As you have successfully surmised, the DC was somewhere beteen 10 and 18. T'Krit and Arisira are free
Vera manages to snap off a shot with her crossbow, finding purchase in the enemy leader's flesh as the grass holds her in place, meanwhile Mak'da just barely manages to break free while Tkrist avoids getting held back at alll.
Antal struggles against his restraints and barely manages to snap them...but has no movement left and will need to try and escape them once more [another REFLEX save on the enemy's turn, DC 13 for ease of use]
Meanwhile, Shen is trapped under the restraints.

She then calls down a squall of wind which stays in place as a protective barrier, ironically an arrow narrowly missing her as she does so!

Arisira pushes forward, through the grass and through the cyclone of air. Stepping free, she reaches out towards the lizardfolk, and the ground underneath them becomes slick and unstable.
In the spell description, it appears that only flying small creatures are effected. Please let me know if this is the wrong interpretation.
Move: 20 feet, Standard: Grease, DC 14 reflex save from all three or fall prone. DC 10 acrobatics check to move half speed. If fail by 5 or more it falls prone.

Just as a reminder, the area of an entangle spell is difficult terrain. I thought I would bring it up as Mak'da also preps it.
Burdened by her equipment Mak'da slogs forward through the entangle spell, desperate to come to T'Krits aid.
Double move, as she is armoured Mak'da only has a 20' speed so can only move forward three squares as the first diagonal in difficult terrain is 15'

Just as a reminder, the area of an entangle spell is difficult terrain.
When I read the spell, I must have stoped at the phrase "Creatures that make their save can move as normal". If the effect of the spell is that it is always difficult terrain, regardless of your save- then Arisira moved too far each of the past two turns... womp womp. That becomes really hard to undo. I am sorry GM.

"Enough!" Antal yells in frustration as the weeds close around him again. He drops his sword and shield and tears at the vines.
Strength: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 2 = 15
Assuming he breaks the vines, the small warrior attacks and has no movement remaining. Antal quick-draws his sling and lets a bullet fly at the nearest lizard.

Meant to post yesterday after work and just fell asleep instead whoops.
Antal gets reentangled by the vines but uses his brute strength to burst the vines and then whips a sling bullet as hard he can at his enemy.
Unfortunately the squall of wind between he and his foes sends the bullet flying off into the skies instead.
For Arisira I will move her back into the vines but treat it like she made her concentration on a grease and sort of handwave the range of that spell for the moment.
Vera reloads, biding her time in the tangle of brush.
The Lizardman tries once more to nail the dinosaur with his mace.

Remember that was difficult terrain so you only had 6 squares of movement on a double move. I forget where you started and so your current position may be right, this was just a reminder.

![]() |

Yes, I reflected difficult terrain. Shen moved 5 squares of difficult and 1 normal square to stand behind Arisira for cover. ;-)

Yes it is. But, Arisira can dismiss it at will.

So grease slick is still there
Trying to aim an arrow around the building porch proves to be too difficult for Arisira whose arrow is slightly off course and misses.
Meanwhile, Vera and Antal also miss from afar while Shen finally escapes the entanglement and rejoins the rest of the group.
Just waiting on Makda
