can anything be learned in this room Barnabas? Adney says as he looks around.
Ba-a-a-arnabas looks around the room, trying to see if he can understand what he sees. Then he looks at the remains of the robot to see if anything can be salvaged.
Don't know how many rolls are required... but guessing at least 2.

Maeve Dawnbringer |

Maeve is fine with just following someone else. This ancient stuff is a bit daunting for her.

Ba-a-a-arnabas |

Ba-a-a-arnabas compares the images to his map, to try to figure out if he can tell which room is which.
"If w-e-e-e know wha-a-at room the chi-i-ickens are in, we ca-a-a-an tell where we ha-a-ave to be more ca-a-areful."
If he identifies a room and sees that it is inhabited by chickens he marks the map with little 'x's, one for each chicken. If there is something else in the room that looks interesting he draws an exclamation mark.

GMEDWIN |

You open the door to room R on your way to room S. The I.D. card slots are found to the
west of the two doors. Various kinds of ancient
equipment and window boxs on desks are located along the east
and west walls.
A robot starts moving towards you in a menacing way and then sees Adney and starts making strange noises
1d4 ⇒ 4

Maeve Dawnbringer |

Maeve stands back and watches, she's ready to defend herself or Adney.
Is it room R or S that has the rows of desks? Room R is smaller than my closet sized office.

Ba-a-a-arnabas |

"We-e-e-elll, let's see no-o-ow..."
Ba-a-a-arnabas examines the machine carefully.
I assume a use artifacts roll is required here.
Use Artifacts: 1d10 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13
"Ca-a-an you tell me wha-a-at your programming comma-a-ands?" he asks the machine.

Ba-a-a-arnabas |

Ba-a-a-arnabas looks at Adney and gives him the nod.
"Both co-o-o-ommands cannot be correct, since one ca-a-a-an force you to vi-i-i-iolate the other."
"Yo-o-our primary programming mu-u-u-ust be correct, be-e-e-ecause it is primary. The-e-erefo-o-ore the error must lie in your se-e-e-econdary programming. The e-e-error may result from ba-a-a-ad syntax. If a-a-a-an edit is po-o-o-ossible, I would recommend the followi-i-i-ing:"
"The fi-i-i-irst command you rela-a-a-ated was: 'I mu-u-ust attack all who e-e-e-enter this room not a chicken.' I suspe-e-ect the error is i-i-in the placement of the word 'not.' So-o-o-o the command should read: 'I must a-a-attack all who NOT enter this room a chi-i-icken.' In o-o-o-other words, anyone who is not in the room, a-a-and is a chicken, you mu-u-u-ust attack. How does that so-o-o-ound?"

Maeve Dawnbringer |

Maeve facepalms, dear old great one, a stuttering sheep arguing semantics and grammar...
She looks from Ba to Adney, then to the chicken. Where's that leave me?
RR v15: 1d20 ⇒ 19 nope

Kalina the Swift |

Kalina shifts uncomfortably, uncertain what to make of the monstrosity that mimics a man, but has no flesh.

Ba-a-a-arnabas |

GM Rolls ** spoiler omitted **
The robot says, "I must attack all who not enter this room a chicken. You entered this room not chickens. Should I attack you?"
"No-o-o-o. Attack those who did no-o-o-ot enter this room, or a-a-are chickens."
"If you le-e-eave this room, the command might be easier to fo-o-o-ollow, since you won't ha-a-a-ave to worry about who entered the-e-e room."

GMEDWIN |

This 6 meter by
12 meter room looks to be a very important part of the
complex. The two doors located here each required the use of a
of your blue I. D. card to open them. The card slots are
both found to the west of the doors themselves. This room is kept
a few degrees cooler than the normal room temperature
throughout the rest of the building. Soft dim lights constantly
illuminate the ancient box with a window. Two ancient boxes
take up the entire space along the east and west walls. Filling
all of the south wall area is the main screen, and 5 desks with windowboxes on them.
At the eastern most windowbox is a chicken typing a way at some sort of ancient typewriter connected to the window box. The chicken has an ancient pistol holstered on his chest and an ancient musket on his back.

Maeve Dawnbringer |

Maeve decides that moving would be counterproductive to being stealthy. It isn't something she's really ever worked at.
She does pull up her crossbow with her off hands and quirk an eyebrow at Ba-a-a-a-a-a-.

Maeve Dawnbringer |

Maeve aims her crossbow and waits for Adney. If he flubs his sneak up, she'll fire. If he manages to get there and his attack doesn't take the bird down, she'll fire.

Deyemi will charge:
