The worst hit derro ducks away successful, but is staggered anyway. The second one Tauriell cut doesn't look well also and the third one, a female derro, flees after getting her burns.
The other one flees too. Only the staggered one stays wide eyed, mouth open in shock and horror.

I'm sorry to ruin your fun, but Abomentolor needed two moves to get to the action. You'll need to get up and attack next round, but you could probably save the smite as only a staggered derro is still here for a charge.

You evil rat that appeared out of nowhere I'm going to smite you evil creature. Oh, you're neutral you say? - No you get your smite back, but as we're still on the same day you should choose your smite targets more careful. On a good roll you could one hit a derro with smite. And with two normal hits you have it for sure.

As Abomentolor follows the derro to the south door he comes into a corridor that splits and ends in two equally sized square rooms—a bedroom to the northeast and some sort of abattoir to the southwest.
The derro fled to the northeast room where he grabs some kind of spear.
Under the ceiling hangs a creature that looks like a black stalactite.

An alchemist’s lab sits on a table in this bedroom. Also some strange device.
Once per day, an extraction scarificator can be used to extract and concentrate one of the four bodily humors from its target as well. The humor to be extracted can be adjusted as needed, and must be immediately poured into a potion vial or the extracted humor is lost. Extracting a humor takes a variable number of rounds—as soon as the victim has taken
a total of 6 points of damage in all from the bleed effect, the extraction is complete. For 24 hours after extraction, this purified humor has an additional effect, functioning as one of four potions as listed below (all function at caster level 3rd).
Black Bile: potion of lesser restoration
Blood: potion of cure moderate wounds
Phlegm: potion of calm emotions
Yellow Bile: potion of rage
Also a umbrella like creature falls from the ceiling and attacks Abomentolor.
