Hey everyone!

So I have one PC about to hit 12 and a couple others who are close. Unfortunately I've already played Eyes of the Ten and although I have four GM stars, I already used one of them up on a replay (stupid me!). That fifth star won't be here any time soon, either. I'm going to check if I can get ahold of one of those replay-recharge boons (or have one lying around). If so, I'd love to join!

Checking in for 11th level eagle shaman and 1st level trapper/falconer. Started final mission and will be 4-6 weeks to finish Hall of Drunken Heroes. I will update progress.

Cool! I found a boon already so I should be able to play now. Really looking forward to it, even though I've already played and GM'd it before. It's a great arc.

I don't know who I will play yet. Atum will definitely be 12 by start but I was kinda saving him for a PFS game of Wardens of the Reborn Forge. If it's going to be a couple months before we start, I might be able to get another PC up to 12 before then. If not, Atum will work just fine.

I also need two xp here, and I've started playing "Rats of the Round Mountain". Hopefully it won't be too long until we finish them.

Glad to have a chance to play this with with people I thoroughly enjoy playing with on these boards!

Faldoc - I've just sent you a PM proposing to GM a 7-11 scenario for you right after Hall of Drunken Heroes (which I'm also playing in, with Rysalius). Please let me know so that you can earn those 2 xp at the same time as Kynrac.

What are you thinking of running? If it's any of the ones below I'd love to join. I've got a couple level 10s I'd love to level up for an eventual Wardens table.

02-26 The Mantis’ Prey
03-04 The Kortos Envoy
03-26 Portal of the Sacred Rune
05-17 Fate of the Fiend

I don't know if Faldoc can play any of those though.

EF, I proposed to him the following scenarios:

#3-04 The Kortos Envoy (because you wishlisted it)
#2-18 The Forbidden Furnace of Forgotten Koor (played it with you as GM, haven't GMed it yet)
#2-26 The Mantis's Prey (same as #2-18, and you wishlisted it, however I've just checked and he played it at the same time I did, with you as GM)

The idea was to combine your wishlist and his need for an extra xp.

#3-26 Portal of the Sacred Rune: it sounds like a great idea too, though I haven't played it yet.
#5-17 Fate of the Fiend: I've GMed that one already last summer, unfortunately.
#1-32 Drow of the Darklands Pyramid: same as #3-26 and #3-04

We'll see how many of those Faldoc has already played, then we'll decide accordingly. If you have a preference, be my guest to express it!

Darklands Pyramid!

No, I haven't played either one.

Darklands Pyramid is weird and fun, although a lot of people complain about it (mostly because the players say I'm buying a pack of elf-bane arrows for no reason except that it has Drow in the title. i.e. they spoiled what should have been a surprise. As a season 1, it tends to be steamrolled but can still be a lot of fun.

Kortos is really cool and much more challenging (which can be good and bad I guess).

Portal of the Sacred Rune is interesting mostly in that you fight some unique NPCs. Those fights can be tough too, depending on the party.

I responded to his PM, I have played Mantis Prey but not the other two he mentioned. I haven't played #3-26, #5-17 or #1-32 either. I haven't played many of the 7-11 games so pick one you want and I'm likely good.

Well, I much prefer to play, so if Bold Strider kindly offers to GM a scenario, then we could have Faldoc + EF + Tektite + me playing #1-32 (or #3-04, #3-26, #5-17)! How about it?

Sounds good to me! I'm ready to go whenever. If we are shooting high tier, I've got an illusionist and an inquisitor, both of whom have not seen action in a long time so I'd be glad to play either.

I'll let the others choose, I don't mind any of them. The character I'll play with will probably be my Bard 7 / DD 1 (he'll be the only available character in tier at that time).

If we play Drow of the Darklands, I'd bring my Fighter 6 / Lantern Bearer 1 (Level 7)

Likely who I would bring regardless of the scenario. I do have another level 7 (Ranger 6 /7? or Horizon Walker 1)

It's going to be a while. As I understand it, Faldoc and Kynrac are in a game now and then they have to complete one more game after that. So it might be a month or two before this starts I'm guessing.

And my character Atum will certainly be ready by then but I'm going to try to get a different character up to 12 potentially. I'd like to play Atum through Wardens in PFS mode if possible.

Faldoc and I are still playing Hall of Drunken Heroes. We are in the second encounter, so I expect it will take another 4 weeks.

Adaxis just finished his last session for Eyes. I will update him to 12th level by the weekend. He will be on standby when everyone else is ready.

How are we looking, time frame wise? Just curious, no rush.

Kynrac is about halfway in his last scenario before EotT.

Cool! Atum is ready whenever. I will have to check whether or not he has money to spend.

My wayang illusionist is also at level 12 now but I think I'll stick with Atum for this one. In my experience, the more firepower the better with EotT.

He's a giant hammer and every problem looks like a nail.

Note that it's the old (3.5) version of the class. The newer one is pretty much the same. In fact, when you are enlarged it is almost exactly the same. The main differences are that it no longer has a straight BAB (except when you are enlarged) and there is now a spellcasting option, which is pretty awesome. Still, I decided not to update him (even though you gain straight BAB when you are enlarged) because losing the straight BAB would have messed up his feat selections.

But I made another character who is Magus>Living Monolith. He's a long ways from taking levels in LM though.

interesting I just built a champion of irori after seeing Bold striders character and got to say after playing my first game with the character that I really like it I may have to check out the monolith with another character ... or at least talk a friend into it :3
