"Follow me please." Margaret says and leads them to the lounge. "Make yourself comfortable. I'll be back with tea and pastries."
"Thank you." Oriana replies but decides to keep standing not to ruin the furniture with her armor.
Walking to the office again Margaret asks "Mrs. Heidmarch?"
"Ah, yes. Please find a pathfinder with time at hand to go search for Mr. Fiddle. Tell him that Oriana is here and if he really knows her to come to my office immediately." Mrs. Heidmarch tells and then continues with her research.
"Yes ma'm." Margaret replies and leaves to find someone for that task. As she searches the rooms of the manor for someone she stumbles over that girl that Mrs. Deverin brought here. Mrs. Deverin is talking to Mr. Heidmarch about getting an employment for the girl. But this girl keeps popping up everywhere in the house and disappears as soon as she is noticed instead of waiting in the lounge as she is told.
"Ah Miss Deverin. Stop stay here, I have a task for you. You saw that women in that scandalous dress who brought this large glass woman with her this morning right? I want you to go to underbridge and find her there. Tell her that Mrs. Heidmarch wants to speak to her immediately about a Oriana, who is sitting in the lounge and waiting. Got that?"
"Yes ma'm" Faerveren replies but it's not hard to guess what she thinks about being treated this way by some servant. She would tell her where she could stick that task of hers but that would only fall back on her mother. The only person who really accepts her. So she swallows her pride and leaves the manor telling to herself what she would tell this Margaret if she could get away with it.
This search is going to take some time as her motivation isn't the best and the weather is nice. Also Underbridge is an awful place and nothing where a Deverin would go to.
As she finally arrives in Underbridge it is not hard to find the woman, as her glass golem is leveling several buildings. She searches a nice place in a safe distance and watches the destruction.
As soon as the golem is done tearing down the buildings Jimmy has it start moving some of the bigger pieces of debris and making them into more manageable sizes.
Once the golem is set about its work she moves to one side and pulls out her horn.
Plugging an ear she brings it to her lips and let's rip a mighty peal.
She waits until the commotion draws a sizable crowd and then shouts to the amassed people "I am looking for workers! Everyone who helps clear that rubble will get 5 silver and as much ale as they can drink this eve."
"How about putting the ale here now! I'm going to die from dry throat until all this dusty stuff is removed!" one guy shouts back making the crowd laugh. A big murmur starts until a woman asks "Where do I register and where shall we bring all this stuff?"
"You can sort the rubble into piles at this end of the space." Jimmy says indicating the half of the lot where the orphanage wont be built.
"What is that?" Carl asks pressing his hands on his ears until it is over.
"That is Jimmy blowing his horn." Gwenhwyfar replies as she tries to console a few of the smaller children who are frightened by the noise.
"I'll go take a look what it's about." Carl replies and moves out to check.
Seeing Carl Jimmy says "And you can sign up with him." pointing him out
Coming closer to Jimmy Carl asks "But you'll be here to pay the people, right? Because I don't want to be seen with that amount of money here in Underbridge." Carl voices his concerns.
"Of course. So long as you tell me where to get a dozen barrels of ale around here." Jimmy says thumping him on the back
Suddenly there stands a young woman behind Jimmy "You should buy the beer at The Fancy Reefclaw."
Turning around with a smile, "And who might you be?"

Tauriell cringes "We're lucky to be at least some distance away from that. Once he really needs that thing everyone who would come to his rescue is deaf by then."
"That's none of your business. But Mrs. Heidmarch wants to see you immediately to talk about some Adriana." Faerveren replies snotty. "And if you give me five gold I'll have 20 gallons of beer here in no time."
"You will get nothing from me, as rude as you are." Jimmy says to her, turning back to Carl, "Carl, can you manage here for now? I will go get Ernard to get the ale."
"If you think you can get the beer faster you may try." Faerveren replies with folded arms.
Jimmy ignores her, assuming an affirmative from Carl he starts heading off to find Ernard
"Sure I can do." Carl replies and turns to the crowd. But as soon as about forty people approach all at once to register he isn't as sure any more.
He asks everyone his or her name and tells them to start working. He hopes to remember the faces while they are working and maybe some of the names. 'That will get a mess this evening.' he worries.
"If you had to buy a dozen barrels of ale, where would you get them? And how much would they cost?"
"Well that is helpful." Jimmy says, irritated that he going to have to deal with the rude woman
Off he goes to find her.
"2 Gold now, and the rest when you bring the ale here. Also, only if you give me your name."
"Do you know Golliver Haskinswurth? No? Well I do. He is the guy who leads the Fancy Reefclaw. I can make that you get your beer now instead of tomorrow morning like every other tavern in town. But I still have to pay the beer when I get it. Four gold now and one gold when I'm back with the beer." she offers holding her hand out.
"4 gold it is. But again, only if you give me your name." Jimmy says chuckling
"Rapscallion." she replies with a grin.
"And you expect me to hand over 4 gold to someone who calls themselves rapscallion?" Jimmy says chuckling
"You can come along if you don't trust me. You're the one who is going to be late for his meeting." Rapscallion suggests still grinning.
Jimmy laughs properly and hands her 4 gold. "You obviously know Mrs Heidmarch in some way so if you don't deliver I will find out who you are." he says to go tell Gwen he needs to head back to the manor
"And I know you have to come when she calls so I know whom to tell if you don't pay the remaining gold once you're back." she sneers and runs off.
Faerveren runs the short distance to the brewery. She simply walks into the stable and drags a large shire horse out of it's box. Moving it in front of a cart she starts to put on the harness and fix it to the cart.
"I need two large barrels of ale, a tap and a hammer. I have the four gold here to pay and I'll bring fatty horsy and everything back before sunset." Faerveren replies.
"I have a name too a@!@&&+." Faerveren mumbles giving Haskinswurth's back a glare. She pats the horse and tells it "But you know how it is Missy. He'd rather cut his tongue out than calling me Miss Deverin."
She leads the horse so that the back of the cart stands exactly at the loading bay.
"Why don't you start offering a job that is worth my time or at least well paid?" she gives back while she puts the wheel chocks under the barrels and ties the barrels to the cart. As she receives the hammer and the tap she says "See you later." and leads the horse out of the yard and towards Underbridge.
Once there she parks the horse and wagon in front of the temple and drives the tap into the first barrel. she shouts over the place.
After speaking to Gwen, Jimmy gives her a gold for Rapscallion. He then quickly makes his way back to the manor and knocks on the door
Magaret opens the door. "Please follow me. You're expected." She leads Jimmy to the office and opens the door for her to walk in.
"Who was it that you sent to fetch me? She wouldn't give me her name." Jimmy says as they walk
"That was a 'daughter' of one of the noble houses here in Magnimar. Her mother is visiting to find a place for her outside the family business. If she doesn't want to tell you her name I'm not going to tell you either. But you may ask Mrs. Heidmarch." Margaret answers.
"There you are. Please take a seat." Mrs. Heidmarch offers.
"Let's cut to the chase, shall we? I have two soldiers from Korvosa waiting at the lounge. They were searching for you and told me you wanted to introduce them to me. That must have slipped your mind the last time we talked. But I really would like to know why you would want to introduce me to them."
"They are the only surviving members of they Grey Maidens. Oriana at least knows how to fight from what I can tell, and I thought you might be interested in bringing her into the pathfinder society." Jimmy explains, "That is as much as there is to it. They need a job, and I thought you might have one for them."
"You know who these Gray Maidens are?" Mrs. Heidmarch inquires.
"I have heard. Yes. But it seems they were mostly following orders most of the time. I also thought, considering their history, you want want them somewhere you can keep an eye on them."
