Well we did find the bodies of those who were drained over in the caves before. So that could be some of them, AND we know someone was keeping that strange color thing contained but fed. We just don't know who or why.

There are no more enemies around here. There might be in the neighboring rooms. There are some passages here that have this yello-like entrance protection like the netrance from the sea had. And where the cave narrows to the East there is a passage into the next cave.

the group moves on to the East. There is another of there jello passages. This one leads seemingly to the sea. So the only thing of interest is the other cave (G6). Bones and the remains of rotten carcasses litter the floor of this dark cavern. The smell of wet fur hangs heavy in the air. But nothing else seems to be here.
Until something speaks a word, and the floor changes into spikes.
Moving around will hurt badly -> 1d8/square.

As soon as Grergof feels the pain, the invisibility ends and the ugly monster becomes visible. Its head that is all mouth and teeth, Two arms that split to four halfway down with clawy hands. And a flexibility that looks unreal as the creature is attacking Greargof easily from 15 feet away.

Given that I forgot to update my stat line for the Dusty Rose Ioun stone that I noted I took farther up the page, am I correct that I got hit by 3 claws, a Bite and a Rend for: 15 + 9 + 15 + 11 + 12 = 62 Damage this round?
