Most assuredly!
Lavode protects his new allies from the cold. Cast communal protection from energy cold on the council before they leave for some protection from the frost drakes breath weapons.
.
We will need more info for strategy, but up to 5 large earth or fire elementals should be able to do a number on most any siege tower. Or lots more if we want smaller ones. I will protect us when we know better what we are facing.
"Thank you. This will prove useful against the frost drakes' initial assault. Would that we had a few more mages like you around."
I'll give you an extra victory point for this. The coming battle will involve you taking part in small fights that are part of a much larger full-scale battle raging around you. You will be trying to achieve targets, and depending on your actions and speed, you gain victory points that determine how much you influence the overall battle and whether or not Spurhorn falls to the Drakelands army.

You can hear the sounds of the defenders rallying to battle even as you make your way out of the main keep. You see the dancing hut on your way out - it appears that it has been relocated to the safety of the inner keep - a fortunate thing as it still bears some of the damage that it had suffered the day before.
Upon exiting the keep, you see that many of the triaxian warriors have arrayed themselves along the walls or atop the towers. The towers themselves appear to have various siege weapons on them, all aimed towards the sky. All the dragonkin and their riders (for those of them who have riders) are either already in the sky to form a rough circle in the sky and others are flying to join them, ready to meet the cloud of frost drakes and their riders advancing from afar. Further behind the frost drakes, you can see several of the Drakelands' own dragonkin and their riders advancing at a slower rate. You have already noticed that dragonkin are far swifter flyers than frost drakes - it appears that the frost drakes are to be the shock troops and shield for the more formidable and valuable dragonkin to close in for their rampage.
Will give 42 and Nienna to decide how they want to prepare.
By the way, slight correction. Nevra is taking command of the West, and the siege tower is coming from the South-West.

All is silent save for the steady beating of wings in the sky as you cross the courtyard towards the Western bastion. As you near the base of the bastion however, the sky suddenly erupts in a multitude of colours as breath weapons are unleashed. Screeches and cries fill the air, and more than a few bodies, draconic and triaxian, rain down on the courtyard as the two armies clash in the skies.
You make your way up the interior stairs to the top of the bastion, but just as Exiel (who I assume is in front) is about to put his hand to the trapdoor that opens to the roof, there is a rush of cold air from behind the trapdoor, and you hear several screams from beyond. When Exiel throws open the trapdoor, you are greeted by a grisly sight. The top of the bastion is armed with a heavy ballista, two light ballista and a strange metal contraption shaped like a drake, but the crew of the siege engines (10 in total) are all sprawled on the ground and covered in ice. Some of them have had body parts snapped off, likely from some sort of sudden force after having been snap-frozen. Perched on top of the metal drake is an actual living frost drake, its claws clutching the metal device as if subduing it, and two burly and heavily-armored triaxians leap from its back onto the bastion's roof, brandishing large swords as they move towards the light ballistae with a clear intention of ensuring they do not fire again.
And then they notice you.
Alden: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19
Lavode: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 1 = 13
Exiel: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (16) + 9 = 25
Nienna: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (20) + 10 = 30
sword dudes: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 2 = 15
frost drake: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6 2d4 ⇒ (3, 2) = 5 1d6 ⇒ 5
Terrain notes:
The floor is covered in a slick layer of ice (you remember that the dancing hut had also been covered in a similar layer of ice yesterday after it was hit by the frost drakes' breath weapon, and it took about half a minute for the ice to break and melt off).
Visibility note:
It is still early morning and the distant morning sun only provides dim light. Unless you have darkvision or a light source, all creatures have concealment and a 20% miss chance against creatures without darkvision. There are were lighted lanterns on the roof that still provide some light, but the penalty will apply when firing beyond their light radius. You can also smash the lanterns if you think the darkness will give you the advantage. There are 2 lanterns that survived the frost drake's breath, one under each light ballista.
Furthermore, the frost and acid breath weapons are creating an acrid-smelling cloud that descends on the battlefield below. It is relatively harmless, but imposes a -4 on perception checks and ranged attacks other than siege weapon attacks. (Don't ask me why siege weapons are exempted, it's in the book.) I'll consider this a mist for the purpose of Nienna's class ability, so she can ignore the mist, but still needs light to see clearly.
Initiative order:
Nienna
Exiel
Alden
42
Sword-wielding triaxians
Lavode
Frost drake
The frost drake glares at you lot lazily, as if thinking you beneath its attention, and does not act immediately. The sword-wielding triaxians were also focused on the ballistae and are only beginning to respond to your entrance. Unfortunately, the grisly sight also causes Lavode's stomach to heave a little, preventing him from acting immediately.
Nienna, Exiel, Lavode and 42 however are enraged by the sight and spring into action!
Actions please. And yes Nienna, they are flat-footed until they act. Enjoy! ;)

