Or the stairs here... use the polearms to hold them off, he drags the guard he just tied towards the stairs.
Chelsea continues to do things pigeons do! (Make noises and rest on perches.)
---
Luccinus drags a tied-up guard to the stairs!
---
Opal falls back as well!
---
From the room at the top of the stairs, Becher yells out. "Argh! I swear, father couldn't solve any problem that 'putting it in a pit and buying it' didn't work! We need help up here!" Becher drags a heavily-wounded and semi-conscious Dalard out of the room.
MAP update, please: Remove the guards that were chopping down doors, but leave the colour sprayed-dudes are wherever you end up leaving them with whatever actions you've already done.
I am not waiting. As I said in my earlier post, I am casting Protection from Evil every round for 3 rounds unless an enemy enters. I have not been posting because I didn't want to repeat myself.
Ander drags one of the soldiers back the stairs,
---
Hiram waits... heroically!
---
Cheslea is making me run out of camping references!
---
Luccinus drags a guard to the area he's normally at!
---
Opal moves up to Ander and protects him from evil!
---
Becher slams the door shut upstairs and begins to drag Dalard down the stairs more. "Blast it; have you all gone deaf?!? I said Fritch needs help up here!"Move Becher down 30 ft, towards the man-pile, please.
---
Something on the other side of the upstairs door doesn't like that door being closed!
Strength:1d20 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
A light thud hits the door on the opposite side.

PC time!
That is correct, round 11. Just addeding Becher and Friends' actions. You've got your queue of actions set up, Chelsea is in suspended animation, but others still got stuff.

What do you see?, Luccinus calls out, dragging another to safety.
Hiram drags the leader, whose head bonks off of the ill-maintained ground!
---
Chelsea doesn't delay; Chelsea waits.
---
Luccinus drags another guard.
---
Opal protects Hiram from Evil!
---
Becher drags his semi-conscious friend into the pile of guards and notes his observations. "Looked like one of those things from the caves!" Fritch then chimes in, brushing Becher off and propping himself up on his sword. "It just climbed up through the window; must'a missed it during the fight up there, and for a while, too, since it was slow as molasses."
---
Meanwhile, the door is pounded on again!
Str:1d20 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 1 = 12
This slam sounded a little more motivated, but still did not bust down the door.

Lucinnus digs in his pack and passes Chelsea 2 holy water vials and his wand - You are best to support us from there - I'll hold the foot of the stairs. Use the wand on me or others as needed - command word is Yrr't

If it comes down to you throwing acid and alchemist fire because you are out of spells or throwing holy water? I'd prefer to be splashed by holy water.

I'd gather back here all of you, in case whatever is out there, gets in... being scattered is a good way to end up dead
Chelsea, having moved down before and grabbed a wand, now grabs two vials of holy water!
---
Luccinus helps in passing off his gear to Chelsea! Not really an action, unless your stuffed was in a mundane pack with a bunch of other stuff, in which case you help with your actions.
---
Opal is around as well, having run out of predetermined targets to protect!!
Ander is by the pile, awaiting the guards' inevitable awakening! Easily-available retcons include tying up more guards, if there is even any left. Bonus points for counting how many guards are tied up.
---
Hiram prepares to shape up the situation, in an attempt to get it straight!
---
Chelsea, having moved down before and grabbed a wand the previous round, now grabs two vials of holy water!
---
Luccinus helps in passing off his gear to Chelsea!
---
Opal helps Luccinus resist the next save he has to make in the next two minutes!
---
Becher growls some things at Fritch, tending to his wounds! Ignoring him, Fritch silently fights through the pain of his cuts!

Upstairs, the door is now being hacked upon! Damages:3d6 ⇒ (1, 3, 5) = 9

"So these things are ghouls, eh? So all those guards out there, if they're killed, will rise as more of them? So, why are we hiding in here? let them in and let's kill them before they create any more!"

We have their attention. If they are here then they aren't eating villagers, now the thing is to make them come to us... out there? Their opportunities to ambush are many and their strike deadly.

"Then let's give them a nice juicy target." Hiram sheathes his rapier, but keeps his whip out. He heads toward the partially demolished door and begins shouting loudly.
"Hey! Hey! You undead meat sacks! If you want some tasty flesh, I got all the flesh you can handle! Bring it on, rot monkeys!"
Hiram moves towards the door and berates the dead, like a true hero! Note the spoiler below (unless I forget to post it.) You mean Door B, the way the guards came in?
---
Chelsea moves back to her camping spot!
---
Luccinus continues his discussion!
---
Opal bestows the power of Resistance on Ander!
---
Becher asks, from near the pile of unconcious soldiers. "So, why'd you only tie up some these sleeping guys? Are they gonna be getting back up soon or something?" Fritch rests his bones without words.
---
It is merely scratched, though it's minorly effective!

@Hiram, if you meant door B:
Outside there's a large number of squads fighting in massive numbers on something man-shaped that fights with it's hands and mouth. At a glance with no percepion check, there's no less than 3 and no more than 10 groups.
Shouldn't we have them untied to help against the undead? Given a choice between fighting with us or getting eaten, I think their decision would be clear.
Ander, having actually been tying up guards, finishes up this round!
---
Hiram is sad, by the failure of making the work environment hostile enough for undead! No action
---
Chelsea is back to her familiar spot! No action, but that's actually expected, so its not counting towards the "not doing things so no big post" count.
---
Luccinus is around! No Action
---
Opal casts Resistance on the guy who is yelling at dead guys!
Ander, having actually been tying up guards, finishes up this round!
---
Hiram is sad, by the failure of making the work environment hostile enough for undead! He moves towards the door and holsters his whip! Action queued up for opening door as a move. Feel free to tack on dialogue as a free-out-of-turn and a standard and whatnot.
---
Chelsea moves down and readies to fire arcane bolts at the thing behind the door! I'll carry the 5 for when the door is actually opened.
---
Luccinus is around!
---
Opal casts Resistance on the guy who is going to open the door with undead behind it!
---
One of the guards comes to and notices his predicament! He wriggles a little and expresses his discontent! "Ey! What'r y'eh doin'? Wha'... wha' hap'n'd?" He spots Ander standing around all the men, tied up. He then ceases to resist.
---
Becher speaks up, seeing a man awaken! "Hey! They're still alive! I thought you guys killed 'em or something!" Fritch slowly stands, balancing himself on a chair and speaking to the room as a whole. "If Grald the Bastard wakes up and tries anything, I'm gonna end him, you hear me?" He snaps one of the legs off of one of the old chairs.
---
The thing on the other side of the door continues to scratch more at it! 3d20 ⇒ (15, 6, 8) = 293d6 ⇒ (1, 5, 6) = 12 A small gash is slashed in a thinner portion of the door, by a visible pointed tip of a claw.

Lucinnus continues to hold position, ready to strike threatening enemies within reach.
Hiram opens the door, letting loose the undead! Feel free to tack on a Standard action, if you want.

Chelsea fires her magic missle for 5 damage as the beast begins to wail at Hiram! Meanwhile, Ander's potent disruption fires off as well! Foruntately, Hiram's behind is not undead!
---
Luccinus holds his position!
---
Opal's around!
---
Two more goons awaken, though realize the pickle they're in and don't resist (but they do complain with much undirected vulgarity!)
