Ndugu scans the room and gets a look of recognition when he sees Lord Rufus Chumwaite. "Yes. You visited my people 2 moons ago and now our Seer has seen a Geat Evil approaching and sent me here to help. I sought you as you are only one in this 'civilization' that I would know....'til now"

Jack sees the crowd gathering around Chumwaite's table. He nods towards Xoc Xoc and says, "Well, looks like that's where the action is." Jack heads over towards the table. As he does so he thinks to himself, "Tea, bah humbug. And at least one wine and cheese idiot. I hope the city fathers really have a big reward to shell out, because if the opposition doesn't kill me the snobbery probably will."

It's decision time! I've decided on picking up the following seven (yes, seven) players...

Perhaps it's cliche, but this was a tough call...really tough. Several good player characters are being left out, sadly, but I had to limit the numbers...even so, I've expanded to seven PC's from my original plan for six. Anyhow, I hope you'll all find games in the near future. You have my thanks for the interest, and for taking the time to go above and beyond with all the outstanding role-playing.

I'll have a discussion thread rolling in just a bit.

Ciaran bids goodbye to Ndugu.
"I will take care of the concerns of your tribe for you. Your trust is better put in the ones caring for this land, than in those tea-loving foreigners. I will keep them in check and see that they don't destroy our homeland. Go back in peace. I will seek you out once we have driven the fog back.

As to your homeland, worry not Ndugu. For as you can see a fine group has assembled to rescue your poor, unfortunate people from this potential tragedy. Civilization shall once again triumph over evil!

Ndugu bows deeply before those gathered. "Thank you. I shall go home and inform my Elders to worry not. They will be pleased to know that several have joined up to fight this evil. May the jungle spirits be on your side."

He makes his way to the door anxious to be back in the jungle.

Thank you for considering me for your group. I had fun despite not making the cut. I wish you all luck with the upcoming adventure. Take care all, I will just watch from the sidelines.