Yes, it's the next day. Try to read the last few posts to catch up if you can, but the quick version is that you met the officers the next morning, Exiel sweet-talked them into accepting your help, and then it turned out that the Drakelands thought you were reinforcements and decided to attack before more arrived. There's an all-out war raging around you, and you're trying to turn the tide of the battle by stopping an approaching siege tower that will let their ground troops swarm into Spurhorn if it is allowed to dock.
And don't cross out your touch attack so quickly. You're trying to touch a large flat-footed creature.

Alden, seeing the same type of dragon-like creature as the day before, calls out to his allies the best way to avoid its breath weapon. He also gives orders on movement, hoping to allow his allies to move around the battlefield freely. Naala stays put at the moment, as Alden has not yet commanded her to move.
Move action to use Danger Ward and give everyone a re-roll on a Reflex save anytime in the next minute. Then Standard action to use Tactician, granting all his allies the Escape Route feat, which means they will not provoke attacks of opportunity from movement as long as they are adjacent to one other ally. (Very useful when dealing with drakes that might have reach!)

No problem, it happens. Good to see you back.
Nienna and 42 unleash a salvo of arrows and fire on the frost drake. Although Nienna's first shots miss, the drake is almost unconscious by the time she is done firing, and 42's fire burns right through it, leaving no doubt as to whether it will ever fly again. Alden calls out advice to his allies on how to avoid breath weapons, but by the time he is done, the frost drake is out cold on the ground.
Stunned by the sudden demise of their flying transport, the two triaxians heft their swords and shields, but one of them suddenly reels as he feels the force of Exiel's necromancy!
fort: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (1) + 10 = 11
And he feels it greatly, nearly falling over from the sudden weight of his equipment! Exiel meanwhile seems to grow in stature.
With no way to escape, the triaxians move to flank Exiel, who has boldly walked right up to them. The weakened triaxian swings first.
attack: 1d20 + 14 - 5 ⇒ (8) + 14 - 5 = 17
The sudden heaviness of his sword prevents him from swinging a proper blow, and he nearly drops his sword in the process.
Whilst Exiel is distracted, however, his partner takes a couple of swings at Exiel from the other side!
attack: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (18) + 14 = 32
attack: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (7) + 9 = 16
attack(bite): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (2) + 7 = 9
damage: 1d10 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13
He manages to score a blow against Exiel, tearing a wicked gash on the paladin's thigh.
Lavode quickly invokes an incantation to speed up his allies.

Shifting to a defensive stance, he uses the extra boost of speed from Lavode's spell to take two more stabs at the triaxian who hit him. (Focus on the one who does not have the -10 strength penalty!)
attack roll: 1d20 + 6 + 9 + 3 + 1 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (12) + 6 + 9 + 3 + 1 + 1 - 2 = 30

Nienna pincushions the triaxian, significantly wounding it and leaving him open for Exiel to put two new orifices in his gut. He drops to the ground with a very audible smack. Alden moves up to guard Exiel.
The last, weakened, triaxian mutters something under his breath. You don't understand the words, but from the tone it sounds like he might have said something along the lines of "oh ffs".
At a -5 to hit and damage, against Exiel in crane style, I don't see how he's going to be able to do anything meaningful before you obliterate him next round. However...
As the last triaxian invader looks nervously at your group, you notice a shadowy shape looming towards the bastion from out of the darkness. It is the siege tower, and it is now about 80ft away and slowly advancing.
Even amidst the din of the battle raging overhead, you can vaguely make out alot of loud hissing coming from the general direction of the tower...perhaps from somewhere behind it?

