With Grergof in the lead the group checks the other caves of the same kind in this area of the tunnel system. But they are all empty. Following the tunnel further into the system. Just where the another tunnel branches off the next skum come into sight (G8).

The corridor widens into a large cavern here. To the northeast stands a statue carved of green and black stone, depicting a nightmarish creature that is neither fish nor eel nor octopus, yet contains features of all three and more. The walls around the statue have been decorated with hundreds of varieties of inlaid shells and pieces of strange reddish gold, amid profane symbols carved into the rock. To the southwest, a grime-
encrusted mace sits atop a stone pedestal.

The skum are two of the same kind you faced before, but with their heads intact. One of them is an obese one who wears insignia that suggest him being of a higher rank or function.

The skum have nothing to fear from Spugnoir's and Darius' melee attacks, but the spiritual longsword cuts into the fat skum again. The skum in front of Grergof dies, and Stam shoots the fat one with his magic missiles instead.

Giving up on summons, as he is too easily interrupted with all these attacks from afar, he calls down fire from heaven, or hell? A cylinder of fire comes down from the ceiling engulfing all but Stam in fire and divine power.

Grergof has a hard time hitting with the bow, but the second arrow sticks, Spugnoir adds to that, and Darius finishes this off with a ray of holy light. The Spiritual weapon keeps slashing at the unconscious creature.

Stam moves over to the body, poking it with his quarter staff for good measure.

Closing his eyes and allowing them to slip into the magical spectrum Stam looks at the dead bodies to see if they have any trinkets or magical keys.

I forgot about my pic he would be standing by, he should have kept rolling to see if he fell in and Darius could have used the ring to bull rush him into it.
