Male Human Rogue 4: Knife Master, Sanctified Rogue

Huh strange he has no alignment, seems like something that would have come up in character creation. I assume it was chaotic neutral. Petrel would try and carry out the actions as written - except once everyone marched back as written and not waiting until the "night"

Let me know if you want a sunder check to break the chair - dunno what the DC would be for that.
