Xavian, Going to have to play by the book here, assuming you had to make a move action to draw a dagger, you can only make one attack as two requires a full round action
HP is 5, so half burning hands would kill easy.
Half the stirge party are immediately taken out by quick thinking of the pathfinders, including a fiery attack, a quick dagger throw, and a swing of a blade.

The pathfinders resolve the encounter swiftly and quickly, overkilling the last two Stirges, leaving lots of blood everywhere. Moving forward without skipping a beat, the pathfinders enter a shrine of sorts. Swirling patterns line the walls of this small shrine. A small placard on the ground reads, “Those who perish fulfill life’s duty.” On the floor of the shrine, lies a little trinket.
Beyond the shrine a small gate blocks the path into a narrow walkway, 5 ft wide and approximately 60ft long, a faded sign cautions you to "keep out" but the rest of the sign is illegible. The padlock holding the gate closed is visibly rusted and would likely fall apart with a tug.

Yup that's con damage from the Stirges earlier. Just making sure you guys have that in mind so that you apply the necessary modifiers.
Shizuru is the Tian-Min goddess of the sun, honor, ancestors, and swordplay. As she holds swordplay in her portfolio, Shizuru is also the patron of samurai and other noble and honourable swordsmen and women. Think of her as the Minkai equivalent of Sarenrae.

Teric reads the placard. "Well, I for one do not plan on dying. At least not just yet. I have far too many favors to call in first!" He laughs, and then casts a protective spell. A shimmer appears around his body.
"Odd that a Tian goddess' trinket is here. We should probably take it with us." He picks up the trinket.

Well they do prey to Pharsma in Tian Xia when giving birth to a child...

I'm sure that's real interesting and all, but it seems like we only have one place to go. Xavian will look around for other exits other things of interests while the party discusses various religions.
Perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (19) + 9 = 28

![]() |

How I thought it works is since you guys are at Con 12, and now con 11, you lose that +1 bonus to fortitude and constitution skill checks.
There are no other exits within the perimeter, but Xavian notes something down the hallway and pays a keen eye on to it.
There is some kind of mechanical trap embedded halfway down the hallway, anyone who touches the floor or walls within that 5 ft square triggers the trap.

![]() |

Con drain does work that way.. No matter what your con score is you have to get 2 con damage to give you negatives.. Damage and Drain work differently. Unless they changed it that is.
Perc: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (13) + 7 = 20

![]() |

Hold on now, as much as I'd like to get this over with I think we'd better do something out that mechanical trap embedded halfway down the hallway. Xavian will see if he can disarm the troublesome thing.
DD: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (15) + 11 = 26

![]() |

Brunhilde watches Xavian expertly dismantle the trap.
Smart little Halfling! Like my Uncle Uwald always said. If ye go underground always take along a little man!

![]() |

The Halfling carefully tinkers with the trap, successfully taking it apart, making the hallway safe for passage without worries. The hallway leads directly through a another room. The room is an armory of sorts, but all the weapons hanging on the walls are falling apart with aging, making them all useless to your cause. The room has an eerie presences as it's decorated with statues of creatures, gargoyles, golems, and elementals, and one demon. Surrounding the room lie some paintings of warriors, a Paladin, a Knight, a Cleric, and a Cavalier. The state of the room suggest this place has been abandoned for way too long.
Going to update map shortly, but make sure you appropriately move your characters on the map based on what you do.

Kn. Dungeoneering DC15 for 1 question for the creature,I've updated the map based on your actions.
As Xavian approaches to grab the bag, little does he realise, nor anyone else, that the gargoyle statue closest to him starts moving, as he bends down the gargoyle lashes out and takes a claw at him.
