If you have a gm cert for a round, you can still play and get a cert as a player, correct?
So far:
lvl1: seems ok. for some (like belinda) some can be skipped since they have a lvl2 char ready
lvl2: I can look for an additional scenario. Adding the total to 4 scenarios played and people can skip one, go for half exp for 2, or have a backup credit for later.
lvl3: no city of strangers, +1 other, new, scenario
lvl4: a problem. Will require at least 2 new fillers if to be played with this group.
lvl5, lvl7, lvl9: a problem for Belinda
