Haruto, sad to see a goodly altar abandoned, examines the altar, seeing if it could be repaired easily.
The altar would take some time to repair- the whole shrine could Probobly be fixed in a number of hours, though, if everyone was focused enough.
There's also a beautiful silver ring that just seems to be laying in the robe.
Azlana slips the ring on, and puts the vials of cure moderate wounds into her bandolier.
She tells the group I found some healing potions if we need them later.
is anyone cold? There is an extra robe in here.
If no one is cold, she stuffs the extra robe into her pack in case they need it later.
Haruto nods distractedly at Azlana, still looking things over. "We should fix things up here as much as we can," he states, his gaze seeming to look beyond the shrine's current state to how it once was, or maybe how it could be. "Kenabres needs the help of all the goodly gods right now. Lothar, can you help with this?"
He sets to work with his magic and his hands, trying to put broken bits of stone back into their places.

"Never been much of a stonesmith myself, but let's see what we can do."
between the magics and help putting things together, and a thorough ignoring of Horgus's various ingrateful grumblings, the shrine is put back together in a few hours.
Lina takes watch at the entrance to the temple while the others work or rest, watching carefully for anything that may be lurking in the dark.
Sure, I can create water. Got a container to put it in?
Haruto holds up his waterskin. "We don't need to resort to that," he comments, with a faint grin.
Azlana shrugs, grins, and casts create water.
2 gallons of water suddenly appear above her open mouth.
Sure, Ueto, but she wanted some "conjured" water.
Haruto smiles distantly. "Are we ready to move on now?" he asks.
Azlana's face clouds again as they get back to reality. She helps the drow and the blind elf to their feet again, and they once again take their place at the rear of the party as they move out.
the reverence from the party in restoring the shrine doesn't go unnoticed, a bit of Devine favor seeming to wash into the room.
the two gladly follow behind, Horgus still grumbling about how long rebuilding the shrine took, but mostly just staying at the back.
when the party heads back outside, the way they came has a second way leading out that doesn't seem to have been there before, grey liquid dripping from the top of the new hole in the wall.
Haruto frowns, gazing uncertainly at the liquid. "Isn't this like what we saw before...?" he asks no one in particular.
"If you're going to do it, do it quickly. We need to keep moving."
"I'm not sure any of us have an empty container," Haruto says, after no one volunteers one.
Lina shakes her head, and goes to the new opening in the cavern and takes a look without going through.
I don't have a vial. If I did, I would have gotten some of that holy water from the little church-thingy.
She waits for Lina to make sure it is safe.
the passage ahead seems like a normal cave, as if this thing has simply dissolved a small barrier between you and this new path.
I do have a canteen... I guess you could empty it out and use it to get a sample if you want to, since ... I have plenty of water.
Azlana hands Hanna her canteen.
"Looks safe enough, seems like there was just a thin wall between this chamber and the next," Lina says. "Be careful collecting that stuff, we don't have any idea what it is or if it could be harmful to touch."
Lina will go first down the new passage.
Azlana follows up in the rear with the injured people.
The liquid fizzles and evaporates in the container, and the group pressed forward. Fourty minutes of walking, and a slow climb upward as they go, and thye find themselves in a new cavern, with stone figures in crusader armor are carved into the walls, each one bearing a depiction of sadness.
The silvery liquid seems to be pooling near the exit to the room.
This is weird, but does it feel to anyone else like the silvery... ah, "goop" to use Hanna's term, is... um, trying to lead us somewhere?
the drow more or less hides behind azlana, clearly afraid for some reason.
"Does anyone care to tell me what this goop looks like?"
aravanshul asks, slightly indignant.
Haruto frowns distantly. He doesn't like how they keep finding this stuff.
"Like... quicksilver, I guess?" he responds to Aravashnial. "That's the closest thing I can think of."
"a quicksilver looking slime? I... honestly don't know. says aravashnial. The puddle seems to pulse and surge in place, not having moved yet.
"It's worth concern, but count me skeptical that it's 'leading us.'" Lina approaches the puddle to examine it. "There are a lot of things in this world that are strange without being supernatural."
"Seems more like it's... just eating random things." Haruto comments. "Just as long as it doesn't try to eat us."
Azlana asks Anvina why she is frightened, but doesn't press her if it brings on another headache, like talking about the past did for her before.
She follows the rest of the party, staying with Anvina and Aravahnial and helping them as needed.
the ooze quickly flees as hanna walks close, darting into the path leading deeper and disappearing.
anvina shivers a bit. "it... looked familiar. as if I had seen it before. I don't know what about it makes me afraid, it just... looking at it... it's like i'm looking at something that's not supposed to be there, on a fundamental level."
aravahnial ponders, but horgus interrupts their thinking with a statement of "it's just silver goo. we don't need to let every little thing slow us down." anvina falls quiet with a tinge of both anger and shame.
Azlana briefly puts her arm around Anvina's shoulder in reassurance.
Horgus, I appreciate your leadership and input, but we need all the information that we can get. And it isn't slowing us down. We're walking while we are talking.
Lina's eyes widen as the ooze moves under its own power. "Right. Well, at any rate, it doesn't appear to be dangerous."
She goes first, starting down the passage.
Azlana follows with the elves.
Haruto watches the goo go warily. "Moving slowly is better than dying," he comments as he follows the others. "We know too little of what's going on, here or back aboveground."
