his hand. Blue turns and attempts to climb up the wall and come to his companion's aid.
Blue Climb: 1d20 ⇒ 13
Blue manages to scramble up to the top of the ledge without falling. Turning to face Radagast's back, he suddenly burps and then belches forth a gout of flame at the druid!
Fire Breath: 4d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 3, 3) = 14
Reflex DC 13 for half damage.
Polanco then comes in like a wrecking ball against the blinded, grappled dragon, swinging the mighty TAIR BOOT YAY like a maniac! The first blow connects against the dragon's flank with a sickening crunch, eliciting another howl of pain, but the second and third strikes miss as the dragon manages to shift out of the way. Tyrinynth, now seeming to realize how much trouble he's in, struggles to free himself from Rogar's grasp - unsuccessfully. But in the thrashing he does manage to break free from the blindness gripping him.

As Rogar shifts his weight and manages to pin the dragon, Jinsa winds up another electrical charge in his palm and rakes a claw across the dragon's snout!
Cast Defensively (DC 17): 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (13) + 13 = 26

Damage: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
Shocking Grasp: 5d6 + 5 ⇒ (4, 2, 4, 5, 3) + 5 = 23
The dragon roars once more with pain but this time it's much weaker and his struggling slows; he seems ready to succumb to his wounds at any moment.
Meanwhile, Radagast and Fluffy attempt to finish off the two kobold. While Fluffy manages to deliver a nasty bite to Blue, Green continues to duck and dodge away from Radagast's scythe strikes. But though they refuse to fall, seeing their master struggling on the verge of death is more than they can take and they turn to flee.
And then Polanco solemnly raises the Tair Boot Yay and promises to drink Tyrinynth's share before bringing the weapon down on the dragon's skull, ending him for good.
Combat Over!
__________
A note - pinned is not actually the same as helpless but given that things wrap up tonight and that the dragon had single digits left on health, I decided to go with the more cinematic approach :)

Jinsa says a few words in draconic to signify the passing of a fellow dragon.

Silgil, Dragon Slayer! Has a nice ring to it.
"Yes, well done all. Now let's see what kind of hoard it has!"
Silgil immediately starts poking about looking for treasure.

GM Ladile |

Having achieved victory over the dragon and its kobold helpers, you take the opportunity to catch your collective breath. Though you can still hear the faint sounds of combat echoing from elsewhere in the tunnels it sounds as though the kobolds are on the losing side of things.
Silgil, eager to check out the dragon's hoard, is drawn to the pile of gold, jewels, and furs piled around the column of ice, covered in an outer layer of frost, that sits in the center of the cavern. The effect is marred somewhat by the bones that are also piled here and there but you're reassured that the dragon won't be adding any more to the collection. Well, except his own of course.

*****OVERSEER ANNOUNCEMENT*****
With the dragons defeated and their kobolds fleeing, the Pathfinders assemble in the deep cave. With her phantom Anok in tow, Medda approaches the frozen column and brushes away the outer layer of frost. Frozen within the column is a dwarven woman in steel armor, her body torn as if by immense claws. With her hand pressed against the ice, Medda pleads. “Ivvora, I have found you. Now what? Vildeis said to find you and that you would help me, but how can we help you in this state?”
“You look to me when you should look to the evil that stalks our homeland. It is not I who needs help,” declares a voice that is both sweet as music and powerful as a thunderstorm. The frost melts away from the column, revealing dozens of clear facets that dribble melt water as if from open wounds. The image of a wounded angelic figure reflects in each facet, simultaneously warming the chamber and judging all that the angel sees. “As you can see, I serve Vildeis more directly than before.” The images look to Anok. “I see you took your oath seriously, Anok. I was wrong to have doubted your conviction. How are our people?”
The red phantom’s hue turns rosier as he looks to Medda and responds, “You would be proud.”
With a nod, the angel addresses everyone at once. “Then why do you seek me?”
“Eshimka has returned,” Medda announces. “We fought off the horror once, but it shall return at the next solstice.”
The angel’s eyes flare with righteous fire. “Then you will need a weapon to defeat it, as I had. Vildeis granted me the blade that I gave your people, but only after I thought I had given everything to vanquish my greatest foe. Even now I can sense evil has returned to that land, far to the south in a forest where the Whispering Tyrant’s legions once ruled. Show our patron Vildeis the same dedication that I did, and I shall ask that she equip you in the same way.” With that, the angelic images fade from the melting column.
Medda addresses the gathered Pathfinders. “I believe I know the forests Ivvora mentioned. You have already done so much, Pathfinders, but I invite you to help more. After I give Ivvora the burial she deserves, I will set forth with all who are able and willing for the Fangwood.”
This is the end of Part B of The Solstice Scar. Stay tuned for Part C, coming soon to a table near you! Thank you everyone for playing, and especially to table GMs (and our intrepid backup GMs!) for all your hard work.

GM Ladile |

Aaaaaand that's it! Thank you for participating and I hope everyone enjoyed themselves. Reporting and chronicles will be completed within the next day or two. In the meantime, if you like, feel free to post some DVD-style vignettes (Easter Eggs) of some of the things that your character might be doing as the credits roll :)

Silgil jealously guards every piece of written material in the hoard, devouring the contents as best he can, with a particular eye towards dwarven history. Oddly enough for a dwarf, the gold holds some attraction, but not as much as would be expected. He makes a personal resolution to learn draconian as another language when some of the writing is found to be indecipherable to him.

"We defeated a dragon right? A small one but still. Very good."
Rogar helps gather and split the loot then spends his downtime writing a report and training. And he may return to help with the woods. Unless a high tier core table for part C happens in which case my Ranger will be helping.

Evarice lowers her bow and recalls her spiritual weapon. "You did good, glaive. You did good."
It didn't.
Evarice watches the Dwarves argue over whom gets what, and whether the dragon lied about the circumstances of its birth. She chuckled and gathered what was left- One of the fur hats left by the kobolds. It was too small and barely covered her head.
Looking at her reflection, she laughed. It was perfect.

Polanco pours out two glasses of Ale as promised Cheers Mate and then immediately gets to work collecting samples from the Dragon slowly sipping down the two beverages as he takes notes for his future report.
