@Tonkk, did you want to use the scrolls of Lesser Restoration?
@Tonkk & Jair, you can use stone shape to refashion part of the platform to make a ladder to reach the opening to the rest of the complex if you wish.
Re swapping your gold for diamond dust, my inclination is to say no - this seems like a slippery slope - but it's also the first time I've run into a situation like this so if you can find indications that this is regularly hand-waved in PFS I could be persuaded. You might be able to find some amidst your treasure here in the complex (it was a fortress of wizards after all).
The spectre speaks Jistkan but the jewel confers that on Electra so she is able to translate. However, it's clear that it has remained haunting this very chasm where you are for thousands of years and is not able to communicate anything meaningful about what may lie in the rest of the complex.
Jair uses the rest of her time Air Walking to investigate the other platforms, which look very similar to the one the group is on. Each one has two triangular controls on it, an upper and a lower, as well as a "travel" rune on the floor.

Lasaraleen completes her devotions and requests the Dawnflower provide her with a pair of restoration spells in the hopes diamond dust can be located before the end of the remaining time.
I am ready. If you think the buttons will land us on the far side. Sleeping on this floating platform is not exactly what I would call reassuring for a restful sleep.

Electra presses the lower button on the eastern platform. It's not completely obvious how to manipulate the control but she is fortunately smart enough to figure it out and suddenly she finds herself and her two nearest comrades, Merisiel and Lasaraleen, are teleported just a short distance away, to a similar "travel" rune on the floor of the complex just across the chasm, though this rune seems badly damaged by whatever destroyed the wall of the room.

The northwest wall of this long room has crumbled with age, exposing the outside cavern. The stone floor is cracked straight across a gold rune. Large chunks of stone, iron, and lead lie about the chamber in piles. Small tubes of iron filings, broken glass globes, and crystal tables lay cracked and toppled throughout the room. Pieces of sculpture lie haphazardly situated atop gilded benches. A closed door stands at the west end of the room.

Jair uses her scroll of restoration on Electra.
She then prepares the same spell as yesterday except for some after praying to her god to know the secrets of this place.
She casts lesser restoration on Doodle.

After casting Heroism on herself and seeing her comrades disappearing, she tries to operate the button herself.

Jair pulls out a magical scroll and suddenly Electra feels much better. As if she were herself again! She also casts a healing spell on Doodle, who finds her beauty is back to normal, though she remains drained of some of her life force. Finally, she makes herself a bit more heroic and then easily operates the control on the platform to teleport herself and her comrades over to the next room. Caspar, her pet spectre, dutifully, if begrudgingly, follows by flying through the air.

Jair sends Caspar though the door into the next room to see if there is any creature there. As previously noted, the long centuries of Caspar's undead misery have left it only minimally communicative, but it quickly returns and indicates that there is no creature to be seen in the next room.

This repository of literature chronicles numerous facets of the Jistka Imperium and the Citadel of the Weary Sky.
Jair recognizes that its tomes are protected from the passage of time by lingering magic.
The majority of the books and scrolls here are written in Jistka, with a few in Ancient Osiriani or Terran.
As they search the room, Jair and Lasaraleen find a heavy tome that is out of place. A marked page in this book details the Jistkan elementalists’ first contact with a shaitan genie named Illaton who showed a particular interest in building constructs and underground structures.

Jair recalls that Shaitans are boastful and proud genies from the Plane of Earth with flesh of metal, gems, or stone. A shaitan stands about 11 feet tall and weighs roughly 5,000 pounds. They are (typically) LN Large outsiders (earth, extraplanar).

The group decides to save investigating the library for later and continues on ahead, starting with having Caspar scout through the door. He soon returns, reporting that no living creatures were seen in the next room.
The group opens the next door. This long room has an arched ceiling. The floor, walls, and ceiling are covered with detailed mosaic tiles depicting fabulous buildings and colorful magic used by stylized humanoid figures. Three alcoves contain limbless iron statues covered in flecks of shattered tile.
There are double doors to the south and a single door to the west.

Looking carefully, from a distance, the young elfen wizard tries to discern if those are golems in the making. Knowing full well, that those can be hard to tell apart.

Merisiel does not see any traps. However, once again, she has an eerie sense of being watched, almost as if something is looking through the eyes of the faces in the mosaics, or even the heads of the shattered statues.
Further, as she examines the mosaics, she notes that this corridor gives a visual description of the entire Jistka Imperium’s history in a series of mosaics that cover the room’s walls, ceiling, and floors. Some of these mosaics depict an elemental spirit bound within a golem, who appears as a ghostly overlay atop a stern-faced stone golem. These mosaics prominently feature a group of four genies who appear to have constructed Deep Sky, with a particularly emphasis on a shaitan genie. As Merisiel examines the mosaics, she discovers a subtext of how the elemental spirit and the shaitan gradually and hesitantly became friends but then experienced a falling out.
Electra recalls that shaitans have no particular resistances.
Electra thinks that the limbless statues were once iron golems that someone attempted to disassemble.
