Aha! So she presses three keys (which she succeeds even on a 1), and then gets to perform on DC10 because it's multiple keys (at +6, since it's +2 per key pressed...or don't we count the first key and it's +4?)

Asami hops about, getting keys pressed, while attempting to coax some sound from the instrument.

There's some bonus for multiple keys. Let me know how to calculate it and I'll include it going forward. You'll have to add it here.

I assume it's one roll on the key pressing, and it's all or nothing? That is, had I said I want to press 6 keys (that's DC5, +10 for 5 extra keys), and then rolled a 12, I would get 0 keys. Is that right? Or do I roll six times, at DC5, 7, 9, 11, 13 and 15? I assume it's the former, since there'd be no reason not to be greedy with the latter - I can always just press up to however many gets me to DC29, and take all the +2's from the successes.

Ooh, I'm hoping it's the +6 and not the +4...

So, the question is, if I want to press 4 keys, and say I make the first three rolls but fail the fourth, what happens?

Act 5: The pyramid of the Dog.

After you successfully stopped the Black Echelon from giving the final signal, Yargos leads you to the location Grandmaster Torch gave you.
Upon your approach, it appears his base of operations is not a pyramid at all, but rather several battered towers with makeshift guard stations.

Please look on the map, the 'D' are large boulders, so decide which side (as a group) you're approaching from and roll stealth checks.

DC 15 Reflex save or falls prone. If so, the attack bonus will offset any penalties for those wanting to deal non-lethal damage. I tried to mark the 10' square of the grease effect in yellow.

I deducted the damage, but looking back at the attack roll for Nessian, it's a 16 and my AC is 18. Is there a bonus he's getting somehow that you aren't showing?

Baru lets out a growl as he yanks the arrow from his shoulder and slams it to the ground. "Grrrrrrrrr. I will save YOU for last, coward... hiding in your tower!" Feeling the effects of the mutagen coursing through his body, Baru storms forward, closes the range with and gets clear sight of the green enemy. Baru stops. He gazes at green enemy for a moment then with blinding speed, reaches back. Grabs and arrow from his quiver. Noches it, and fires.

longbow: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24

damage: 1d8 ⇒ 5

can't wait for 6th level. wings discovery. Then it will be much funnier, when I say... Meta-Red Bull gives you wings!"