A few corrections to my last post. I forgot that Exiel had already damaged the other triaxian, and that the floor is difficult terrain. Nienna killed the Triaxian, and Exiel needed to take a move action to make one attack on the last triaxian, provoking an attack of opp, but it's not like he will hit...
attack of opp: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (17) + 9 = 26
attack: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (5) + 9 = 14
iterative: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23

42 and the triaxian do some sort of dance around their general location, with 42 missing the triaxian and the triaxian missing Exiel.

The siege tower is indeed made of wood. Most siege towers are or they would not be movable.
The heavy ballista requires a 3-man team, and the light ballista only needs one person to operate. BUT small-sized creatures count as a 'half-man' for the purpose of the crew.
The light ballista takes 2 rounds to load, 0 rounds to aim, standard action to fire. 3d8 damage on a hit.
The heavy ballista takes 3 rounds to load, 2 rounds to aim, standard action to fire. 4d8 damage on a hit.
The strange metal drake is a device known as a 'firedrake'. It also requires a 3-man team, and it can spray alchemist fire in a 60ft line or a 30ft cone, for 6d6 fire damage (DC15 reflex for half). 3 man crew, 2 rounds to aim, 5 rounds to load.
4d2 ⇒ (1, 1, 2, 2) = 6
The heavy ballista and firedrake are loaded.

So...we have a loaded alchemist-fire sprayer against a wooden tower. Noice!
Exiel casts monstrous physique to take on a gargoyle form and calls forth Lauriel from her tattoo form.
"Lauriel, see if you can help the guys finish off this last clown and then help them prepare the siege weapons to fire, literally, on the tower! The last guy's 10ft in front and 5ft down from where you are, give or take. I'm gonna go ahead and start getting some burning action on that tower before it gets too close!"
With those words, Exiel flies off towards the tower.
It's a move action to change from tattoo form, and Lauriel can appear in any adjacent square. I will have her appear in the square 5ft above me. She will then take another 5ft step up and fire a line of fire at the last trixaian.
The little angel issues a stream of fire from her mouth.
fire breath: 1d6 ⇒ 4 DC12 save for half
rechage: 1d4 ⇒ 2
Intention is to let you guys have the benefit of her knowledge checks or just an extra set of hands for the crew. Exiel will fly ahead and use burning hands to add some fire damage too.

Side questions - would the tower take damage from my adamantine arrows? Does the tower have any light sources on it to negate the 20% blur?
If yes to the dmg question:
Nienna pew-pews the tower.

If no:
Nienna uses haste to boost her speed, moving around the Trixian's reach zone and arriving at the fire drake. She then spends a standard action starting the aiming process.
"Come on, guys. Finish him off and let's make that tower *burn*!"

Nienna, the arrows will count as an ineffective weapon against a siege tower. Doesn't matter how many small holes you drill into it even with adamantine arrows, it's not going to do much to the structural integrity unless you fire them in the hundreds. Fire will do full damage and ignore its hardness.
Lavode begins a summoning spell as Nienna jumps onto the fire drake and begins trying to aim it at the approaching tower. It looks like she will need a few more people to join her to manage the device properly, though. Exiel changes his form into that of a gargoyle and takes off towards the tower. Lauriel shoots a small stream of fire at the last triaxian on the bastion and 42 finishes him off.
The tower continues to inch closer, and you hear a screech from above as two more frost drakes break off from the fighting above and descend upon you, one going for Exiel and the other going towards the bastion. They are about 60ft above the bastion/Exiel.

