"That would be this wonderful Château Haut-Brion rouge for 12 gold." Margaret tells and fetches a bottle to show. It is the same wine that you could get at The Pig's Whistle for 10. Or for 8 if it were on sale again. It seems that Abadon really lacks some diversity when it comes to exclusive beverages.
"Our guests expect some privacy, and if you want to ge tto know him, I suggest you introduce yourself to him and ask if he'd interested in a chat." "But please respect that our guests expect the best treatment, and rightfully so. Don't bother them." Swiping the coin the adds "That's Lemuel Gulliver, a merchant, who comes here twice a year for a week."
"Welcome at the Golden Knight. I'm Margaret. We'll be pleased to accommodate you. How many people shall we expect?" She informs that the top floor has one large suite and four additional rooms to house the entourage. And all of that would be 25gold per day including a butler. A banquet could be held for 10 gold per person. Looking around, you notice, that there is a certain lack of guests in the house. One man that looks like a rich merchant or something alike dines in the salon. And all but one key are hanging at the board behind the receptionist.
After knocking on the door and waiting for a while Margaret opens. "I assume you want to see Mrs. Heidmarch? I'll ask her if she has time. Please come in and take a seat over there." She points to a group of settees in an alcove of the foyer. Once everyone is in, she closes the door and leaves to contact Mrs. Heidmarch.
"Good day dear Sir. Please state your business with the Heidmarch family." the maid who opens inquires as Menan knocks on the door of the manor. After naming his business with Lady Pembrooke and the topics he seeks information about the maid excuses herself to ask the masters. She closes the door on Manuun. She comes back a few minutes later. "The masters want nothing to do with that person anymore. It was purely a business relationship." As Manuun tells his goodbye and turns to leave the maid speaks "The Pembrookes were well known for Sir Peter's shop for jewellery, antiques and pocket watches. Sir Peter and Lady Eleanore Pembrooke that is. They were regularly invited to social events, also here at this house. But then she died and Mr. Pembrooke later married the maid, Lady Aghasta Pembrooke. Then Sir Peter died too. Lady Aghasta was still invited out of courtesy, but she never really fit in. She wasn't a real lady, and she looked down on people like us maids." "Then one day after years of being a widow, she offered the services of a girl to do cleaning. She told the girl has to earn her food, and the best she could do was robbing on the floor for cleaning with her stiff leg. I don't know if they accepted out of pity or because of the low pay. I also don't know where the girl was from, or why she asked for a job for her." "But you don't know that from me." she adds and quickly disappears into the house and closes the door.
Hearing some noise from the office, and knowing, that Mrs. Heidmarsh is not in there Margaret comes into the room. "What are you doing here, and why did you bring statues... Oh, are these... I'll inform Mrs. Heidmarsh that you're here on urgent matters." she tells and leaves again. After a few minutes she comes back and tells "Mrs. Heidmarsh is in a meeting at the moment. She asks you to wait for her. Here in the office, or in the salon, or where you like. You want some tea?" Margaret seems to loose her cool around the statues.
Margaret looks with disgust at the remains of Archibald. She closes the door, and returns a moment later with a wooden box, like you would use at the market for groceries. "Put it in here." she tells. Putting the boxed cat-shred aside, she counts out the five gold. "Well done. I'll keep your address. Have a good day." She closes the door and and leaves Gibson standing outside.

"My name is still Margaret, the estate of the Jarvis family is in the Greens, the cat's name is Sir Archibald, which is also written on the collar, and when you bring the cat back, use the delivery entrance and ask for me." Margaret replies. She looks Saul in the eyes to see if he got it and wraps up the picture in the cloth again.
"Someone left a door open and the cat snuck out. Was the day before yesterday. That has happened before but it always came back latest the next morning." Margaret replies. Kintargo isn't that big a town and of course you know the family. They live in the Greens (G9 on the map) are known to be loyal to Kintargo and are mostly known for their interest in architecture. As can be seen with their estate and the buildings in town they own. As Meliandri and Salonius provided their own counterpart I'll leave it at that for the moment. I might come up with someone in Villegre Park later.
"I'm Margaret. Can't we talk here and be done with it?" Margaret asks. "Mr. Gibson - Saul - I have need of your skills for a search for a lost member of Baroness Belcara Jarvis' family." She unwraps the item she brought. It is an oil painting showing the Baroness sitting in an armchair, a very special cat wearing a bejeweled collar on her lap. From the looks of it a too well fed pure bred pet. (Imagine a siamese) "The Baroness' cat is missing. I'd pay you 5 gold if you find it and return the cat."

As Gibson steps out he almost runs into a woman that was about to knock at the door. Dressed in simple, but clean and good quality clothes, upright posture and an attitude of entitlement on her face. Probably in her thirties, but no signs of hard labour on her hands or of extended exposure to sunshine in her face. She carries something of 20 by 15 by 2 inches size wrapped in cloth under her arm. "Mr. Gibson?" the woman asks mustering the man before her.
Judge Daramid lives in a fine townhouse surrounded by art in the center of Lepidstadt. Herm Dulaven, Kendra Lorrimor, Amira Ravenheart, Tamara Hart and Tairan Avel visit this townhouse. They are greeted by a woman who asks what their business with Judge Daramid is. She excuses herself to check with the judge. After a few minutes she comes back. "Please follow me." She leads them into a salon where the judge waits.
Margaret opens the door. She looks at the two and checks the surroundings.
Margaret leads the way to the office, knocks, opens the door and announces the visit. "Miss Gwenwhyfar and Mr. Fiddle are here." She then retreats.
Margaret sits at the table reading a book. "Good evening." she greets her and closes her book. "Here is your stuff back. And payment for your documentation and the stuff Mrs. Heidmarch kept for the Pathfinder archive. There is also a note for you. I'm leaving. If you have questions, ask Mrs. Heidmarch. Good bye."
