I had originally thought that Vrothum and I were starting off at least part of the way down the hall, and when I looked at the map it was a little messed up, so I just made my action a move to continue down that way. I suppose now Kamda will move and attack the enemy on his side of the table. I'll roll an attack on him now, just put me in the square adjacent to him... On the table. I'll take the half movement penalty on difficult terrain and still make it there, unless the GM wants an acrobatics check, in which case... Rage Time!!

OK, that was interesting. FYI - you can run through your friends squares (assuming they let you) without acrobatics, and even though this would normally draw AoO, they are still flatfooted. But the action as stated works just fine. Luckily, higher ground does give you a +1 attack bonus, which is just what you needed to hit a flatfooted chaplain.
The chaplain, disabled by the might blow from Kamda, withdraws from the battle before it fully begins.
Enrik, enraged, draws his longsword and swings wildly at Vrothum, missing completely. He then also cautiously moves back.

The chaplain was at 0hp, which allows him one action only. He used it to channel heal, which affects all in 30' unless you have the feat Selective Channel, as I understand it. So to heal both himslef and Enrik, he healed everyone. It is unfortunate you were not able to put him down completely.

Yea.. She has a base speed of 60', plus she took on the aspect of the stag which improves her speed by 10.. double move adds to 140'!! I knew she would be able to have your back!

@Korvalis - I don't recall, but the chaplain just healed you anyway.
Korvalis tumbles around Enrik, but not without leaving himself open to an attack. The ax cuts him deeply, but not deeply enough to stop his attack.

Kamda clocks Enrik, but good. Blood splays across the chaplain and Korvalis, and the chaplain shouts "Yield! I yield. I was only doing as was ordered!"