Nienna still needs two more medium sized and one more small sized person to help her aim the siege engine. But then with a frost drake descending on the bastion (different from the one Exiel is trying to stab) she might have other ideas?
Lauriel tells Lavode that frost drakes cannot usually see invisible creatures, but they do have an incredibly sharp sense of smell. Also, an earth elemental will likely do more raw damage but less the tower's hardness. On the other hand, the fire elemental's fire will be effective against the wood and can set the tower on fire for constant on-going damage over time.
Due to the size of the tower, each 5ft square of the tower can be affected by a separate burn effect for a total of 9 stacks. Moreover, the tower is vulnerable to fire, since even every wooden pathfinder creature I can find has that vulnerability. Acid and lightning do normal damage. Bludgeoning and slashing damage do normal damages less hardness and cold and piercing damage are ineffective.

Earth Glide (Ex)
A burrowing earth elemental can pass through stone, dirt, or almost any other sort of earth except metal as easily as a fish swims through water. If protected against fire damage, it can even glide through lava. Its burrowing leaves behind no tunnel or hole, nor does it create any ripple or other sign of its presence. A earth spell cast on an area containing a burrowing earth elemental flings the elemental back 30 feet, stunning the creature for 1 round unless it succeeds on a DC 15Fortitude save.
Earth Mastery (Ex)
An earth elemental gains a +1 bonus on attack and damage rolls if both it and its foe are touching the ground. If an opponent is airborne or waterborne, the elemental takes a –4 penalty on attack and damage rolls. These modifiers apply to bull rush and overrun maneuvers, whether the elemental is initiating or resisting these kinds of attacks. (These modifiers are not included in the statistics block.)

Lavode's earth elemental trundles towards the oncoming siege tower as the sorcerer disappears from sight. Nienna peppers one of the approaching frost drakes and Exiel drives his lance into the other. Both are wounded but neither one goes down just yet.
fort: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (3) + 10 = 13
42 also fires a ray of debilitating energy at the drake wounded by Nienna, and it looks substantially weakened by the ray.
Lauriel and Alden move to the fire drake, trying to help aim it, but it looks like they will need some additional hands to operate it.
The frost drakes launch their counter-attack. The first bites and swings its tail at Exiel.
bite: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (6) + 13 = 19
tail: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10
It might as well have been swinging at the air. The other one descends upon Nienna and also takes a bite at her, but it uses its long sinous neck to do so from a distance (from 10ft above Nienna using reach).
bite: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 10 = 12
But the combination of Nienna's arrows and 42's enfeeblement ray seriously distracts it, and it merely snaps at the air.
And the siege tower moves along even closer.
Only you two are close enough to see one...no...five? Wait seven? Ten? More? More than ten serpentine heads look up at you from behind the siege tower, though you can only make out two sinous bodies and tails, and all of them are responsible for pushing the tower onwards.

Hound archons can certainly do the job. Lauriel has the knowledge needed to direct the celestials on how to operate the siege engine, but whoever is making the attack roll will still suffer a non-proficiency penalty. Fortunately no attack roll is needed for the fire drake.
Exiel, has Lauriel taken off her mask? And make me a knowledge arcana checks for both Exiel and Lauriel.

I'll put Nienna into delay for now.
Exiel savages the frost drake and knocks it out of the sky.

The other frost drake catches 42's lightning bolt square in the chest and is also knocked out of the sky. Meanwhile, Lavode and Lauriel join Nienna at the firedrake and struggle with its weight as they try to aim it at the approaching siege tower.
Unable to push the tower any further whilst Lavode's earth elemental bars the way, the two multi-headed serpentine creatures behind the tower spring into action. Surging out from behind the siege tower with frightening speed, they rapidly converge on the earth elemental and strike at it viciously with their many, many heads.

13 hits, with 2 crits. Damage already takes into the large earth elemental's DR.
Although earth elementals are usually tough and resilient against damage, these creatures appear to be bred for war, and even the earth elemental is unable to weather their many powerful strikes. It crumbles beneath their relentless onslaught.
