One ship I see myself as the doctor plus maybe punisher of idiots. When we have a fleet I will take a ship and run it my way. Only taking volunteers I think.

No real ideas or preference here. Thematically, Variziel would seek to become a captain, but that's not a huge deal. I'm good wherever.
Salt has no desire to be Captain but wants to work on a free ship. Navigator or sailmaster may be his speed
Having a captain here is just a means to get people on the same page. The captain would have to be benevolent towards the crew, or else he too would face mutiny. Charlotte also stands for a free ship.

I trust everyone is fine with my GM'ing thus far? It's the first S&S campaign I've done in PBP and the beginning takes a bit of work even in a face-to-face game, so I'm just curious as to how people think I've handled it thus far.
